Definitions
- the invention relates to a system for electrically unlocking a door. It also concerns an electronic card for creating this system.
- Electric door unlocking systems must allow a normal operating mode and a degraded operating mode.
- an electronic card comprising an electrical circuit for controlling a time relay.
- This control circuit controls the switching of the time relay in response to receiving a signal for pressing the push button key.
- the push signal is a signal generated by the push button.
- the door In the degraded operating mode, the door must be able to be unlocked, even if the electronic card no longer works. In other words, in the event of a malfunction of the electronic card, the user must not find themselves stuck inside the building without being able to escape.
- the push button comprises a normally closed mechanical power switch, connected in series between a power terminal of the electric actuator which unlocks the door and a power source of this actuator.
- the push button key When the push button key is pressed, it moves the mechanical switch which then cuts power to the actuator. This causes the door to unlock without having to use the electronic card.
- the power switch comprises a third and a fourth fixed electrical pads isolated from the first and second fixed pads. These third and fourth fixed pads are electrically connected to each other by the electrical contact only when the power switch is in its open state. These third and fourth fixed pads are used to generate the depression signal transmitted to the electronic card. For this, the third and fourth fixed pads are connected to the electronic card by respective electrical wires.
- the object of the invention is to propose a solution to at least one of these wishes. Its subject therefore is an unlocking system in accordance with claim 1.
- FIG 1 represents a system 2 for electrically unlocking a door 4.
- the door 4 is typically the access door to a building such as an apartment building.
- Door 4 includes a leaf 6 and a frame 8.
- System 2 is typically housed inside the building and therefore makes it possible to unlock door 4 to exit this building.
- the actuator 10 can be switched between a locked state and an unlocked state. In the locked state, it keeps the door 4 locked in its closed position. In this embodiment, this locked state corresponds to a state in which the actuator 10 is powered. In the unlocked state, door 4 is unlocked. Door 4 can then be freely moved from its closed position to its open position. This unlocked state is obtained when the power supply to the actuator 10 is cut off.
- the actuator 10 has two power supply terminals, 20 and 22.
- Terminal 20 is intended to be connected to a positive terminal 162 of the power source 16.
- Terminal 22 is connected to a terminal 164, corresponding to the ground of the power source 16.
- Terminals 20 and 22 allow power the actuator 10 when connected to the power source 16.
- terminal designates an electrical connection terminal movable between a free position and a pinched position. In the free position, the stripped end of an electrical wire can be inserted inside the terminal. In the pinched position, the terminal retains the stripped end of the trapped wire inside this terminal.
- the actuator 10 is an electromagnetic suction cup. It therefore comprises a plate 24 made of ferromagnetic material and an electromagnet 26.
- the plate 24 is fixed without any degree of freedom on the leaf 6.
- the electromagnet 26 is fixed without any degree of freedom on the frame 8 opposite of plate 24. Terminals 22 and 24 power electromagnet 26. When electromagnet 26 is powered, it generates a magnetic field which attracts plate 24 and therefore maintains door 4 in its closed and locked position.
- Button 12 makes it possible to disconnect terminal 20 from power source 16. This button 12 therefore makes it possible to cut off the power supply to actuator 10 and, consequently, to switch it to its unlocked state.
- the button 12 includes a power switch 30 and an actuation key 32.
- the switch 30 is called "power" because it makes it possible to cut off the power supply to the actuator 10. For this purpose, it is generally capable of cutting a direct current greater than 0.5 A or 1 A under a higher voltage. at 24 VdC or 48 Vdc when the actuator 10 is powered by a direct voltage. When the actuator 10 is supplied with alternating voltage, the switch 30 is capable of cutting a current greater than 0.5 A or 1 A under a voltage of at least 230 Vac.
- the switch 30 is a normally closed mechanical switch which switches between a stable state and an unstable state. It comprises two fixed electrical pads 34 and 36 and a movable electrical contact 38.
- the pad 34 is connected by an electric wire 40 to terminal 20 of the actuator 10.
- the pad 36 is connected by an electric wire 42 to a terminal 44 of the electronic card 14.
- Contact 38 can be moved, using key 32, between a closed state and an open state. In the closed state, shown on the figure 1 , contact 38 electrically connects pads 34 and 36 to each other. In the open state, contact 38 electrically isolates pads 34 and 36 from each other.
- the switch 30 is a normally closed switch, in the absence of external input on the key 32, the contact 38 is in its closed state.
- the switch 30 is housed inside a housing 50 of the button 12.
- the switch 30 therefore only includes the two fixed pins 34 and 36. It does not include any additional pin connectable to the electronic card 14.
- the key 32 moves, relative to the housing 50, between a released position and a pressed position. In the pressed position, the key 32 is located more towards the inside of the housing 50 than in its released position. Contact 38 is in its open state only when the key is moved to its depressed position.
- the button 12 also includes a proximity detector 52, housed inside the housing 50.
- This detector 52 makes it possible to detect the presence of a user's hand at a distance less than 20 cm or 10 cm from the button 32
- the detector 52 In response to the detection of a hand in this distance range, the detector 52 generates a detection signal which is transmitted to the electronic card 14.
- the detector 52 is connected, via a electric wire 54, to a terminal 56 of the electronic card 14.
- the detector 52 is an infrared detector.
- the electronic card 14 is located inside a housing 60 separate from the housing 50. This housing 60 can therefore be assembled and disassembled independently of the housing 50.
- the relay 62 is able to switch between a rest state, shown on the figure 1 , and an active state.
- the rest state In the rest state, the relay 62 authorizes the switching of the actuator 10 into its unlocked state in response to pressing the key 32.
- This rest state is a stable state, that is to say a state which is preserved, even in the absence of power supply to the electronic card 16.
- the rest state corresponds to a closed state of the relay 62.
- the relay 62 electrically connects terminal 44 to a terminal 70 of the electronic card 14.
- This terminal 70 is itself connected by an electric wire 72 to terminal 162 of the power source 16.
- the relay 62 maintains the actuator 10 in its unlocked state.
- the active state corresponds to an open state of the relay 62.
- the relay 62 cuts off the power supply to the actuator 10, regardless of the current state of the switch 30.
- active state is an unstable state, that is to say that in the event of a power cut to the electronic card 16, the relay 62 automatically returns to its rest state and does not remain in this active state.
- Circuit 64 controls the switching of relay 62 from its rest state to its active state in response to a depression signal and in response to a detection signal. More precisely, in response to the reception of one of these two signals, the circuit 64 controls the switching of the relay 62 to its active state, then maintains the relay 62 in its active state for a predetermined duration T, then controls the automatic return and systematic of the relay 62 towards its rest state.
- the duration T is adjusted to leave enough time for the user to be able to open the door 4 from the moment he pressed key 32. For example, the duration T is greater than 3 seconds or 5 seconds or 10 seconds. The duration T is also generally less than 1 minute.
- circuit 64 To receive the detection signal, circuit 64 is connected to terminal 56. To receive the depression signal, circuit 64 is connected to detection circuit 66.
- the circuit 64 includes a programmable microprocessor 76 and a memory 78 containing the instructions executed by the microprocessor 76 to control the relay 62 in response to the detection and depression signals.
- the voltage between the pads 34 and 36 is representative of the state of the switch 30. Indeed, when the switch 30 is in its closed state, this voltage is zero or practically zero. Conversely, when the switch 30 is in its open state, this voltage is high and, generally, equal to or close to the supply voltage delivered by the power source 16.
- circuit 66 is connected between terminal 44 and a terminal 80 of electronic card 14.
- Terminal 80 is connected by an electric wire 82 to pad 34 of switch 30, without passing through the pin 36.
- terminal 80 is directly connected to wire 40, for example, at terminal 20 or pin 34.
- circuit 66 is produced using a voltage/current adapter 67 and an optocoupler.
- the adapter 67 is a circuit designed to adapt the voltage and current to the characteristics of the optocoupler so that it is not damaged by excessively high voltages and/or current.
- the optocoupler includes a light-emitting diode 86 and, for example, a phototransistor 88.
- the diode 86 begins to generate infrared light only when the voltage between terminals 44 and 80 exceeds the threshold S 1 . This then causes the phototransistor 88 to be activated, which then generates the depression signal.
- FIG 2 represents the housing 50 of the button 12.
- This housing 50 is typically made of metal and in one piece. Here, it comprises a cylindrical body 100 and a front plate 102.
- the front plate 102 has a hole 104 to receive the sliding key 32.
- the plate 102 has a front face whose surface is greater than 3 cm 2 or 5 cm 2 and on which different information is written.
- the detector 52 is housed inside the key 32 and its sensitive face is located under the support face of the key 32.
- the detector 52 therefore moves at the same time as the key 32. It is connected to the printed circuit 108 by a flexible sheet 112 of conductive wires.
- the printed circuit 108 is electrically connected to electrical connection terminals made on a rear face of the cap 110.
- FIG. 4 represents in detail the rear face of the printed circuit 108.
- the pads 34 and 36 are fixed, without any degree of freedom, on this rear face.
- the electrical contact 38 is integral with the key 32.
- the key 32 is moved from its released position, shown on the Figure 4 , towards its depressed position, this moves the electrical contact 38 away from the pins 34 and 36. This therefore switches the switch 30 from its closed state to its open state.
- THE figures 5 and 6 represent the button 12 and the housing 60 mounted and fixed on a receptacle 120.
- the receptacle 120 is shown in transparency.
- the front plate 102 is pressed against a front face of the receptacle 120.
- the housing 60 which includes the electronic card 14, is fixed on the rear face of the receptacle 120, so as not to be accessible from the outside.
- system 2 The operation of system 2 is as follows. In normal operating mode, unlocking of door 4 can be triggered in two different ways.
- a first way consists of simply bringing your hand closer to key 32, but without touching this key.
- the detector 52 then detects the presence of the hand near the key 32. It then generates a detection signal which is transmitted to the control circuit 64.
- Circuit 64 processes the detection signal, then controls the switching of relay 62 from its rest state to its active state. This switching cuts off the power supply to the actuator 10.
- the actuator 10 is then in its unlocked state and the door 4 can be opened.
- the actuator 10 remains in this unlocked state as long as the relay 62 is maintained in its active state, that is to say for the duration T.
- the relay 62 returns to its rest state, which automatically returns the the actuator 10 in its locked state at the expiration of this duration T.
- a second way consists of pressing the button 32 with your finger. This movement switches the switch 30 to its open state.
- the power supply to the actuator 10 is therefore interrupted and the door 4 is unlocked.
- this switching of the switch 30 from its closed state to its open state is detected by the detection circuit 66.
- circuit 66 generates and transmits the depression signal to control circuit 64.
- circuit 64 controls the movement of relay 62 from its rest state to its active state, then maintains relay 62 in its active state for the duration T, then finally returns relay 62 to its state of rest. Under these conditions, the actuator 10 is maintained in its unlocked state for the entire duration T, even if in the meantime the user has released the key 32.
- the degraded operating mode makes it possible to open the door 4 even if the detector 52 or the electronic card 14 is faulty. For example, this makes it possible to open door 4 even if the control circuit 64 no longer works and the relay 62 is blocked in its rest state. As stated previously, the degraded mode of operation is important to ensure that an electronic failure cannot lead to the user being trapped inside the building.
- the actuator 150 is in its locked state when it is not powered and in its unlocked state when it is powered by the power source 16. Thus, the actuator 150 operates in the opposite direction to the actuator 10.
- the electromagnet 26 is replaced by an electromagnet 158.
- the electromagnet 158 comprises a permanent magnet which permanently generates a magnetic field which attracts the ferromagnetic plate 24 and locks the door 4 in its closed position in the absence of power supply to the actuator 150.
- the electromagnet 158 When the actuator 150 is powered, the electromagnet 158 generates a magnetic field which cancels that generated by the permanent magnet.
- Door 4 is unlocked and can be freely moved to its open position.
- Button 152 is identical to button 12, except that switch 30 is replaced by a power switch 160.
- Switch 160 is a normally open switch and not a normally closed switch. Here, it comprises the same pads 34 and 36 and the same movable electrical contact 38. In its stable state, unlike the switch 30, the switch 160 is in an open state in which the electrical contact 38 electrically isolates the pads 34 and 36 from each other.
- the pad 36 is directly connected to terminal 162 of the power source 16 by an electric wire 164.
- terminal 20 of the actuator 150 is disconnected from terminal 162.
- switch 160 switches to its unstable state, it connects terminal 20 to terminal 162, which switches actuator 150 into its unlocked state.
- the electronic card 156 is identical to the electronic card 14, except that the relay 62 is replaced by a time relay 172 and that the control circuit 64 is replaced by a control circuit 174.
- Relay 172 is, for example, identical to relay 62, except that its rest state corresponds to an open state and the active state corresponds to a closed state. It is connected between terminals 70 and 80 of electronic card 156. Thus, in its rest position, it does not connect terminal 20 of actuator 150 to terminal 162. On the other hand, in its active state, it connects terminal 20 to terminal 162, and this independently of the state of the switch 160.
- Circuit 174 is for example structurally identical to control circuit 64, except that the instructions recorded in memory 78 are replaced by new instructions.
- the circuit 174 controls the switching of the relay 172 from its rest state to its active state, then maintains the relay 172 in its active state for the duration T, then systematically returns relay 172 to its rest state.
- the depression signal corresponds to an opening of the phototransistor 88, in response to the fact that the voltage between the pads 34 and 36 falls below the threshold S 1 .
- system 140 can be deduced from the explanations given with reference to system 2, as well as from the structure of system 140 which has just been described.
- the detection circuit can be placed elsewhere than on the electronic card.
- the detection circuit is produced on the printed circuit 108 of the push button.
- this detection circuit is placed on an electronic card independent of the electronic card 14 and the printed circuit 108.
- the detection circuit comprises, in place of the optocoupler, a transistor which switches to its closed position when the voltage between its gate and its source falls below the predetermined threshold S 1 .
- the detection circuit compares the intensity of the current which flows between the pads 34 and 36 to a predetermined threshold.
- the intensity of the current which flows between the pads 34 and 36 is also a physical quantity representative of the state of the power switch 30.
- the push button does not have a proximity detector.
- the push button integrates additional electronic components such as LEDs.
- the switch 30 can also include additional fixed pads which are not electrically connected to the detection circuit by wires. For example, these additional pads are used to perform a function other than that consisting of controlling relay 62 or 172 depending on the position of key 32.
- the actuator is not an electromagnetic suction cup, but an electric strike.
- the actuator can also be powered by an alternating voltage.
- electromagnet 26 is fixed on the leaf 6. This is, for example, interesting if the button 12 and the electronic circuit 14 are also fixed on this leaf 6.
- the fact of using the detection circuit also makes it possible to limit the number of wires which connect the push button to the external electronic card.
- the actuator 10 is in its unlocked state when its power supply is cut ensures that in the event of failure of the power source 16, the door 4 is unlocked and therefore that no user remains stuck at the door. interior of the building.

Description
The invention relates to a system for electrically unlocking a door. It also concerns an electronic card for creating this system.
Electric door unlocking systems must allow a normal operating mode and a degraded operating mode.
In the normal operating mode, when a user presses the key of a push button, this unlocks the door and keeps the door unlocked for a predetermined time T even if, in the meantime, the user has released the push button .
Keeping the door unlocked for the duration T is controlled by an electronic card comprising an electrical circuit for controlling a time relay. This control circuit controls the switching of the time relay in response to receiving a signal for pressing the push button key. The push signal is a signal generated by the push button.
In the degraded operating mode, the door must be able to be unlocked, even if the electronic card no longer works. In other words, in the event of a malfunction of the electronic card, the user must not find themselves stuck inside the building without being able to escape.
For this, the push button comprises a normally closed mechanical power switch, connected in series between a power terminal of the electric actuator which unlocks the door and a power source of this actuator. When the push button key is pressed, it moves the mechanical switch which then cuts power to the actuator. This causes the door to unlock without having to use the electronic card.
- a first and a second fixed electrical pads connected, respectively, to the power supply terminal of the actuator and to a terminal of the power source, and
- a movable electrical contact moved by the push button key between a closed state where it powers the actuator and an open state where it cuts power to the actuator.
Furthermore, in known systems, the power switch comprises a third and a fourth fixed electrical pads isolated from the first and second fixed pads.
It is desirable to simplify the electrical connection between the push button and the electronic card.
It is also desirable to simplify the architecture of the push button in order, for example, to be able to integrate additional functionalities while maintaining the same or smaller footprint.
Elle a donc pour objet un système de déverrouillage conforme à la revendication 1.The object of the invention is to propose a solution to at least one of these wishes.

touch push button 12 operable by a user to unlock thedoor 4, - an
electronic card 14 external to thepush button 12, in particular to keep thedoor 4 unlocked for a predetermined duration T after pressing thebutton 12, - a
power source 16 for theactuator 10, thebutton 12 and theelectronic card 14.
The
The
Here, the
The key 32 moves, relative to the
The
- a
time relay 62, - a
circuit 64 for controlling therelay 62, and - a
circuit 66 for detecting the state of theswitch 30.
In the active state, the
To receive the detection signal,
Here, the
- to compare the voltage between the
34 and 36 to a predetermined threshold S 1 , andpads - to generate and transmit the depression signal to
circuit 64 as soon as this threshold S 1 is crossed.
The voltage between the
By way of illustration,
The optocoupler includes a light-emitting

The operation of
A first way consists of simply bringing your hand closer to key 32, but without touching this key. The
A second way consists of pressing the
In this degraded operating mode, pressing the key 32 causes the
The degraded operating mode makes it possible to open the
- the
actuator 10 is replaced by anactuator 150, -
button 12 is replaced by abutton 152, and - the
electronic circuit 14 is replaced by anelectronic circuit 156.
The
The
It will be noted that in this embodiment, the depression signal corresponds to an opening of the
The operation of
In particular, as for
For example, as a variant, the detection circuit is produced on the printed
Other embodiments of the detection circuit are possible. For example, the detection circuit comprises, in place of the optocoupler, a transistor which switches to its closed position when the voltage between its gate and its source falls below the predetermined threshold S 1 . Alternatively, instead of comparing the voltage between the
In a simplified embodiment, the push button does not have a proximity detector. Conversely, in other embodiments, the push button integrates additional electronic components such as LEDs.
Other embodiments of the actuator are possible. For example, the actuator is not an electromagnetic suction cup, but an electric strike. The actuator can also be powered by an alternating voltage.
- a circuit which triggers the activation of a buzzer as long as the power supply to the
actuator 10 is cut off, and/or - an interface circuit for connecting the
electronic card 14 to a building access management center.
The fact of using a detection circuit connected between the fixed
The fact of using the detection circuit also makes it possible to limit the number of wires which connect the push button to the external electronic card.
Providing the time relay control circuit and the detection circuit on the same electronic card simplifies the manufacturing and installation of the system.
The fact that the
The fact that the
