SE PRESENTA UN METODO Y UN APARATO PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE FLUIDOS, PARTICULARMENTE VINO, PARA ELIMINAR LAS SUBSTANCIAS NO DESEADAS. EL VINO SE TRATA PRIMERO EN UNA UNIDAD DE TRATAMIENTO DE OSMOSIS INVERSA, GENERANDO UNA PARTE QUE QUEDA RETENIDA Y UNA PARTE QUE HA PENETRADO A TRAVES DE LA MISMA. LA MEMBRANA PARA LA UNIDAD DE OSMOSIS INVERSA SE SELECCIONA PARA HACER PASAR EN LA PARTE QUE HA PENETRADO LAS SUBSTANCIAS NO DESEADAS, QUE EN EL CASO DEL VINO PUEDE SER UN COMPUESTO ACIDO VOLATIL (ACETATO DE ETIL Y ACIDO ACETICO).
