LA ETAPA DE SENSIBILIZACION SE LLEVA A CABO CON UN EXCESO DE TALES PROTEINAS ESTABILIZADAS, DE MODO QUE UNA PARTE DE LAS MISMAS NO SE ADSORBE Y PERMANECEN ESTABLES EN LA DISOLUCION.
