THE SYSTEM IS CONSISTED OF A REED SENSOR (1), A COUNTER (2) AND A CONTROL COMPUTER (3), SO THAT THE SENSOR (1) IS DISPOSED IN PROXIMITY TO A SERIES OF MAGNETS ARRANGED ON THE AXIS OR WHEEL OF THE MOBILE. THE SENSOR (1), CONSTITUTED BY A REED RELAY, SWITCHES EVERY TIME A MAGNET PASSES BY ITS SIDE, BEING THE SWITCHES OR IMPULSES STORED IN THE COUNTER (2), PRIOR TO GOING THROUGH A FILTERING STAGE (6).
