With an opening and closing device for a container for fluid products, with a cap which can be applied sealingly to the container opening and which has a tubular outlet with a sealing pin which is arranged in the central region of the outlet and projects therefrom, a sleeve-shaped element, which surrounds the outlet, with a pouring spout which sealingly surrounds the projecting pin, being arranged, limitedly displaceably on the tubular outlet, in the outlet end face of the sleeve-shaped element, the pouring spout being opened or closed by displacing the sleeve-shaped element, a solution is to be provided, by means of which the handling of such a device can be improved, with simple means, in which connection in particular operation without coming into contact with the fluid product is to be possible. This is achieved in that the outlet end face (16) of the sleeve- shaped element (14) is designed as a collecting trough (17) with a pouring spout (18) which projects from the trough (17) and has a funnel-shaped sharp-edged outlet opening (19).
