PROCEDIMIENTO PARA AUMENTAR LA ESTABILIDAD DE POLIMEROS HIDROFILOS A BASE DE ALMIDON, GELATINA, PROTEINAS Y SIMILARES FRENTE A DISOLVENTES HIDROFILOS. CONSISTE EN RECUBRIR EL POLIMERO, AL MENOS EN PARTE, CON UN MATERIAL HIDROFOBO FORMADOR DE PELICULA SELECCIONADO ENTRE POLIESTERES, POLIACIDOS Y OTROS, ASI COMO EN ACTIVAR QUIMIMA Y/O FISICAMENTE LA SUPERFICIE LIMITE COMUN ENTRE EL POLIMERO Y EL MATERIAL HIDROFOBO PARA MEJORAR SU ADHERENCIA. PREFERIBLEMENTE, DICHA SUPERFICIE LIMITE COMUN SE SUSTITUYE POR UN INDUCTOR DE ADHERENCIA, Y LA APLICACION DE DICHO MATERIAL HIDROFOBO SE EFECTUA MEDIANTE INMERSION, ROCIADO, COLADA, ANEGAMIENTO, LAMINACION, EXTRUSION O SIMILAR.
