Abstract

1. Elemento adherente, con propiedades de antideslizamiento, susceptible de utilización preferente como etiqueta o similar, adecuado para la incorporación de motivos ornamentales, decorativos o publicitarios, directamente impresos sobre la superficie del mismo o añadidos con algún otro medio, que se caracteriza porque está constituido a partir de un cuerpo (1), aplanado en general, obtenido mediante alguna operación de moldeo, tal como inyección o similar, a partir de un material termoconformable capaz de proporcionar el efecto de antideslizamiento deseado, en cuyo cuerpo (1) se distingue, por una de sus caras, una zona (4) central, lisa, destinada a portar los motivos ornamentales o publicitarios, circundada por una banda perimetral en la aparecen una multiplicidad de formaciones proyectadas hacia el exterior, a modo de tetones (2), de dimensiones reducidas, separados entre sí por distancias cortas y distribuidos de manera aproximadamente uniforme por la totalidad de dicha franja, obtenidos de forma integral con el cuerpo (1) en la misma operación de moldeo, mientras que por la cara opuesta se ha previsto que el cuerpo (1) incorpore una delgada capa (3) de material adhesivo.
