As shown in FIGS. 3 and 7 , the cutouts 52 accommodate the lower ends of the legs 24a-24b, thereby allowing the legs 24a-24b to lay flat against the bottom surface of the tabletop portion 12a when the leg assembly 16 is in the collapsed position.
