Abstract

The present invention provides an aerosol generating system having opposite proximal and distal ends, comprising an aerosol generating device and a power supply device; wherein the aerosol generating device has a longitudinal shape extending from the proximal end to the distal end, and has a first end and a second end opposite to the proximal end and the distal end respectively in the length direction; the first end and the second end are provided with a first atomizer and a second atomizer, respectively; the aerosol generating device is movable with respect to the power source, and has a first position and a second position; the aerosol generating system further comprises a position detecting component for detecting that the aerosol generating device is in the first position or the second position, and a controller; the controller controls the power supply device to output power to one of the first atomizer or the second atomizer according to the position of the aerosol generating device detected by the position detecting component. The aerosol generating system of the present invention accurately detects the position during the switching of suction and controls two atomizers to work separately according to the position, so that the suction can be accurately controlled to prevent false triggering.
