LA INVENCION PROPORCIONA NUEVOS VECTORES PARA IDENTIFICAR SECUENCIAS DE LA SEÑAL SECRETORA DE FRAGMENTOS DE ADN DE MICROORGANISMOS UNICELULARES. LOS PLASMIDOS COMPRENDEN UN SITIO DE CLONACION MULTIPLE CON SITIOS DE RESTRICCION EN EL CUADRO DE LECTURA, CON UN GEN ESTRUCTURAL QUE PERMITE LA RELACION RAPIDA DEL PRODUCTO DE EXPRESION SECRETADO. OPCIONALMENTE, LOS VECTORES PUEDE INCLUIR UNA REGION PROMOTORA SITUADA ANTES DEL SITIO DE CLONACION MULTIPLE. LA INVENCION SE ILUSTRA CON EL EJEMPLO DE BACILLUS. SE HAN AISLADO SECUENCIAS DE SEÑALES SECRETORAS ESPECIFICAS CON AQUELLOS VECTORES, QUE PERMITEN SECRECION REAL DE PROTEINAS CON RENDIMIENTOS ECONOMICAMENTE ALTOS.
