au moins un rouleau de travail (4,6') étant monté dans des empoises pour rouleaux de travail (5,9') et les rouleaux d'appui (11,12) étant montés dans des empoises pour rouleaux d'appui (13,14) dans une cage de laminoir (2) commune, les empoises pour rouleaux de travail (5,9') étant conçues de manière à ce que le premier et/ou le deuxième rouleau de travail (4,6') soient respectivement remplaçables par un système de rouleaux (10) qui présente un rouleau de travail (6) de diamètre inférieur et au moins un rouleau supplémentaire (8), le rouleau de travail (6) de diamètre inférieur étant soutenu par le rouleau supplémentaire (8), le rouleau supplémentaire étant monté des empoises pour rouleau supplémentaire (7) et le rouleau de travail de diamètre inférieur étant monté dans des coussinets pour rouleau de travail (9) des empoises pour rouleau supplémentaire (7).
L'invention concerne également un système de laminage (10) à utiliser dans un tel dispositif de laminage (1) et un procédé de transformation d'un dispositif de laminage (1).
