Abstract

1. Dispositivo de retención de solidos para vaso de bebida que siendo del tipo constituido por una única pieza (Figura 5) y que consta de una pinza vertical (PINZA) con un asa (5) y unas características físicas para la fijación del dispositivo al borde del vaso sujetando la otra parte de la pieza o "filtro'' (PARRILLA) horizontalmente a cierta profundidad en el vaso (Figura 5), esencialmente se caracteriza porque dicha pieza ahora inicialmente plana (Figuras 1 y 1"''), presenta a modo de unión entre la PINZA y la PARRILLA una bisagra consistente en una minimización del material constitutivo de la pieza a lo largo de unos milímetros (8) que faculta el plegado de la misma y consecuentemente la adopción de su configuración de uso para con el vaso (Figura 5) ; habiéndose previsto tanto en la PINZA como en la PARRILLA una formación con cabezal (3 y 4) de manera que al ejecutarse por medio de la bisagra (1) el plegado o rotación de la PINZA sobre la PARRILLA (7), estas formaciones "complementarias''se encuentran y tras un inicial desplazamiento se acoplan (2) en orden a efectuar inmovilidad y anclaje entre ambas partes del dispositivo en su nueva configuración.
