INSTALACION DE LAVADO (ENJUAGADO) POR GAS PARA RECIPIENTES DE COLADA. EN UNA INSTALACION DE LAVADO CON GAS DEBE SER FACILMENTE CAMBIABLE UN CONO DE LAVADO EXPUESTO A UN DESGASTE, CON LA CONDUCCION DEL GAS ASEGURADA. PARA ELLO, DEBAJO DEL PRIMER CONO DE LAVADO SE DISPONE OTRO CUYA SUPERFICIE DE CABEZA ES MENOR QUE LA SUPERFICIE DE FONDO DEL PRIMER CONO. EL PRIMER CONO SE APOYA CON LA ZONA ANULAR DE SU SUPERFICIE DE FONDO QUE SOBRESALE DE LA SUPERFICIE DE CABEZA DEL SEGUNDO SOBRE UN LADRILLO, EN EL QUE SE APOYA EL SEGUNDO CONO. SE CREA UNA POSIBILIDAD SEGURA DE LAVADO Y EL CONO SUPERIOR QUE SE DESGASTA EN PRIMER LUGAR, ES RECAMBIABLE DE FORMA SENCILLA. POR LA DISPOSICION SE PRODUCEN CONDICIONES DE LAVADO MAS VENTAJSAS, YA QUE LA SECCION DEL CONO SUPERIOR DE LAVADO NO SE ESTRECHA INMEDIATAMENTE VISTO DESDE LA SUPERFICIE DE CABEZA DEL CONO INFERIOR, SINO QUE EN PRIMER LUGAR SE ENSANCHA. DE APLICACION A INSTALACIONES PARA LAVADO DE GASES PARA RECIPIENTES DE FUSIONES METALICAS, EN ESPECIAL PARA HORNOS DE INDUCCION.
