Definitions
- the present invention relates to a work station of an air-jet spinning machine, with a winding unit and a spinning unit, which are arranged in an operating position on a machine frame of the work station, the spinning unit having a support frame on which at least one drafting system and an air-spinning nozzle are arranged. Furthermore, the invention relates to an air-jet spinning machine with at least one work station and a method for maintaining and/or adjusting a work station of an air-jet spinning machine.
- Known air-jet spinning machines are generally highly modular. They usually consist of a large number of similar jobs, which in turn are made up of individual modules, in particular at least one spinning unit and one winding unit.
- the EP 1 422 323 B1 a textile machine with several spinning positions, each spinning position having a can feed, a spinning unit and a winding unit.
- the spinning unit and the winding unit have a modular structure and are interchangeable and are attached in or on the machine frame. If the spinning units fail or break down, they can be replaced quickly and easily. However, if the failures involve minor maintenance and/or adjustment work in areas of the spinning station that are difficult to access, the spinning unit affected in each case must be detached from the machine frame and removed. Due to the weight of the spinning units, additional devices are usually necessary for this in order to be able to remove the spinning units from the machine frame. This means that maintenance and/or adjustment work is difficult to manage and means a lot of work. In addition, the spinning units must be hung up again after the maintenance and/or adjustment work and If necessary, removed connections to the textile machine can be restored.
- the object of the present invention is to eliminate the disadvantages known from the prior art.
- the task is in particular to create a workplace, an air-jet spinning machine and a method for maintaining and/or adjusting a workplace that simplifies the maintenance and/or adjustment of the workplace and facilitates access to areas of the workplace that are difficult to access.

- the machine frame is the stationary frame of the work station and/or the air-jet spinning machine.
- the operating position is to be understood as the position of the winding unit and the spinning unit, which is provided for operating the work station, in particular for producing a yarn from a fiber structure and subsequent winding onto a bobbin.
- the fiber structure is stretched using the drafting system and then fed to the air spinning nozzle.
- the stretched fiber structure is spun into a yarn in the air spinneret.
- the yarn can then be drawn off with the aid of a take-off device and wound onto the spool in the spooling unit.
- the spinning unit can be moved via the support frame, preferably pivoted, and is arranged on the machine frame for moving, in particular pivoting, the spinning unit from the operating position into a maintenance position.
- the maintenance position is to be understood as the position of the spinning unit which is provided for servicing and/or adjusting the spinning unit and/or the work station.
- a region of the support frame is firmly connected to the machine frame in the maintenance position, as a result of which at least part of the weight of the spinning unit can be borne by the machine frame.
- components and/or areas of the work site that are difficult to access in the operating position can be made easier to access, for example for the operating personnel and/or for service robots.
- These components and/or areas can be components and/or areas of the spinning unit, the winding unit and/or the work station where accessibility is simplified by such a movement, in particular pivoting, of the spinning unit.
- the spinning unit particularly in the area of the supporting frame, is mounted on the machine frame via a hinge.

- locking in the maintenance position can ensure safe and/or undisturbed work by operating personnel and/or service robots while waiting and/or setting up the work site.
- the machine frame and/or the spinning unit in particular in the area of the support frame, has a guide element, with the aid of which the spinning unit is guided when moving from the operating position into the maintenance position and/or vice versa.
- a guide element can significantly increase the stability of the spinning unit in its movement, in particular its pivoting. In this way, tilting of the spinning unit in an undesired direction, in particular perpendicular to its pivoting, can be prevented.
- the guide element can be a linear guide, a radial bearing and/or a linkage, for example.

- the guide element can, for example, be a bolt guided in a guide groove, as shown here.
- the second locking element 19 is integrated in the guide element 20 and is only shown schematically.
- the second locking element 19 can be a snap element which blocks the bolt of the guide element 20 when the spinning unit 2 is in the maintenance position.

- the spinning unit 2 has a drive element 22, with the aid of which the spinning unit 2 is driven during the movement from the operating position into the maintenance position and/or vice versa.
- the drive element 22 is supported on the machine frame 4 .
- This can be a linear drive, for example.

The object of the present invention is to eliminate the disadvantages known from the prior art. The task is in particular to create a workplace, an air-jet spinning machine and a method for maintaining and/or adjusting a workplace that simplifies the maintenance and/or adjustment of the workplace and facilitates access to areas of the workplace that are difficult to access.
The object is achieved by a work station, an air-jet spinning machine and a method for maintaining and/or adjusting a work station with the features of the independent patent claims.
A work station of an air-jet spinning machine is proposed, with a winding unit and a spinning unit, which are arranged in an operating position on a machine frame of the work station. The spinning unit has a support frame on which at least one drafting system and an air spinning nozzle are arranged. The supporting frame is the frame that carries the individual components of the spinning unit, in particular the drafting system and the air spinning nozzle. The machine frame is the stationary frame of the work station and/or the air-jet spinning machine. The operating position is to be understood as the position of the winding unit and the spinning unit, which is provided for operating the work station, in particular for producing a yarn from a fiber structure and subsequent winding onto a bobbin. For this purpose, the fiber structure is stretched using the drafting system and then fed to the air spinning nozzle. The stretched fiber structure is spun into a yarn in the air spinneret. The yarn can then be drawn off with the aid of a take-off device and wound onto the spool in the spooling unit. According to the invention, the spinning unit can be moved via the support frame, preferably pivoted, and is arranged on the machine frame for moving, in particular pivoting, the spinning unit from the operating position into a maintenance position. The maintenance position is to be understood as the position of the spinning unit which is provided for servicing and/or adjusting the spinning unit and/or the work station. Due to the movable, in particular pivotable, arrangement of the support frame on the machine frame, a region of the support frame is firmly connected to the machine frame in the maintenance position, as a result of which at least part of the weight of the spinning unit can be borne by the machine frame. As a result, components and/or areas of the work site that are difficult to access in the operating position can be made easier to access, for example for the operating personnel and/or for service robots. These components and/or areas can be components and/or areas of the spinning unit, the winding unit and/or the work station where accessibility is simplified by such a movement, in particular pivoting, of the spinning unit.
It is advantageous if the spinning unit, particularly in the area of the supporting frame, is mounted on the machine frame via a hinge. With the help of the hinge, the spinning unit can be pivoted from the operating position to the maintenance position. In addition, the hinge can transfer the weight of the spinning unit to the machine frame. Such a hinge thus represents a simple and secure mounting of the spinning unit on the machine frame.
There are also advantages if the machine frame and/or the spinning unit has a locking element, particularly in the area of the support frame, with the aid of which the spinning unit can be locked in the operating position and/or in the maintenance position. This can ensure that the spinning unit is in the operating position and/or remains in the maintenance position. In addition, in the maintenance position, the weight of the spinning unit can be transferred to the machine frame via the locking element. In addition, locking in the maintenance position can ensure safe and/or undisturbed work by operating personnel and/or service robots while waiting and/or setting up the work site.
Furthermore, it is advantageous if the machine frame and/or the spinning unit, in particular in the area of the support frame, has a guide element, with the aid of which the spinning unit is guided when moving from the operating position into the maintenance position and/or vice versa. Such a guide element can significantly increase the stability of the spinning unit in its movement, in particular its pivoting. In this way, tilting of the spinning unit in an undesired direction, in particular perpendicular to its pivoting, can be prevented. The guide element can be a linear guide, a radial bearing and/or a linkage, for example. Likewise, the guide element can be a bolt guided in a guide groove.
It is also advantageous if the machine frame and/or the spinning unit, in particular in the area of the support frame, has a position sensor which is designed to monitor the position of the spinning unit. The position sensor can thus be used to detect whether the spinning unit is in the operating position, in the maintenance position and/or in motion, in particular in pivoting, between the operating position and the maintenance position. This can simplify the detection and/or monitoring of the position of the spinning unit, in particular by the workplace, the service robot and/or the staff. The position sensor can be an optical sensor, a contact sensor, for example Inclinometer, an acceleration sensor and/or a magnetic sensor.
It is advantageous if the machine frame and/or the spinning unit, in particular in the area of the support frame, has a drive and/or damping element, with the aid of which the spinning unit is driven and/or during the movement from the operating position to the maintenance position and/or vice versa is muted. At least part of the weight of the spinning unit can thus be dissipated during the movement from the operating position to the maintenance position and/or vice versa. If it is advantageously a drive element, the movement can also take place autonomously, in particular controlled by the work station.
Furthermore, it is advantageous if the spinning unit has a yarn monitor and/or quality sensor arranged on the support frame. This makes it possible to move the yarn monitor and/or the quality sensor to the maintenance position. In this way, the maintenance and/or the setting of the yarn monitor and/or the quality sensor can be simplified.
It is also advantageous if the work station and/or the spinning unit has at least one coupling element, in particular in the area of a control unit of the spinning unit. In order to operate the spinning unit, it must be supplied in particular with electricity, compressed air and/or control signals. The at least one coupling element can, in particular in the operating position, connect the supply lines from the textile machine, in particular from areas of the textile machine arranged on the machine frame, and thus ensure the supply of the spinning unit. In addition, the at least one coupling element can separate the two interconnected supply lines from one another in the maintenance position. This can additionally it must be ensured that the spinning unit is not unnecessarily supplied with electricity, compressed air and/or control signals while the work station is being maintained and/or adjusted.
It is also advantageous if the air spinning nozzle is arranged in a first position in the operating position and assumes a second position in the maintenance position. The first position and the second position of the air spinneret are horizontally and/or vertically spaced. In particular, the air spinneret is arranged horizontally closer to the machine frame in the operating position and/or in the first position than in the maintenance position and/or in the second position. In particular, the air spinning nozzle is arranged vertically closer to the winding unit in the operating position and/or in the first position than in the maintenance position and/or in the second position.
Furthermore, an air-jet spinning machine with at least one job is proposed. The work station is designed according to the preceding and/or following description, with the features mentioned being able to be present individually or in any combination.
Furthermore, a method for servicing and/or adjusting a work station of an air-jet spinning machine, the work station having a winding unit and a spinning unit, which are arranged in an operating position on a machine frame of the work station, and the spinning unit having a support frame on which at least one Drafting system and an air spinneret are arranged. The spinning unit is moved, in particular pivoted, from the operating position into a maintenance position via the support frame.
It is advantageous if the job of the air-jet spinning machine designed according to the preceding and / or following description, wherein the features mentioned can be present individually or in any combination.

In the exemplary embodiment shown, the take-
The
The

The
In addition, the
