Abstract
SE DESCRIBE UN PROCESO RELATIVO A LA PRODUCCION DE HIERRO FUNDIDO EN PROCESO DE FUNDICION CON CRISTALES DE GRAFITO COMPACTADO. EL METODO COMPRENDE EL CONTROL Y LA CORRECCION DE LA COMPOSICION DE LA COLADA DE HIERRO FUNDIDO Y EL PROCESO DE ASEGURAMIENTO DE LA CANTIDAD NECESARIA DE AGENTE DE ESTRUCTURA MODIFICANTE. UNA MUESTRA DE LA COLADA SE TOMA CON UN RECIPIENTE DE MUESTRA PROVISTO CON DOS TERMOPARES, UNO POSICIONADO PARA SER COLOCADO EN EL CENTRO DE LA MUESTRA Y EL OTRO POSICIONADO PARA ENCONTRARSE EN LA PROXIMIDAD DE LA PARED DEL RECIPIENTE DE MUESTRA. LA PARED DEL RECIPIENTE CONTIENE O ESTA RECUBIERTO DE UNA CAPA DE UNA SUSTANCIA QUE DISPONE DE MENOR CONCENTRACION DE MAGNESIO ELEMENTAL DISUELTO EN LA COLADA EN LA PROXIMIDAD DE LA PARED DEL RECIPIENTE POR AL MENOS 0,003 %. LOS VALORES DE TEMPERATURA/TIEMPO OBTENIDOS A TRAVES DE LA RESPUESTA DE TEMPERATURA EN DOS VALORES SON REGISTRADAS.
