Abstract

According to the improvements, the machine is provided for obtaining artichoke hearts and also the so-called "bottoms" of this flower (fruit). The machine also includes a head which can be displaced in the upward and downward direction with means making it possible to cut the leaves and turn the artichoke hearts. It also includes a device for obtaining the "bottoms", which is composed of a circular rotary blade, the height of which can also be adjusted.
