Claims (12)
- Maschine (10) zum Schleifen und/oder Polieren von Oberflächen von Holzprodukten, die Maschine (10) umfassend:- eine Trägerstruktur (12);- mindestens eine Schleifeinheit (14), umfassend mindestens eine Schleifvorrichtung (16); und- Linearbewegungseinrichtungen (38, 40, 42), die angeordnet sind, um die Schleifvorrichtung (16) entlang mindestens zweier zueinander orthogonaler Achsen (A, B, C) zu bewegen,wobei die Schleifvorrichtung (16) mindestens ein drehendes Schleifwerkzeug (18) umfasst, das von einem entsprechenden Motor (22) angetrieben wird, um um seine eigene Drehachse (D) zu drehen, wobei das drehende Schleifwerkzeug (18) mit einer Schleifoberfläche (20) versehen ist, die sich auf einer Ebene (P) erstreckt, die im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Drehachse (D) ist, und die zum Ausführen des Schleifens und/oder Polierens der Oberflächen der Holzprodukte konfiguriert ist, wobei die Maschine (10) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass mindestens die Schleiffläche (20) des drehenden Schleifwerkzeugs (18) eine Grundrissform, d. h. erlangt auf der Ebene (P), einer flachen und konvexen geometrischen Figur aufweist, die drei oder mehrere Seiten (20A, 20B, 20C, 20D) gleicher Länge aufweist.
- Maschine (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei mindestens die Schleiffläche (20) des drehenden Schleifwerkzeugs (18) die Grundrissform eines Reuleaux-Dreiecks aufweist, d. h. erlangt auf der Ebene (P), wobei die drei Seiten (20A, 20B, 20C) des Reuleaux-Dreiecks gekrümmt und in Bezug auf den Schwerpunkt des Reuleaux-Dreiecks konvex sind und die gleiche Länge aufweisen.
- Maschine (10) nach Anspruch 1, wobei mindestens die Schleiffläche (20) des drehenden Schleifwerkzeugs (18) eine Grundrissform, d. h. erlangt auf der Ebene (P), eines Quadrats mit im Wesentlichen geraden Seiten (20A, 20B, 20C, 20D) aufweist.
- Maschine (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Schleiffläche (20) des drehenden Schleifwerkzeugs (18) mit drei oder mehr abgerundeten Formkanten (24A, 24B, 24C, 24D) versehen ist, wobei jede Kante (24A, 24B, 24C, 24D) einen jeweiligen Scheitelpunkt der flachen und konvexen geometrischen Figur darstellt.
- Maschine (10) nach Anspruch 4, wobei jede Kante (24A, 24B, 24C, 24D) ein Kreisbogenprofil mit einem Radius zwischen 1 mm und 5 mm, vorzugsweise 3 mm, aufweist.
- Maschine (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei das drehende Schleifwerkzeug (18) eine Metallplatte (46) umfasst, die eine Grundrissform aufweist, die mit der Grundrissform der Schleiffläche (20) kompatibel ist.
- Maschine (10) nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Metallplatte (46) mit mindestens einem Hohlraum (50) versehen ist, der angepasst ist, um einen entsprechenden Stift (52) der Schleifvorrichtung (16) aufzunehmen, wobei der Eingriff des Stifts (52) in den entsprechenden Hohlraum (50) die Drehung des drehenden Schleifwerkzeugs (18) blockiert.
- Maschine (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei der Motor (22) über mindestens eine Antriebswelle (26) und ein Getriebe (28, 30, 32, 34, 36) mit dem drehenden Schleifwerkzeug (18) verbunden ist, wobei das Getriebe (28, 30, 32, 34, 36) vorzugsweise eine Übersetzung von 1:3 aufweist.
- Maschine (10) nach Anspruch 8, wobei das drehende Schleifwerkzeug (18) an einer gegenüberliegenden Position in Bezug auf die Position, in der die Schleiffläche (20) platziert ist, mit mindestens einem Schnellkupplungselement (44) zur lösbaren Verbindung des drehenden Schleifwerkzeugs (18) mit dem Getriebe (28, 30, 32, 34, 36) versehen ist.
- Maschine (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die Linearbewegungseinrichtungen (38, 40, 42) Folgendes umfassen:- eine erste motorisierte Bewegungsvorrichtung (38), die angeordnet ist, um die Schleifvorrichtung (16) in Bezug auf die Trägerstruktur (12) entlang einer ersten im Wesentlichen horizontalen Achse (A) zu bewegen; und- eine zweite motorisierte Bewegungsvorrichtung (40), die angeordnet ist, um die Schleifvorrichtung (16) in Bezug auf die erste motorisierte Bewegungsvorrichtung (38) entlang einer zweiten Achse (B) zu bewegen, die im Wesentlichen vertikal und senkrecht zu der ersten Achse (A) ist.
- Maschine (10) nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Linearbewegungseinrichtungen (38, 40, 42) ferner eine dritte motorisierte Bewegungsvorrichtung (42) umfassen, die angeordnet ist, um die Schleifvorrichtung (16) in Bezug auf die zweite motorisierte Bewegungsvorrichtung (40) entlang einer dritten Achse (C) zu bewegen, die sowohl in Bezug auf die erste Achse (A) als auch in Bezug auf die zweite Achse (B) im Wesentlichen horizontal und senkrecht ist.
- Maschine (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, wobei das drehende Schleifwerkzeug (18) eine Metallplatte (46) umfasst, die vorzugsweise aus Aluminium gefertigt ist, und dass die Schleiffläche (20) aus einem gummiartigen Schwamm besteht, der mit klettverschlussartigen Verbindungseinrichtungen versehen und angepasst ist, um eine Schicht (48) aus Schleifpapier aufzunehmen, die auch mit klettverschlussartigen Verbindungseinrichtungen versehen ist.
