Abstract
Saugvorrichtung (7) zum Trennen von Bauschutt (1), umfassend- ein Saugrohr (3) mit einem Saugmund (2) zum Einsaugen von Bauschutt (1),- ein mit dem Saugrohr (3) saugseitig verbundenes Sauggebläse (4) zur Erzeugung eines Bauschutt (1) tragenden Volumenstroms und- einen mit dem Sauggebläse (4) druckseitig verbundenen Abscheidebehälter (6) zur Aufnahme von eingesaugtem Bauschutt (1),wobei das Saugrohr (3) einen Strömungsquerschnitt des das Saugrohr (3) durchströmenden Volumenstroms begrenzt und das Saugrohr (3) und das Sauggebläse (4) derart dimensioniert sind, dass eine mittlere Strömungsgeschwindigkeit, die durch den Quotienten aus dem vom Sauggebläse (4) erzeugten oder erzeugbaren Volumenstrom und dem durch das Saugrohr (3) begrenzten Strömungsquerschnitt bestimmt ist, einen Wert im Bereich zwischen 10 m/s und 100 m/s annimmt.Suction device (7) for separating rubble (1), comprising- a suction pipe (3) with a suction mouth (2) for sucking in rubble (1),- a suction fan (4) connected to the suction pipe (3) on the suction side for generating a rubble (1) and a separating container (6) connected to the suction fan (4) on the pressure side for receiving sucked rubble (1), the suction pipe (3) delimiting a flow cross-section of the volume flow flowing through the suction pipe (3) and the suction pipe (3) and the suction fan (4) are dimensioned in such a way that an average flow velocity, which is determined by the quotient of the volumetric flow generated or that can be generated by the suction fan (4) and the flow cross-section limited by the suction pipe (3), has a value in the range between 10 m/s and 100 m/s.
