R E I V I N D I C A C I O N E S  R E I V I N D I C A C I O N E S 1.- Dispositivo de anclaje, sujeción y alineamiento de contenedores de residuos urbanos, que estando previsto para inmovilizar y evitar los desplazamientos de los clásicos contenedores de residuos situados sin fijación alguna sobre la vía pública, se caracteriza porque se constituye a partir de uno o dos tubos en “U” invertidos, anclados sobre el pavimento, en combinación con unos ganchos fijados al correspondiente contenedor, estando esos ganchos constituidos por un elemento metálico con una configuración cerrada determinado una parte con tramos oblicuos y redondeados, así como un tramo superior horizontal seguido de un tramo inferior y vertical, a través del que se realiza la fijación, mediante atornillamiento, al propio contenedor; con la particularidad de que en correspondencia con la parte diédrica definida entre el tramo oblicuo y el tramo vertical del gancho, va montado un gatillo basculante de configuración angular, con dos ramas, una superior y otra inferior, siendo ésta de mayor longitud para permitir un basculamiento del propio gatillo en el que dicha rama de mayor longitud queda adosada a la rama vertical de fijación al contenedor cuando dicho contenedor está fuera del campo de acción del tubo anclado en el pavimento, estableciéndose una entrada para que en el descenso del contenedor la rama transversal y superior de los tubos en “U” anclados al pavimento se aloje en la parte del gancho determinada entre su rama superior horizontal y su rama vertical de fijación al contenedor, y en la parte del perfil angular que determina el gatillo basculante, bloqueando, por basculamiento de éste, o liberando el conjunto respecto de la rama transversal y superior de los tubos en “U” anclados en el pavimento. 1.- Device for anchoring, securing and aligning urban waste containers, which being planned to immobilize and prevent displacement of the classic waste containers located without any fixation on the public highway, is characterized in that it is constituted from one or two inverted "U" tubes, anchored on the pavement, in combination with hooks fixed to the corresponding container, those hooks being constituted by a metallic element with a closed configuration determined a part with oblique and rounded sections, as well as a horizontal upper section followed by a lower and vertical section, through which the fixing is done, by screwing, to the container itself; with the peculiarity that in correspondence with the defined dihedral part between the oblique section and the vertical section of the hook, a tilting trigger of angular configuration is mounted, with two branches, one upper and one lower, this being of greater length to allow a tilting of the trigger itself in which said branch of greater length is attached to the vertical branch of attachment to the container when said container is outside the field of action of the tube anchored in the pavement, establishing an entrance so that in the descent of the container the branch transverse and superior of the “U” pipes anchored to the pavement, it is housed in the part of the hook determined between its horizontal upper branch and its vertical branch of fixation to the container, and in the part of the angular profile that determines the tilting trigger, blocking, by tilting it, or releasing the assembly with respect to the transverse and upper branch of the "U" tubes anchored in the pav imento
