Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Faltschachtel ist die obere Einstecklasche an den rückspringenden Rändern mit den Verbreiterungen der oberen Staublaschen verriegelt. Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Faltschachtel bewirken die Ritzung an der Außenseite des Kartons und die Gegenritzung an der Innenseite des Kartons, dass die obere Einstecklasche bei Ausübung vergleichsweise geringer Kräfte auf die Deckellasche abreißt, sodass die Verpackung teilweise zerstört wird und nicht mehr geschlossen werden kann. Durch die Ritzung und Gegenritzung, die zumindest teilweise in einem Abstand voneinander verlaufen, ist die Verbindung zwischen oberer Einstecklasche und Deckellasche so geschwächt, dass der Bereich des Kartons zwischen Ritzung und Gegenritzung bei Ausübung vergleichsweise geringer Öffnungskräfte abreißt. Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsart ist hierfür durch die Ritzung und die Gegenritzung jeweils das Kartonmaterial zu mehr als 50 %, vorzugsweise zu etwa 75 %, durchtrennt. Zwischen Ritzung und Gegenritzung wird das Material nur durch einen schmalen Bereich miteinander verpresster Papierlagen zusammengehalten, der unter Anwendung verhältnismäßig geringer Kräfte aufgetrennt werden kann. Faltschachtel mit Originalitätsverschluss, umfassend: • eine mehreckige Bodenwand (26), • Seitenwände (2, 3, 4, 5), die an den unteren Rändern über Faltlinien mit den Rändern der Bodenwand und über seitliche Faltlinien miteinander verbunden sind, • obere Staublaschen, (7, 8) die über Faltlinien mit oberen Rändern von zwei seitlichen Seitenwänden (2, 4) verbunden sind, zwischen denen eine vordere Seitenwand (5) angeordnet ist, deren oberer Rand eine freie Kante (37) ist, wobei die oberen Staublaschen auf der Seite der vorderen Seitenwand neben den Faltlinien obere Verbreiterungen (9, 10) aufweisen, • eine Deckellasche (11), die an einem Rand über eine Faltlinie mit einer oberen Einstecklasche (12) verbunden ist und an einem gegenüberliegenden hinteren Rand über eine Faltlinie mit dem oberen Rand einer hinteren Seitenwand (3) verbunden ist, die der vorderen Seitenwand (5) gegenüberliegt, • mindestens eine Ritzung (15, 16) an der Außenseite auf der Faltlinie zwischen Deckellasche (11) und oberer Einstecklasche (12), • mindestens eine Gegenritzung (20, 21) an der Innenseite der Deckellasche (11) und/oder der oberen Einstecklasche (12), die zumindest teilweise in einem Abstand von der Ritzung (15, 16) verläuft, • wobei die obere Einstecklasche (12) beidseitig neben der mindestens einen Ritzung (15, 16) obere rückspringende Ränder (38, 39) aufweist, welche die oberen Verbreiterungen (9, 10) der oberen Staublaschen (7, 8) untergreifen, wenn die obere Einstecklasche (12) zwischen die oberen Staublaschen und die vordere Seitenwand eingesteckt ist.
