Zum Spielausgleich in X-Richtung sind als Stifte ausgebildete Kontaktpartner in den Buchsengehäusen und/oder den Stecker schmäler ausgebildet als die Breite zugeordnete Buchenkontakte an den Stecker und/oder den Buchsengehäusen. Der Spielausgleich in X-Richtung könnte auf ähnliche Art und Weise gelöst werden, wie die Ausgestaltung bei der Y-Richtung. Das hätte jedoch den Nachteil, dass sich die Buchsengehäuse dann auch in der X-Achse um den vorgegebenen Spielausgleichswert im Halter verschieben lassen müssten. Da dieser Platz oftmals nicht vorhanden ist, wurde der erfinderische Ansatz gewählt, mit Stiftkontakten/Stiften (zum Beispiel in der Breite von 4,8 mm) in Buchenkontakte einzutauchen, welche grundsätzlich für eine größere Stiftbreite (zum Beispiel eine Stiftbreite bis 6,3 mm) vorgesehen sind. Adapterstecker (1 ) mit zwei Buchsengehäusen (3, 4), welche mittels Leitungen (12) mit beispielsweise angecrimpten Kontaktpartnern (1 1 ), wie Buchsenkontakten (10) oder dergleichen, miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Kontaktpartner (1 1 ) in den Buchsengehäusen (3, 4) angeordnet und mit externen Steckern verbindbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Buchsengehäuse (3, 4) in einem Halter (2) angeordnet sind und dass die Stecker und/oder Buchsengehäuse (3, 4) gegenüber dem Halter (2) in X- und/oder Y-Richtung quer zum Halter (2) spielausgleichend verschiebbar ausgebildet sind. 1.
