Abstract

PROCEDIMIENTO PARA PURIFICAR 7-SUSTITUIDO-AMINO -DESACETOXI-CETALOSPORINAS MEDIANTE EL EMPLEO DE MEMBRANAS DE FILTRACION. SE DESCRIBE UN PROCEDIMIENTO DE PURIFICACION MEDIANTE ULTRAFILTRACION Y/O NANOFILTRACION CON EXCLUSION DE PESOS MOLECULARES MAYORES A 10.000 DALTON Y PREFERENTEMENTE SUPERIORES A 2.000. MEDIANTE ESTA TECNICA SE OBTIENE, POR EJEMPLO CEFALOSPORINA-G CON UN GRADO DE PUREZA AUMENTADO, REPRESENTADO POR UN 6-8% DE INCREMENTO DE POTENCIA DE HPLC, CON UNA DISMINUCION DEL 50% EN ABSORBANCIA. LA INVENCION PERMITE LA UTILIZACION DE LOS PRODUCTOS PURIFICADOS, DE FORMA DIRECTA, SIN NECESIDAD DE AISLAMIENTO INTERMEDIO, EN LA SINTESIS DE OTROS COMPUESTOS ANTIBIOTICOS.
