Description

The invention relates to edge or connecting reinforcement for a reinforced concrete component.

To create reinforcement for a reinforced concrete component, edge cages or connecting cages are required at the edges of the component for connecting the reinforcements of other elements such as walls, columns or the like.

Edge cages are formed into U-shaped reinforcement cages in particular by bending cross bars from lattice-shaped reinforcement mats. To connect the edge cages, they must be connected to the remaining reinforcement of the component or to each other on the construction site, which requires a large number of reinforcing steel bars that have to be laid by hand. For quick, cost-effective and error-reduced installation, a reduction in the number of reinforcing steel bars that have to be bent and braided by hand is desirable.

From the EP 2 175 079 B1 a method for forming a rigid corner connection for reinforced concrete construction is known, in which reinforcement elements, which consist of U-shaped, parallel cross bars and longitudinal bars connecting them, are placed in a corner of a wall or floor section of a reinforced concrete component to be connected in such a way that the free ones Ends of the crossbars of a reinforcing element are arranged both in the direction of the floor section to be reinforced and perpendicular to the free ends of crossbars of a further, U-shaped reinforcement element, the free ends of which also point in the direction of the floor section to be reinforced. This type of edge reinforcement is a simplified reinforcement of sections that are angled towards each other Realizable, but it is not applicable for use over the entire length of the side of an edge of a reinforced concrete component.

CN 101 113 630 A discloses an edge or connecting reinforcement according to the preamble of claim 1.

Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufrage zugrunde, eine Rand- oderThe invention is therefore based on the request to create an edge or

To propose connecting reinforcement that enables simple edge reinforcement over the entire length of the side of an edge of a reinforced concrete component with prefabricated reinforcement elements, as well as a method for producing such edge reinforcement.

This task is achieved in an edge or connecting reinforcement for a reinforced concrete component, having at least a first and second reinforcement element, each having U-shaped, mutually parallel cross bars and longitudinal bars connecting them, with first and second ends of the longitudinal bars ending freely in projections solved that longitudinal bars of a reinforcing element, with a parallel arrangement of the bends of the transverse bars of the first and an immediately adjacent second reinforcing element, are arranged offset from the longitudinal bars of the other reinforcing element, in particular according to the sequence (AB-) n .

The ends of longitudinal bars of two immediately adjacent reinforcement elements do not abut each other, but rather overlap, which ensures stable reinforcement in the transition area between the two reinforcement elements without additional, manually laid reinforcement bars. In this way, variable edge reinforcement is made possible, which, depending on the requirements of the component or construction site, allows the use of any number of edge baskets along an edge of a reinforced concrete component. According to the invention, two or more are used in the position of their

A, usw..Longitudinal bars within the edge/end reinforcement or the reinforcement cage, different edge reinforcements are provided in direct sequence, in particular in the order edge reinforcement A-connecting to edge reinforcement B, which in turn connects to a second edge reinforcement A, etc..

In a further development of the invention it is provided that longitudinal bars are arranged within the short sides of the cross bars and/or that longitudinal bars are arranged within the short sides of the cross bars and within legs of the cross bars. As a result, the reinforcement according to the invention is suitable both for reinforcement along one side of an edge of a reinforcement element, as well as for the reinforcement of adjacent, angled sides, in which an arrangement of longitudinal bars on the legs of the cross bars would make it more difficult for the angled edge reinforcement elements to be inserted into one another.

In an embodiment of the invention it is provided that first distances between longitudinal bars within the short sides and second distances within the legs of the transverse bars of a first reinforcing element are equal to the respective corresponding distances between longitudinal bars of a second reinforcing element. As a result, the free ends of all longitudinal bars of the two reinforcement elements form an overlap with projections on the free ends of the longitudinal bars of the other reinforcement element, which enables particularly stable reinforcement and makes the reinforcement elements variable in use. In particular, the distance between several longitudinal irons that are arranged within the short side of the U formed by the transverse irons is equal to the distance between longitudinal irons that are arranged within the legs of the U. This enables an overlap with reinforcement elements arranged in parallel, both on the short sides of the cross bars arranged longitudinal irons as well as longitudinal irons that are arranged on legs that protrude into the component. In particular, a further distance from longitudinal bars within the legs of the cross bars to the short sides of the cross bars is increased by approximately one diameter of the longitudinal bars, which is arranged within the legs of the cross bars, in comparison to the first to the second or the second to the first reinforcing element.

Furthermore, in an embodiment of the invention it is provided that a reinforcing element has longitudinal iron of different diameters. This means that the reinforcing element can be better adapted to the existing conditions and the amount of reinforced concrete required is comparatively reduced.

In a further development of the edge reinforcement according to the invention, it is provided that projections of the first and second ends of a longitudinal iron are of different lengths. In this way, different connection conditions can be implemented at the two ends of the longitudinal bars, for example for arrangement on adjacent walls or other reinforcement elements or at corners of the reinforced concrete component to be reinforced, while at the same time the amount of steel required is reduced.

In addition, in the embodiment of the edge reinforcement according to the invention, it is provided that a third reinforcement element is provided, having U-shaped, mutually parallel transverse bars and longitudinal bars connecting them, with first and second ends of the longitudinal bars ending freely in projections, and with longitudinal bars of the third reinforcement element, with a parallel arrangement of the bends of the transverse bars of the first and/or second reinforcing element, offset in position from the longitudinal bars of the adjacent third Reinforcing element are arranged. In this way, the flexibility of the edge reinforcement is increased with great advantage, especially over edges with long sides.

To solve the procedural problem, the invention provides that first and second reinforcing elements are laid in such a way that free ends of the bend of transverse bars of the first and second reinforcing elements are arranged parallel and/or angled to one another. This makes it possible to use prefabricated edge reinforcement elements both along one side of an edge and on angled sections of the edge.

In a further development of the method according to the invention, it is provided that the first and second reinforcement elements are individually calculated from 3D reinforcement data. This means that the edge reinforcement is integrated into an installation-optimized reinforcement planning and the reinforcement is implemented based on largely prefabricated reinforcement elements.

Fig. 2:
a reinforcement grid as the basis of a reinforcement element according to the invention.

Fig. 1 shows a first and a second reinforcing element 2, 3 according to the invention - or A, B as above - in cross section. When in use, these are arranged directly next to each other, namely in the sequence ABAB-... or to put it another way: (AB) n . This is the one Cross section at the level of projections 8.8' of free ends 6.7' of longitudinal iron 5.5' of the first and second reinforcing element 3. Both reinforcement elements 2.3 have U-shaped cross bars 4.4', which are each connected by longitudinal bars 5.5'. The relative position of the longitudinal irons 5' of the second reinforcing element 3 when the bends 9,9' of the first and second reinforcing elements 2,3 are arranged parallel in use is indicated within the first reinforcing element 2 by means of dashed lines. This overlap is achieved when one of the two reinforcement elements is connected directly to the other. The length of the overlap depends on the length of the projection of the longitudinal bars 5, 5 'of a reinforcement cage compared to its outermost cross bars. In particular, the longitudinal irons 5' of the second reinforcing element 3, which are arranged offset relative to the longitudinal irons 5 of the first reinforcing element 2, can be seen, as well as the overlap formed by the adjacent longitudinal irons 5.5' along the respective projections 8.8' of the corresponding free ends 6.7`. In the example shown, two longitudinal irons 5.5' are arranged within a short side 10,10' of the cross bars 4,4', with their first distance 11,11' from each other being the same size, which results in an overlap of the projections 8,8' of both longitudinal irons 5.5' within the short sides 10.10' of the transverse irons 4.4', as indicated in the illustration of the first reinforcing element 2. When the two reinforcing elements 2, 3 according to the invention are arranged directly adjacent to the invention, legs 15, 15' of the crossbars 4, 4' of the reinforcing elements 2, 3 point in the direction of a reinforced concrete component 1 to be reinforced, which is indicated here by means of an adjacent reinforcing steel bar. The reinforcing elements 2, 3 can be arranged on the same or angled adjacent sides of the edge of the reinforced concrete component 1 be. In particular for the laying of parallel reinforcement elements 2,3 along one side of the edge of the reinforced concrete component 1, these connecting longitudinal irons 5,5' are also arranged along the legs 15,15' of the transverse bars (4,4'). In the example shown, these longitudinal irons 5.5' have a smaller diameter (12) than longitudinal irons 5.5', which are arranged within the short sides 10.10' of the transverse irons 4.4'. According to the invention, a further distance 16 of the longitudinal iron 5 arranged on the leg 15 of the cross bar 4 of the first reinforcing element 2 to the short side 10 of the transverse bar 4 equals a corresponding further distance 16 'of the longitudinal iron 5' arranged on the leg 15' of the second reinforcing element 3 to the short side 10 'of the second reinforcing element 3 plus a diameter 12 of the longitudinal iron 5. This arrangement ensures an offset arrangement of the longitudinal irons 5.5 'adjacent to one another when the reinforcing elements 2,3 are laid in parallel. At the same time, the relative proximity of the two longitudinal irons 5.5' results in an overlap of the projections 8.8' of the two adjacent ends 6.7' of the longitudinal irons 5.5'. Of course, it is also according to the invention to provide three or more reinforcement cages that can be distinguished based on the position of their longitudinal bars, which, when used, are laid adjacent to one another in the form ABCABC-....

Fig. 2 : shows a reinforcement grid with transverse and longitudinal iron 4.5 as the basis of a reinforcing element 2 according to the invention. The reinforcing element 2 is formed on the construction site by bending the grid shown along the two dashed lines on which the bends 9 of the U-shaped form after the bending process Cross bars 4 are arranged, formed. In the example shown, free ends 6, 7 of the longitudinal irons 5 are of different lengths. at a free end 7 a projection 8 is formed, which is at Laying the reinforcing element 2 according to the invention parallel to a further reinforcing element 3, not shown here, forms the basis of an overlap of adjacent longitudinal irons 5 of both reinforcing elements 2,3. According to the invention, no arrangement of a further reinforcing element 3 is provided at free ends 6 of the longitudinal bars 5 that do not end in a projection 8; rather, such free ends 6 are provided at corners of the edge of the reinforced concrete component 1 to be reinforced. The grid shown has two longitudinal irons 5 within a short side 10 of the cross irons 4 formed by the bends 9 with a first distance 11 and two longitudinal irons 5 within a leg 15 of cross irons 4 with a second distance 14.
