Abstract
The invention consists in a mass (dough) based on a combination of stoned dates, almonds and spices which is placed inside a mould 1, in the form of three superimposed layers, a bottom layer 2 of stoned dates, a middle layer 3 of almonds 4 and spices 5 and a top layer 6 of stoned dates, which mass is subjected to a pressing operation 7 inside the mould 1 to obtain the product 8. Applicable to the pastry and confectionery industry.
