DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[0043] As shown in FIGS. 1, 7, and 8, an embodiment of the present application provides a children’s carrier, such as a stroller. The children’s carrier includes a frame supporting structure 100, a driving member 200, a driven member 300, a gear housing 400, and a seat plate 500. The children’s carrier has a simple structure, is not easy to cause a sandwiching phenomenon when folded, and has a high safety factor.
[0044] Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the frame supporting structure 100 includes a handle assembly 110, a seat supporting rod 120, a rear feet supporting rod 130, a front feet assembly 140, a backrest supporting rod 150, a first linkage 160, a second linkage 170, a backrest adjusting structure 180, and an armrest 190.
[0045] The handle assembly 110 includes a first handle supporting rod 111, a second handle supporting rod 112, an operating member 113, and a locking mechanism 114. The first handle supporting rod Ill is pivotally connected to the second handle supporting rod 112 by the locking mechanism 114. The operating member 113 is used to control the locking mechanism 114 to switch between a locked state and an unlocked state, so that the first handle supporting rod 111 and the second handle supporting rod 112 are switched between a state of being fixed relative to each other and a state of being rotated relative to each other. In this embodiment, when the stroller is in an unfolded position (i.e., in a position of being fully unfolded and ready for use), the first handle supporting rod 111 is arranged above the second handle supporting rod 112.
[0046] As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the second handle supporting rod 112 and the seat supporting rod 120 are pivotally connected to the first linkage 160 at different locations, respectively. The first linkage 160 can be used to realize the linkage and folding between the second handle supporting rod 112 and the seat supporting rod 120. That is, when the second handle supporting rod 112 is rotated, the seat supporting rod 120 will be rotated accordingly.
[0047] In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 13, the first linkage 160 is an iron sheet having a substantially L-shaped structure. An apex of the L-shaped structure is fixed on the gear housing 400. An end of the L-shaped structure away from the apex is pivotally connected to the seat supporting rod 120, and the other end of the L-shaped structure away from the apex is pivotally connected to the second handle supporting rod 112. Of course, in other embodiments, the first linkage 160 may also be of other shapes or made of other materials.
[0048] Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the second linkage 170 is an iron sheet having a substantially strip-shaped structure. An end of the second linkage 170 is pivotally connected to the seat supporting rod 120, and the other end of the second linkage 170 is pivotally connected to the rear feet supporting rod 130 and the second handle supporting rod 112. The second linkage 170 can be used to realize the linkage and folding between the seat supporting rod 120 and the rear feet supporting rod 130. When the seat supporting rod 120 is rotated, the rear feet supporting rod 130 will be rotated accordingly.
[0049] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, the front feet assembly 140 is pivotally connected to the seat supporting rod 120. The front feet assembly 140 includes a first front feet supporting rod 141, a front feet connecting member 142, and a second front feet supporting rod 143 that are pivotally connected in sequence. In this embodiment, when the stroller is in the unfolded position, the first front feet supporting rod 141, the front feet connecting member 142, and the second front feet supporting rod 143 are sequentially inclined in a direction from top to bottom. An end of the first front feet supporting rod 141 away from the front feet connecting member 142 is pivotally connected to the first handle supporting rod 111. A pivoting point between the first front feet supporting rod 141 and the first handle supporting rod 111 is arranged at a side of the locking mechanism 114 away from the second handle supporting rod 112. That is, the pivoting point between the first front feet supporting rod 141 and the first handle supporting rod 111 is spaced apart from the locking mechanism 114. The front feet connecting member 142 is fixedly connected to the rear feet supporting rod 130 at an included angle. The second front feet supporting rod 143 is pivotally connected to the seat supporting rod 120. In this way, as shown in FIGS. 7 to 12, when the operating member 113 is operated, the locking mechanism 114 between the first handle supporting rod 111 and the second handle supporting rod 112 is unlocked, and the first handle supporting rod 111 is rotated, for example in a counterclockwise direction, relative to the locking mechanism 114, then the first front feet supporting rod
141 will be rotated in a clockwise direction relative to the front feet connecting member
142 under the driving of the first handle supporting rod 111. At the same time, the second handle supporting rod 112 is rotated in the clockwise direction relative to the locking mechanism 114, and drives the seat supporting rod 120 to rotate counterclockwise relative to the first linkage 160 through the first linkage 160. At the same time, the seat supporting rod 120 drives the second front feet supporting rod 143 to rotate counterclockwise relative to the front feet connecting member 142. At the same time, the seat supporting rod 120 drives the rear feet supporting rod 130 to rotate clockwise relative to the second linkage 170 through the second linkage 170. Since the rear feet supporting rod 130 is fixed on the front feet connecting member 142, the front feet assembly 140 can be folded in three sections; the first front feet supporting rod 141, the rear feet supporting rod 130, and the second front feet supporting rod 143 are folded by approaching each other, which greatly reduces the overall volume of the stroller after being folded.
[0050] Further, as shown in FIGS. 10, 12, and 14, the driving member 200 is fixed on the seat supporting rod 120. The driving member 200 includes a first gear teeth portion 210. The driven member 300 is fixed on the backrest supporting rod 150. The driven member 300 includes a second gear teeth portion 310. The first gear teeth portion 210 is engaged with the second gear teeth portion 310. In this embodiment, the driving member 200 is substantially in a shape of a quarter gear, and a central angle of the first gear teeth portion 210 is approximately 90 degrees. The driven member 300 includes a disc-shaped fixed base 320 and a driven body 330 in a shape of a 1/3 gear. The fixed base 320 is fixed on the backrest supporting rod 150. Specifically, the fixed base 320 is snap-connected to the backrest supporting rod 150 through a rotating base 182. The driven body 330 is fixed on the fixed base 320. In this embodiment, the driven body 330 and the fixed base 320 are integrally formed. Of course, in other embodiments, the driven body 330 and the fixed base 320 can also be two separate components, which can be assembled together. The second gear teeth portion 310 is disposed on the driven body 330. Of course, shapes of the driving member 200 and the driven member 300 are not limited thereto, and the central angles of the first gear teeth portion 210 and the second gear teeth portion 310 can also be adjusted according to actual needs. In this way, the seat supporting rod 120 and the backrest supporting rod 150 can be folded in a linked manner through the first gear teeth portion 210 on the driving member 200 and the second gear teeth portion 310 on the driven member 300. Specifically, during the folding process, when the seat supporting rod 120 is driven by the first linkage 160 to rotate counterclockwise relative to the first linkage 160, the backrest supporting rod 150 is rotated clockwise relative to the driving member 200, so that the seat supporting rod 120 and the backrest supporting rod 150 are folded by approaching each other. The cooperation of the two gear teeth portions can replace the conventional linkage structure, and such structure is simple, is not easy to cause the sandwiching phenomenon, and has higher safety factor.
[0051] Further, the driving member 200 is fixed to an end of the seat supporting rod 120, and the driven member 300 is fixed to an end of the backrest supporting rod 150. In this way, on the one hand, the manufacturing and processing can be facilitated; on the other hand, the torque of the seat supporting rod 120 during the linked rotation process can be increased, so that only a small force needs to be applied to the seat supporting rod 120 to drive the backrest supporting rod 150 to rotate. [0052] Further, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 13, the gear housing 400 is pivotally connected to the seat supporting rod 120 and covers an outside of the first gear teeth portion 210. The gear housing 400 includes an engagement opening 411. The engagement opening 411 faces the second gear teeth portion 310. The second gear teeth portion 310 is engaged with the first gear teeth portion 210 through the engagement opening 411. The gear housing 400 covers the first gear teeth portion 210 and the second gear teeth portion 310, which can prevent the user from being scratched by the first gear teeth portion 210 and the second gear teeth portion 310, thereby increasing safety.
[0053] Optionally, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 8, the gear housing 400 further includes an engagement hole 412. The driving member 200 is fixed to an end of the seat supporting rod 120, and the driving member 200 and part of the seat supporting rod 120 extend into the gear housing 400 through the engagement hole 412. A hole wall of the engagement hole 412 has a first side and a second side that are opposite to each other. When the seat supporting rod 120 is rotated to abut against the first side, an included angle between the seat supporting rod 120 and the backrest supporting rod 150 is the smallest, and the stroller is in the unfolded position. When the seat supporting rod 120 is rotated to abut against the second side, an included angle between the seat supporting rod 120 and the backrest supporting rod 150 is the largest, and the stroller is in the folded position. In this way, the rotation angle of the seat supporting rod 120 can be limited.
[0054] Optionally, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 13, the gear housing 400 includes a housing body 450 and a housing cover 460. The housing cover 460 is detachably covered on a side surface of the housing body 450, for example, detachably covered on a side of the housing body 450 facing the second gear teeth portion 310. The engagement opening 411 is defined on the housing cover 460. In this way, the detachment and replacement of the driving member 200 can be facilitated. In this embodiment, the driven body 330 is disposed in the housing body 450, the fixed base 320 covers a part of a side surface of the housing body 450, and the housing cover 460 covers the other part of the side surface of the housing body 450.
[0055] Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the seat plate 500 is fixed on the seat supporting rod 120. In this embodiment, there are two frame supporting structures 100. The seat supporting rods 120 of the two frame supporting structures 100 are respectively fixed on the left and right sides of the seat plate 500. There are two driving members 200 and two driven members 300. The two driving members 200 and two driven members 300 are used to realize the linked folding between the seat supporting rods 120 and the backrest supporting rods 150 of the two frame supporting structures 100, respectively.

The first rod 10 may be, for example, the seat supporting rod 120 of the stroller. The second rod 20 may be, for example, the backrest supporting rod 150 of the stroller. Of course, in other embodiments, the first rod 10 and the second rod 20 can also be other components in the stroller that need to have a linked foldable function. For example, the first rod 10 can be the handle assembly 110 of the above stroller, and the second rod 20 may be the seat supporting rod 120 of the above stroller, etc., which are not limited thereto. The fixed base 320 is fixed on the second rod 20, and the driven body 330 is fixed on the fixed base 320. In this embodiment, the driven body 330 and the fixed base 320 are integrally formed. Of course, in other embodiments, the driven body 330 and the fixed base 320 may also be two separate components, which can be assembled together. The second gear teeth portion 310 is disposed on the driven body 330. The central angles of the first gear teeth portion 210 and the second gear teeth portion 310 can be set to limit an included angle between the first rod 10 and the second rod 20 within a certain range. Of course, shapes of the driving member 200 and the driven member 300 are not limited thereto, and the central angles of the first gear teeth portion 210 and the second gear teeth portion 310 can also be adjusted according to actual needs.
