Abstract
Cooling system for the door of an oven, comprising a flat ventilation pipe (10), in which there is produced, by means of an extractor fan (6), a circulation of air above the door, the latter comprising at least two intercalary passages (22, 23) parallel to one another for the flow of two separate flows of air, these passages communicating on the one hand with one or more access orifices (24) provided in the lower part of the door and on the other hand with one or more outlet orifices (30, 31) in its upper part. According to the invention, this system is characterised in that the outlet orifices (30, 31) are provided in the immediate vicinity of the flat ventilation pipe (10), the profile of the door towards the interior of the muffle being arranged so that the circulation of air in the flat pipe creates a low pressure in a space (27) formed behind the door (17), between the latter and the muffle (2), when it is applied against the latter. <IMAGE>
