LA ADICION DEL ENZIMA PECTOLITICO AL LIQUIDO DE EXTRACCION AUMENTA EL RENDIMIENTO TOTAL DE ZUMO DE LA FRUTA U HORTALIZA Y PUEDE PERMITIR LA OBTENCION DEL ZUMO CON MENOR DILUCION.
