Definitions

  • the invention relates to a dosing device for the metered introduction of a pourable, in particular powdery, granular or granular, cleaning agent into a treatment room of a program-controlled cleaning device, in particular a dishwasher, with a housing, a storage container serving to accommodate the cleaning agent and a storage container which is movable within the housing, in particular pivotable about an axis of rotation, arranged support unit, which accommodates the storage container interchangeably and by means of which the storage container can be moved from a basic position into a dosing position and vice versa, the storage container having a storage chamber and a dosing channel opening into a dosing opening, as well as with a discharge opening in the discharge channel opening into the treatment room, which is in fluidic operative connection with the metering channel when the storage container is in the dosing position, the discharge channel having an inlet opening on the dosing channel side.
  • a dosing device of the generic type is from the EP 3 305 159 B1 known.
  • Cleaning devices in particular dishwashers, typically have a washing container that provides a treatment room, also called a washing room.
  • This treatment room is accessible to the user via a loading opening, which can be closed in a fluid-tight manner by means of a pivotably mounted washing room door.
  • the washing container serves to hold items to be cleaned, which in the case of a dishwasher can be, for example, dishes, cutlery and/or the like.
  • process chemicals are used which are supplied to the washing chamber during a cleaning process, typically as an addition to the washing liquid used.
  • process chemicals are, for example, cleaning agents that are added to the washing compartment of the cleaning device under program control at a specific point in time during the program sequence.
  • a dosing device provided on the inside of the washing compartment door, which has a storage chamber, is used to hold pourable cleaning agents.
  • This storage chamber is designed to be open and has a lid designed to be pivotable, for example, to close the open side.
  • the lid is under the force of a spring and therefore strives to pivot into its open position, that is, into a position that releases the volume space of the storage chamber.
  • the storage chamber of the dosing device on the inside of the door is accessible to the user.
  • the cap After manual filling with cleaning agent for a cleaning cycle, the cap must be closed by the user against the spring force acting on it.
  • the washing compartment door can then be closed and a washing program can be started as intended.
  • the locking of the closure lid is released under program control, as a result of which the closure lid is pivoted into its open position due to the spring force acting on it.
  • the cleaning agent stored within the chamber can now be completely flushed out and enter the washing space provided by the washing container.
  • Devices are also known from the prior art which can accommodate pourable cleaning agents for a plurality of successive cleaning cycles, for example from DE 38 35 719 A1 and the WO 93/18701 .
  • the WO 93/18701 discloses a dosing device with a container containing cleaning agent, which tapers in a funnel shape with respect to an outlet opening. This outlet opening is followed by a dosing and addition device with a rotatably mounted drum. This drum has depressions which, depending on the position of the drum, are either in fluid communication with the outlet opening of the container or with an ejection opening opening into the treatment area of the dishwasher. Both the container and the dosing and addition device are fluidly connected to a compressed air generator, which causes a constant supply of compressed air. This should make it easier to eject cleaning agent when dosing, while at the same time preventing the penetration of moisture.
  • the DE 38 35 719 A1 relates to a device for adding granular cleaning agent.
  • This previously known device has a storage container which houses granular cleaning agent in an amount that is sufficient for a plurality of cleaning cycles.
  • the device has a rotatable dosing device with two dosing receptacles for dispensing cleaning agents in portions.
  • both receptacles each have a receptacle base that can be moved like a piston. In the event of discharge, this moves translationally, so that previously absorbed cleaning agent can be expelled and transferred to an intermediate chamber, from where further transport into the treatment room can then take place.
  • the one from the DE 38 35 719 A1 Previously known device has the particular disadvantage that the cleaning agent gets into the structurally unavoidable gaps between the movable parts of the device, even when used as intended, which leads to leaks. Moisture from the washing compartment can therefore migrate up into the storage container, where undesirable cleaning agent clumps occur, which can lead to the entire cleaning device failing to operate.
  • the prior art also includes that already mentioned EP 3 305 159 B1 a dosing device for storing pourable cleaning agent for a plurality of successive cleaning cycles is known, which has the disadvantages of the DE 38 35 719 A1 Do not adhere to the previously known device.
  • This one from the EP 3 305 159 B1 previously known dosing device relates to a generic dosing device.
  • the generic dosing device has a storage container to store cleaning products. Furthermore, the dosing device has a support unit that is rotatable about an axis of rotation. This holds the storage container interchangeably.
  • the storage container in turn has a storage chamber and a dosing channel opening into a dosing opening.
  • the carrying unit and thus also the storage container accommodated by it rotates, as a result of which cleaning agents stored in the storage chamber of the storage container are discharged through the dosing channel which is fluidly connected to the storage chamber.
  • the storage container can therefore be transferred from a basic position to a dosing position and vice versa, with the cleaning agent being discharged in the dosing position of the storage container.
  • the dosing device also has a discharge channel that is in fluid communication with the dosing channel in the case of dosing.
  • This discharge channel has a discharge opening on the dosing channel side and a discharge opening opposite the discharge opening, which discharge opening opens into the treatment room.
  • the discharge channel after the EP 3 305 159 B1 is designed in two parts and has a fixed pipe section on the one hand and a flexible pipe section on the other.
  • the flexible pipe section can be pivoted from a rest position into a metering position and vice versa.
  • the dosing position the flexible pipe section is in fluid flow connection with the fixed pipe section, so that cleaning agent dispensed from the storage container can pass through the dosing channel and then through the discharge channel into the treatment room.
  • the flexible pipe section of the discharge channel is in the rest position, in which it is fluidically decoupled from the fixed pipe section of the discharge channel.
  • the flexible design of the second pipe section of the discharge channel has the advantage that, in the case of non-dosing, a fluid decoupling of the first pipe section and the second pipe section is achieved, which prevents any moisture in the flexible pipe section from migrating up into the storage container of the dosing device.
  • the KR 1999 0086552 A like that too US 2007/0210118 A1 each disclose a dosing device for the metered introduction of a pourable cleaning agent into a treatment room of a washing machine, which has a housing and a storage container used to accommodate the cleaning agent, which has a storage chamber and a dosing channel opening into a dosing opening. They also reveal a fan to promote drying air.
  • the object of the invention is to further develop a dosing device of the generic type in such a way that the user's handling is simplified in terms of design.
  • the invention proposes a dosing device with the features of claim 1.
  • the housing of the dosing device housing the storage container has an inlet opening.
  • this inlet opening serves to introduce drying air, which advantageously removes moisture in the housing, for example due to condensation effects, and/or drives it out of the housing.
  • the result of this construction is advantageously that water that may accumulate in the housing of the dosing device can be removed from the housing promptly after it has formed and/or accumulated, and the interior of the housing can thus be drained. This ensures that water entry into the housing of the dosing device, which a user perceives as harmful, is avoided, for example due to the formation of condensation. Any resulting incorrect operation on the part of the user is thereby prevented at the same time, which results in overall improved handling for the user.
  • a drying fan is provided, which is arranged on the outside of the housing of the dosing device.
  • the drying fan sucks in ambient air and supplies it to the inlet opening as drying air.
  • initial assembly by the manufacturer is simplified because the drying fan is designed as a component of the dosing device, which enables final assembly of the dosing device as such.
  • pressure losses associated with tubing can be advantageously avoided, which enables the use of a less powerful and therefore more compact drying fan.
  • an outlet opening is also provided for drying air conveyed by the drying fan.
  • drying air flows through the housing on the dosing device side, with the drying air being fed in on the inlet opening side and after passing through the Housing volume space reaches the outlet opening.
  • a continuous drying air flow is ensured, which contributes to rapid drying and/or driving out unwanted residual moisture.
  • the introduction of drying air into the housing of the dosing device can take place at different times in a rinsing program.
  • it is advantageously permitted to be able to expel not only water from the housing that is created by condensation, but also water that rises from the treatment room into the housing of the dosing device due to unavoidable micro-leaks.
  • a synergistic effect is achieved thanks to the design according to the invention. This not only counteracts the formation of condensation within the housing, but also the unwanted entry of moisture from the treatment room.
  • the drying fan is directly connected in terms of flow to the inlet opening.
  • the drying fan is preferably switched on under program control and, during operation, delivers drying air in a targeted manner via the inlet opening into the housing of the dosing device.
  • the use of such a blower results in an increased amount of drying air being introduced into the housing of the dosing device, which results in accelerated drying.
  • the housing has, in the manner already described above, an inlet opening on the one hand and an outlet opening on the other.
  • the outlet opening is opposite the inlet opening. This ensures that the longest possible flow path between the inlet opening and outlet opening is provided within the housing. In particular This avoids a short-circuit current in the drying air.
  • drying air previously introduced into the housing is expelled via the outlet opening.
  • drying air flows through the housing, the drying air being introduced into the housing via the inlet opening and led out of the housing via the outlet opening.
  • the drying air absorbs moisture in the housing and/or expels it through the outlet opening. Drying air literally flows around a storage container housed in the housing of the dosing device, which means that drying air flows around the storage container on all sides. Effective drying of both the interior of the housing and the storage container housed therein is thus ensured in an advantageous manner.
  • the housing has a further air outlet for drying air. Accordingly, it is provided that the housing has an outlet opening and a second air outlet separate therefrom. In terms of the process, a distinction can therefore be made as to whether drying air previously introduced into the housing leaves the housing via the outlet opening or the second air outlet.
  • the further air outlet is provided through the inlet opening of the outlet channel.
  • This configuration has the advantage that when the drying air is expelled via the further air outlet, the discharge channel is also dried.
  • the further air outlet is preferably formed by the introduction opening into the discharge channel, so that drying air introduced into the housing of the dosing device via the inlet opening leaves the housing via the introduction opening into the discharge channel, from where it exits via the discharge opening of the discharge channel into the treatment room of the cleaning device arrived.
  • the invention is characterized by a closure device which interacts with the inlet opening and which closes the inlet opening when the storage container is in the basic position.
  • a closure device is used. This interacts with the inlet opening and closes it when no dosing is taking place, i.e. the storage container is in the basic position. This means that when the storage container is in the basic position, only the outlet opening is open, but not the inlet opening that serves as a further air outlet. If the dosing device is supplied with drying air when the storage container is in the basic position, this is released via the outlet opening after passing through the housing of the dosing device.
  • the closure device releases the further air outlet when the storage container has moved out of the basic position. Accordingly, it is provided that in the case of dosing, i.e. when the storage container has moved out of the basic position, the further, i.e. the second, air outlet is no longer closed by the closure device. The outlet opening and the further air outlet are then opened.
  • the dosing device is supplied with drying air in the case of dosing, drying air is discharged from the housing through the further air outlet, that is, the inlet opening into the outlet channel and the outlet opening.
  • the closure device In the case of dosing, the closure device must be moved into its open position to open the inlet opening. Only then can cleaning agent released from the storage container pass through the discharge channel into the treatment room of the cleaning device. However, especially when the closure device is in the open position, there is a risk that moisture will rise from the treatment room via the discharge channel into the housing of the dosing device. Thanks to the design according to the invention, such an unwanted entry of moisture is effectively counteracted in that drying air introduced into the housing of the dosing device also passes through the further air outlet, i.e. is expelled through the introduction opening of the discharge channel.
  • the carrying unit which is movably arranged in the housing, is arranged in the housing so as to be rotatable about an axis of rotation, i.e. the movement of the carrying unit represents a rotary or pivoting movement, as a result of which the storage container rotates about an axis of rotation in the intended dosing case, in particular a complete revolution, that is, a 360° rotation is completed.
  • the storage container At the start of a twisting movement, the storage container is in its basic position. In this position, the inlet opening of the outlet channel is closed by means of the closure device.
  • the closure device By means of the closure device, it is ensured in a structurally simple manner that the inlet opening of the outlet channel is only open when dosing. Otherwise, the inlet opening is closed by means of the closure device, so that moisture entry into the cleaning agent stored in the storage container is essentially excluded.
  • This construction also offers the advantage of designing the discharge channel as a one-piece tube, that is, without a flexible tube section, which not only simplifies handling but also manufacturing. In addition, production becomes cheaper. Should there be an entry of moisture into the discharge channel, for example due to micro-leaks, despite the inlet opening being closed by the closure device, drying takes place in the manner already described by drying air in the housing of the dosing device is inserted and released via the inlet opening as a further air outlet.
  • the closure device has a closure plate arranged on the outer circumference of the carrying unit.
  • the closure device To seal the inlet opening of the outlet channel, the closure device has a closure plate. In the basic position of the storage container, this lies against the inlet opening, whereby it is closed. In order to achieve the tightest possible closure of the inlet opening, a sealing contour is provided either on the closure plate side or on the inlet opening side, which allows the closure plate to rest on the edge surrounding the inlet opening with as little gap as possible.
  • the closure plate is arranged on the carrying unit.
  • a particular advantage of this configuration is that the closure plate rotates together with the carrying unit when dosing is intended.
  • no specially designed drive and/or pivoting means is required to move the closure plate, that is, neither to open the inlet opening nor to close it.
  • the carrying unit rotates anyway.
  • the arrangement of the closure plate on the carrying unit according to the invention therefore causes the closure plate to automatically rotate together with the storage container with the support unit in between when it is transferred from its basic position to its dosing position.
  • the closure plate rests in a sealing manner against the inlet opening when the storage container is in its basic position.
  • the closure plate automatically rotates, which opens the inlet opening for transferring cleaning agent from the storage container into the discharge channel. Accordingly, the closure plate is also automatically rotated when the storage container is moved back to its basic position.
  • the closure plate can be moved in the radial direction relative to the support unit. This relative movability of the closure plate allows the closure plate to be pressed against the inlet opening in the basic position of the storage container. This supports a secure, in particular fluid-tight, closure of the inlet opening by the closure plate.
  • the closure device has means for applying force to the closure plate, which applies force to the closure plate in the direction of the inlet opening to be closed when the storage container is in the basic position.
  • These means provided according to the invention cause the closure plate to be automatically pressed against the introduction opening in the basic position of the storage container. On the one hand, this ensures that the sealing plate is in contact with the inlet opening in the most sealing possible manner and, on the other hand, tolerance compensation is created, as manufacturing-related tolerances can occur with regard to the relative position of the inlet opening and the sealing plate.
  • the means for applying force have a compression spring.
  • This spring can be, for example, a leaf spring that is arranged between the support unit and the closure plate.
  • the closure plate is subjected to force by means of the spring, which is why it tends to migrate radially outwards. This means that the closure plate lies tightly against the inlet opening of the outlet channel when the storage container is in its basic position.
  • the carrying unit has a flow guide element on the underside of a storage container received by the carrying unit.
  • This flow guide element advantageously ensures that drying air introduced into the housing of the metering device is optimally distributed within the housing. This ensures that, on the one hand, there is complete exposure to the inner surface of the housing, and also that there is complete air circulation around the storage container housed in the housing.
  • the flow guide element therefore advantageously ensures drying air distribution with the result that effective drying is achieved within a very short time.
  • the flow guide element is a recess, preferably in the form of a groove or channel.
  • This groove is made in the floor provided by the support unit.
  • the storage container rests on this floor when used as intended.
  • the design of a groove or channel now has the advantage that air introduced into the housing is distributed in a targeted manner by means of the groove and can also flow past the storage container below it. This achieves optimized air distribution within the dosing device housing.
  • the drying fan is arranged within a housing designed as a cage. This housing protects the drying fan and in particular the fan wheel from disruptive effects that may affect the drying fan from outside.
  • the housing is designed like a cage, so that the drying fan is able to suck in ambient air and introduce it into the housing of the metering device as drying air in the manner already described.
  • This housing design makes it possible, in particular, to arrange insulating material around the dosing device in the usual way, without the risk of the insulating material being caught by the rotating fan wheel during operation, which could lead to the fan wheel getting stuck.
  • the housing designed as a cage offers particular protection against any insulating material that may also surround the drying fan.
  • the drying fan is an axial fan with an axial fan wheel aligned at an angle to the surface normal of the inlet opening.
  • this inclined orientation allows the drying fan to be accommodated in a space-saving manner, but at the same time it also optimizes the amount of air released by the drying fan in the direct direction of the inlet opening during operation.
  • a housing-side closure device which interacts with the dosing opening of the dosing channel when the storage container is in the basic position and closes it.
  • This closure device ensures that the dosing opening of the storage container is closed when there is no dosing case Storage container is therefore in its basic position. This effectively prevents any unwanted entry of moisture via the dosing opening into the dosing channel and thus into the storage container.
  • the inlet opening is arranged in the height direction of the housing below the closure device on the housing side.
  • the drying air conveyed by the drying fan is introduced into the dosing device housing below the closure device. From here it flows around the storage container until it reaches the outlet opening in the manner already described.
  • a bypass line is provided to the flow path opening into the inlet opening.
  • the drying air flows from the drying fan to the inlet opening.
  • a bypass line is now provided for this flow path. This bypass line allows drying air conveyed by the drying fan to reach the dosing device housing in two ways.
  • bypass line opens into an air opening provided by a plate element of the closure device.
  • the storage container If the storage container is in its basic position, its metering opening is closed in the manner already described by means of the closure device.
  • a plate element provided by the closure device is used for this purpose. This rests on the opening side of the dosing opening of the dosing channel, whereby the dosing opening is closed.
  • the closure device provides an air opening, specifically in the plate element, so that a fluid connection to the metering opening of the storage container is provided. When used as intended, air can now flow via the bypass line not only via the inlet opening, but also via the air opening into the air duct of the storage container. In this way, drying of the dosing channel is also possible.
  • the invention further proposes a method for operating a Dosing device of the type described above, in which outside of a dosing process, in particular after completion of a dosing process, with a storage container in the basic position, drying air is supplied to the housing via the inlet opening for a predetermined period of time and is discharged via the outlet opening.
  • the dosing device is supplied with drying air when the storage container is in its basic position, i.e. no metering of cleaning agent into the treatment room takes place.
  • the introduction opening into the discharge channel is closed and the outlet opening is opened. Any moisture in the housing of the dosing device is expelled from the housing via the outlet opening as a result of the introduction of drying air.
  • Complete drying of both the interior of the housing and the storage container it houses is achieved in an advantageous manner.
  • Such a method implementation takes place, for example, during a drying step or drying process carried out by the dishwasher in its intended use.

  • the inlet opening 43 serves to be able to introduce drying air into the housing 44 of the dosing device 7. Depending on the position of the storage container 8, this drying air is discharged either via the Outlet opening 46 or via the outlet opening 46 and the further air outlet 48 instead.
  • a drying fan 39 is used to supply the inlet opening 43 with drying air as required, which in the exemplary embodiment shown is an axial fan, such as in particular Figs. 7 to 9 reveal.
  • the drying fan 39 has an axial fan wheel 41, which is inclined to the surface normal of the inlet opening 43, as shown in particular in the illustration Fig. 8 can be recognized.
  • the inclined orientation of the drying fan 39 while at the same time optimizing the use of installation space, ensures that the inlet opening 43 is effectively supplied with ambient air serving as drying air.
  • the drying fan 39 is surrounded by a housing 40 designed as a cage.
  • This cage 40 ensures that in particular an insulating material surrounding the dosing device 7 cannot unintentionally get into the effective range of an axial fan wheel that rotates in the intended use.
  • the cage 40 protects the axial fan wheel 41 from unwanted mechanical forces from outside. This ensures safe operation of the drying fan 39.
  • the drying fan 39 is arranged outside the housing 44 on the housing 44.
  • the drying fan 39 is therefore directly adjacent to the housing 44, so that air supply to the inlet opening 43 is guaranteed without additional hoses or piping. This effectively prevents unwanted air pressure losses.
  • the dosing device 7 has a closure device 42 on the housing side, which interacts with the dosing opening 15 of the dosing channel 14 when the storage container is in the basic position and closes it.
  • the closure device 42 has a plate element 53 which is spring-loaded against the dosing opening side Dosing channel is pressed, as shown in particular Fig. 5 can be recognized.
  • the closure device 42 therefore ensures that the metering channel 14 of the storage container is closed when the storage container 8 is in its basic position. It is so effectively prevented that residual moisture can inadvertently migrate into the storage container 8 via the metering channel 14.
  • the inlet opening 43 provided according to the invention for supplying the housing 44 with drying air in the height direction 52 is formed below the plate element 53 of the housing-side closure device 42.
  • drying air flows in accordance with arrows 45 ( Fig. 4 ) through the inlet opening 43 below the plate element 53 into the housing 44, which then leads to air flowing around a storage container 8 received by the dosing device 7.
  • the plate element 53 of the closure device 42 is equipped with an air opening 54.
  • the air opening 54 opens into the dosing opening 15 of the dosing channel 14 of the storage container 8, as is the case in particular Figs. 11 and 12 reveal.
  • the air opening 54 is provided at the end of a bypass line 55, so that drying air conveyed by the drying fan 39 is expelled not only via the inlet opening 43, but also via the air opening 54 with the interposition of the bypass line 55.
  • the drying air released via the inlet opening 43 serves to be guided into the interior of the housing 44 of the metering device 7.
  • the drying air released via the air opening 54 serves to be introduced directly into the storage container 8, which enables drying in particular of the dosing channel 14, which helps to prevent unwanted deposits of cleaning agent in the area of the dosing opening 15.
  • the housing 44 is further equipped with an outlet opening 46, as in particular Fig. 4 can be recognized. Drying air flowing into the housing 44 via the inlet opening 43 in accordance with the arrows 45 can then leave the housing 44 via the outlet opening 46 after passing through the housing volume space, specifically via a connection piece 56 in accordance with the arrow 47.
  • the storage container 8 rotates in the manner already described, which means it is moved out of its basic position, like this Fig. 6 can be recognized.
  • metered cleaning agent is dispensed via the metering unit 13 via the metering channel 14, which then reaches the discharge channel 19 via the introduction opening 20.
  • the introduction opening 20 is open not only for cleaning agents, but also for drying air generated by the drying fan 39. Drying air fed into the housing 44 leaves it not only via the outlet opening 46, but also via the inlet opening 20, which serves as a further air outlet 48, in accordance with the arrow 28, as shown Fig. 6 shows.
  • the drying air conveyed into the discharge channel 19 in accordance with arrow 28 flows through the discharge channel 19 in accordance with arrow 29 (cf. Fig. 2 ) and is delivered via the discharge opening 21 into the washing chamber 4 housed by the washing container 3. In the case of dosing, the drying air ensures that any moist air rising from the washing chamber 4 is pushed back into the washing chamber 4.
  • the receptacle 36 When drying air is introduced into the housing 44, air flows around the storage container 8.
  • the receptacle 36 into which the carrying unit 9 is inserted when used as intended, is equipped with a flow guide element.
  • This flow guide element is provided by means of a groove 51 formed in the bottom 50 of the receptacle 36.
  • the groove 51 has a depth of, for example, 1 mm to 2 mm.
  • this comparatively small gap dimension is sufficient to achieve an optimized drying air distribution within the housing 44 and thus also a flushing around a storage container 8 inserted into the carrying unit 9.
  • the inlet opening 20 is basically closed in a fluid-tight manner by the closure plate 23. This prevents any unwanted entry of moisture from the treatment room into the housing 44. Nevertheless, it can be due to in particular Manufacturing tolerances result in minimal leakage. There is also the problem of condensation formation. In this respect, it cannot be reliably ruled out that moisture will not accidentally enter the housing 44 of the dosing device 7, particularly over the entire service life of the dishwasher 1. Although this is not critical in view of unwanted clumping of the cleaning agent stored in the storage container 8, it is nevertheless perceived as disadvantageous.
  • the design according to the invention provides a remedy here.
  • drying air introduced into the housing 44 is released via the outlet opening 46.
  • drying air can be applied for a predetermined period of time after a dosing case has been completed.
  • a second process implementation occurs during the dosing case.
  • the introduction opening 20 must be open when dosing so that cleaning agent can be dispensed into the treatment room.
  • moisture, in particular vapors can rise from the treatment room and reach the housing 44. This can be effectively counteracted by operating the blower 39 and introducing drying air into the housing 44 even during dosing.
  • drying air introduced into the housing 44 is also released via the intake opening 20 which serves as a further air outlet 48. Rising vapors are counteracted in this way, so that unwanted moisture entry into the housing 44 is further minimized.
  • the discharge channel 19 is also dried.
  • the dosing device 7 also has a rinsing device 24, such as this in particular Figs. 17 and 18 in combination with the Figs. 15 and 16 reveal.
  • the rinsing device 24 serves to be able to flush the discharge channel 19 with rinsing liquid if necessary, so that any cleaning agent residues that accumulate on the inside of the discharge channel 19 are removed. can be washed out.
  • the rinsing device 24 has a rinsing nozzle 25, which is in fluid communication with a pump for conveying rinsing liquid via a hose 26. If necessary, the discharge channel 19 can be supplied with rinsing liquid via the hose 26 and the rinsing nozzle 25.
  • the flushing nozzle 25 is preferably aligned tangentially to the introduction opening 20. During operation, there is no direct application of rinsing liquid to the closure plate 23, which closes the inlet opening 20 in a fluid-tight manner.
  • the insert 27, which is preferably inserted into the discharge channel 19, has an opening 38 into which the rinsing nozzle 25 engages on one side or through which the rinsing liquid dispensed by the rinsing nozzle 25 flows.
