Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for lifting loads with a lift cabin that can be displaced along a vertical guide and is connected to counterweights via four traction means, each attached to a load-bearing point of the lift cabin, wherein the traction means for displacing the lift cabin and the counterweights are each connected to a drive via a drive roller.
  • the device has a lift cabin, with four traction devices each attached to a load-bearing point of the lift cabin.
  • Each of the traction devices which is connected to the lift cabin at one end, is guided via a rotary drive roller and connected to a counterweight at the other end.
  • the lift cabin can be moved along a vertical direction using a drive assigned to the drive rollers.
  • a sensor is provided that detects the tilting position of the lift cabin and controls the drives assigned to the drive rollers to compensate for the position.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object of proposing a device for lifting loads of the type described at the outset, which, even with high loads that are unevenly distributed in the lift cabin, enables operation that is gentle on the drives and, on the other hand, low-maintenance.
  • the invention solves the problem in that two of the four drive rollers are connected to one another in a rotationally fixed manner via a common synchronous shaft, each of which is connected to an asynchronous motor as a drive, and in that two counterweights are provided, each of which is connected to two traction means assigned to separate synchronous shafts.
  • the two asynchronous motors are mechanically coupled to one another via the elevator car and the two counterweights.
  • a further mechanical coupling is therefore not necessary for synchronization.
  • the invention is based on the idea that the slip property of asynchronous motors leads to a reduction in the nominal speed and an increase in the torque of the asynchronous motors as the load increases. If there is an uneven load distribution in the elevator car, the increase in load not only affects one asynchronous motor, but also both asynchronous motors due to the mechanical coupling of the asynchronous motors.
  • the slip property of the asynchronous motors and the mechanical coupling according to the invention therefore result in synchronization of the asynchronous motors, as their speeds and torques adapt to one another, which on the one hand ensures an even load distribution on the two drives and on the other hand, with the interaction of the vertical guide, a synchronization of the elevator car when the elevator car is moved. along the vertical guide without any position sensors to detect the tilt position of the lift cabin.
  • the synchronous shafts run parallel to each other.
  • the two drive rollers assigned to a common counterweight can lie in a common plane with the counterweight and the traction means assigned to these drive rollers.
  • the lift cabin can be displaced along the vertical direction between a first plane in which the two drive rollers assigned to a first common counterweight run with the first counterweight and the traction means assigned to these drive rollers, and a second plane in which the two drive rollers assigned to a second common counterweight run with the second counterweight and the traction means assigned to these drive rollers, since the dimensions of the entire device are thereby essentially determined by the dimensions of the lift cabin.
  • the two traction means assigned to separate synchronous shafts can be connected to the same counterweight with the shortest distance to one another.
  • the two traction means assigned to a common counterweight are attached to opposite vertical legs of the common counterweight.
  • a load lever is created between the vertical legs of the counterweight, which facilitates fine adjustment of the synchronization.
  • a particularly effective synchronization of the asynchronous motors is achieved when the Counterweights are arranged so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis perpendicular to the plane.
  • the device can be installed indoors or outdoors. Outdoors in particular, the device is exposed to external influences such as wind and the like, which can cause the counterweights to shift in an undesirable manner.
  • the counterweights be secured against shifting along the direction of the pivot axis perpendicular to the plane.
  • the lift cabin can be guided in a forced vertical guide.
  • This can be achieved, for example, by assigning two pairs of guide rollers spaced apart in the vertical direction to one side wall of the lift cabin, with a vertical guide rail being arranged between the guide rollers of the respective pair of guide rollers for guided movement of the lift cabin. This prevents the lift cabin from tipping over.
  • more side walls can also have two pairs of guide rollers spaced apart in the vertical direction.
  • the figure shows a perspective view of the subject matter of the invention as an example.
  • a device for lifting loads comprises a lift cabin 9, which is connected to two counterweights 5, 6 via four traction means 7, 8, each attached to a load-carrying point 12.
  • the traction means 7, 8, for example Steel cables are guided over drive rollers 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d to move the lift cabin 7 and the counterweights 5, 6 along a vertical direction 13.
  • the drive roller 14a is connected to the drive roller 14b in a rotationally fixed manner via the synchronous shaft 3.
  • the drive roller 14c is connected to the drive roller 14d in a rotationally fixed manner via the synchronous shaft 4.
  • the synchronous shaft 3 is connected to a first asynchronous motor 1 as a drive and the synchronous shaft 4 is connected to a second asynchronous motor 2.
  • the drive rollers 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d can be connected to the asynchronous motors 1, 2 via the synchronous shafts 3, 4 and, if necessary, via further gear units.
  • the asynchronous motors 1, 2 are preferably connected electrically in parallel and can thus be controlled together.
  • traction means 7, 8 assigned to two separate synchronous shafts 3, 4 - i.e. synchronous shafts 3, 4 which are driven by the other asynchronous motor 1, 2 - are attached to a common counterweight 5, 6, whereby the asynchronous motors 1, 2 are mechanically coupled to one another both via the lift cabin 9 and via the counterweights 5, 6 using the traction means 7, 8 guided via the drive rollers 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d.
  • the mechanical coupling forces the asynchronous motors 1, 2 to synchronize their speeds or torques due to their slip properties, which results in an even load distribution between the two asynchronous motors 1, 2 without complex additional control technology, even if the lift cabin 9 is unevenly loaded.
  • the vertical guide 10 also enables the lift cabin 9 to run synchronously when the lift cabin 9 is moved along the vertical direction 13 without any position sensors.
  • several vertical guides 10, 11 can also be provided, which are arranged on opposite sides of the lift cabin 9 in order to enable particularly smooth synchronous running of the lift cabin 9.
  • the drive rollers 14a, 14c assigned to the counterweight 5 can lie in a common plane 15 with the counterweight 5 and the traction means 7 assigned to the drive rollers 14a, 14c.
  • the drive rollers 14b, 14d assigned to the counterweight 6 can also lie in a common plane (not shown) with the counterweight 6 and the traction means 8 assigned to the drive rollers 14b, 14d, which runs parallel to the plane 15.
  • the two traction means 7, 8 assigned to separate synchronous shafts 3, 4 can be connected to the same counterweight 5, 6 with the shortest distance from one another. Accordingly, the traction means 7 assigned to the synchronous shaft 3 is connected via the counterweight 5 to the traction means 7 assigned to the synchronous shaft 4, and the traction means 8 assigned to the synchronous shaft 3 is connected via the counterweight 6 to the traction means 8 assigned to the synchronous shaft 4. In this way, the elevator car can be displaced along the vertical direction 13 between the plane 15 and the parallel plane (not shown) in which the counterweight 6 runs.
  • a particularly effective mechanical coupling of the asynchronous motors 1, 2 is achieved when the traction means 7, 8 assigned to a counterweight 5, 6 are attached to opposite vertical legs 16 of the common counterweight 5, 6, since the load arm resulting between the legs 16 promotes the transmission of force between the traction means 7, 8, so that even small load differences between the asynchronous motors 1, 2 can lead to synchronization.
  • the counterweights are advantageously mounted so that they can pivot about a pivot axis that is normal to the plane 15.
  • the counterweights 5, 6 can be secured against displacement along the direction of the pivot axis perpendicular to the plane 15.
  • Such a securing can, for example, act on the vertical guide 10, 11 or be carried out via separate vertically tensioned safety ropes.
  • Vertical guide rails 17, 18 can be provided as vertical guides 10, 11, along which two pairs of guide rollers 19, spaced apart from one another in the vertical direction 13, run with the guide rails 17, 18 interposed between the guide rollers 20 of the respective pairs of guide rollers 19.
  • the pairs of guide rollers 19 can be arranged on the outside of a side wall 21 of the lift cabin 9.
