Abstract

Procedimiento para la fabricación de un mango de herramienta (1), especialmente para un destornillador, que presenta un núcleo de agarre (2) fabricado con material sintético duro en un primer molde dividido (13), con una pieza terminal bombeada (5) alejada de la hoja y un revestimiento (3) de material sintético blando que incluye el núcleo de agarre (2) sin la pieza terminal (5), en cuya superficie está conformada por lo menos una cavidad, tal como una depresión de agarre (8, 10), caracterizado: - porque durante la fabricación del núcleo de agarre (2) la pieza terminal bombeada (5) se conforma con ayuda de un núcleo de molde (14) dispuesto en el primer molde (13) que presenta una escotadura exenta de costura (15) conformada en su lado frontal (14a), y - porque, a continuación, el núcleo de agarre (2) se recubre en un segundo molde (16) dividido longitudinalmente en sentido axial con una escotadura (16e, f ) cóncava adaptada a la pieza terminal (5) con el material sintético blando del revestimiento (3) con la acción de una fuerza de compresión axial dirigida a la escotadura (16e, f), en cuyo caso la pieza terminal bombeada (5) que descansa de forma enrasada en la escotadura (16e, f ) está estanqueizada con respecto al material sintético blando y el material sintético duro del núcleo de agarre (2) se une durante el recubrimiento en arrastre de material al material sintético blando del revestimiento (3).
