Abstract
Un procedimiento para mejorar las propiedades de la celulosa regenerada que comprende tratar la celulosa regenerada con una solución acuosa que contiene 4-10% de un dialdehído en el cual lo átomos de carbono terminales están separados por una cadena de aproximadamente cuatro átomos de carbono y 0 3-1 2% de un catalizador de ácido orgánico débilmente ionizable secar la celulosa regenerada así tratada a una temperatura menor que el punto de ebullición del agua y cocer la celulosa regenerada seca a una temperatura por encima del punto de ebullición del agua.
