APARATO MEDICO-QUIRURGICO PARA SIMPLIFICAR LA TECNICA DE CAPSULOTOMIA ANTERIOR, EN LA CIRUGIA DE LA CATARATA, QUE PERMITE REALIZAR UNA CAPSULOTOMIA ANTERIOR DE FORMA REGULAR Y A TRAVES DE UN ANILLO FLEXIBLE INCORPORADO EN EL INTERIOR DE UNA CANULA FINA QUE ACCEDE AL INTERIOR DE LA CAMARA ANTERIOR DEL GLOBO OCULAR. EL APARATO PRODUCE UN CORTE CIRCULAR UNIFORME, SOBRE LA CAPSULA ANTERIOR DEL SACO CAPSULAR DEL CRISTALINO, MEDIANTE UN SISTEMA DE DIATERMIA POR INDUCCION, PERMITIENDO IMPLANTAR UNA LENTE INTRAOCULAR CON GRAN FACILIDAD DE MANIOBRA Y ASEGURANDO SU COLOCACION Y ASIENTO. EL APARATO DISPONE DE UNA CARCASA SOPORTE DE LA UNIDAD GENERADORA DE ENERGIA (FIG. 2) Y DE UN ELECTRODO TERMINAL DE USO ACTIVO (FIG. 3).MEDICAL AND SURGICAL APPARATUS TO SIMPLIFY THE ANTERIOR CAPSULOTOMY TECHNIQUE, IN THE CATARACT SURGERY, WHICH ALLOWS FOR AN ANTERIOR CAPSULOTOMY TO BE PERFORMED REGULARLY AND THROUGH A FLEXIBLE RING INCORPORATED INTO AN INSIDE CANNULA ACCESSING THE FALL OF THE EYE BALLOON. THE APPLIANCE PRODUCES A UNIFORM CIRCULAR CUT, OVER THE PREVIOUS CAPSULE OF THE CRYSTALLINE CAPSULAR BAG, THROUGH A SYSTEM OF INDUCTION DIATHERMIA, ALLOWING TO IMPLEMENT AN INTRAOCULAR LENS WITH GREAT EASE OF MANEUVERING AND ASSURING ITS FITTING AND SEAT. THE APPLIANCE HAS A HOUSING TO SUPPORT THE ENERGY GENERATING UNIT (FIG. 2) AND A TERMINAL ELECTRODE FOR ACTIVE USE (FIG. 3).
