Claims (10)

  1. A pot (1) for dispensing cosmetic product (38) comprising:
    a base (2) having a hollow body (25) surmounted by a neck (22), said base (2) defining a housing (24) adapted to receive the cosmetic product (38);
    at least one refill (3) of cosmetic product (38) mounted on the base (2),
    a cover (4) which closes the pot (1) and adapted to be attached to the base (2) or the refill (3);
    the base (2), the refill (3) and the cover (4) being successively stacked, the refill (3) having a tank (31) for storing the cosmetic product (38) , the inner volume of which is at least identical to the inner volume of the housing (24) of the base (2), said tank (31) being inserted into the housing (24) of the base (2) by descending below the level of the neck (22) of the base (2), said refill (3) having a ring (34) on which the cover (4) can be mounted, said ring (34) having an upper part (33) for attaching to the cover (4), and a lower part (32) for attaching to the base (2), wherein said upper part (33) of the ring (34) is identical to the neck (22) of the base (2).
  2. The pot (1) according to the preceding claim, wherein the cover (4) has an upper closing wall (41) and a peripheral wall (42) for attaching to the base (2) or to the refill (3) , said lower part (32) of the ring (34) being identical to the peripheral wall (42) of the cover (4).
  3. The pot (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the tank (31) has a bottom (30) located in the vicinity of a bottom (21) of the base (2).
  4. The pot (1) according to the preceding claim, wherein the tank (31) is connected to the ring (34) by an upper peripheral edge (37).
  5. The pot (1) according to one of the preceding claim, wherein the refill (3) consists of a single piece.
  6. The pot (1) according to one of the preceding claims, further comprising attachment means:
    between the cover (4) and the base (2) or the refill (3),
    between the refill (3) and the base (2) ;
    said attachment means consisting of corresponding threads (43, 23, 26, 35) for a screw mounting.
  7. The pot (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the refill (3) comprises anti-rotation means limiting the rotation of the refill (3) in the base (2) when opening and closing the cover (4).
  8. The pot (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the cover comprises sealing means.
  9. The pot (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein said sealing means consist of a seal.
  10. The pot (1) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein all the pieces making up the pot are made of a single material, preferably PP.
