As shown in the figures, in one embodiment of the invention, it is possible to insert a washer 13 between the nut 11 and the second face of the intermediate body 4b of the support structure 4.

- an end part of the base 15 that forms part of the intermediate body 4b abuts on the lower face of the base body 23 of the seat 1b in the resting position due to the action of the spring element 5.
