Abstract

The invention relates to a child-proof service stopper intended to be mounted on the neck (C) of a container and comprising: - an internal cap (2) - an external hollow cap (3) mounted on the outside of and around the internal cap (2). The external cap (3) can be located, with respect to the internal cap (2), in two extreme relative positions, namely a withdrawn closed position and a protruding open position such that in the closed position the free end section (16) of the duct (8) closes the discharge hole (13) and that in the open position the free end section (16) of the duct (8) leaves the discharge hole (13) free and such that the change from the closed position to the open position involves at least the application of external stresses capable of making the external skirt (11) oval and at least one other operation.
