Abstract
EL INVENTO CONSISTE EN UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA ELIMINACION DE CLORO DE GASES DE ESCAPE, QUE CONTIENEN, PERMANENTE U OCASIONALMENTE, PEQUEÑAS CANTIDADES DE CLORO, MEDIANTE LAVADO CON UNA SOLUCION ACUOSA CONTENIENDO CLORURO DE HIERRO (II), EN UN SISTEMA DE LAVADO. COMO SOLUCION, SE INTRODUCE UNA SOLUCION QUE CONTENGA UNA MEZCLA DE SOLIDOS, QUE SE PRECIPITA EN LA CLORIZACION DE UNA MATERIA PRIMA CONTENIENDO TITANIO Y HIERRO, Y CONTIENE COMO COMPONENTE ESENCIAL CLORURO DE HIERRO (II). ESTA SOLUCION SE INTRODUCE EN EL LAVADO DE GASES DE ESCAPE QUE, EN LA FABRICACION DE DIOXIDO DE TITANIO POR LORIZACION DE MATERIA PRIMA CONTENIENDO TITANIO E HIERRO, SE PRECIPITAN POR FORMACION DE TETRACLORURO DE TITANIO Y CLORURO DE HIERRO (II) Y TRANSFORMACION DEL TETRACLORURO DE TITANIO CON GASES CONTENIENDO ACIDOS. PARA ELLO SE DISUELVE LA MEZCLA DE SOLIDOS SEPSARADOS EN ESTE PROCESO, DE LA MEZCLA DE CLORIZACION EN UN PROCESO DE CONDENSACION, Y SE INTRODUCE AL MENOS UNA PARTE DE LA SOLUCION OBTENIDA PARA EL LAVADO DEL GAS DE ESCAPE. PRA EL LAVADO SE PUEDEN UTILIZAR LOS DISPOSITIVOS CONOCIDOS, POR EJEMPLO COLUMNAS DE CUERPOS DE LLENADO.
