Definitions
- the present invention relates to a disposal bag for a vacuum cleaning device, the disposal bag having a pressure compensation matrix.
- the pressure equalization matrix has openings which are set up to effect a pressure equalization between a first area and a second area of a collecting container of the vacuum cleaner device. This can prevent the disposal bag from being sucked in by the vacuum-generating turbine, which can restrict its functionality.
- the vacuum cleaner can preferably be a construction site vacuum cleaner, the collecting container of the vacuum cleaner being set up to receive the disposal bag and the dust sucked in by the vacuum cleaner being collected and caught in the disposal bag.
- the invention relates to a method for producing a disposal bag according to the invention, as well as its use in a vacuum cleaner.
- vacuum cleaner bags as disposal bags for the dust.
- these disposal bags are placed in an interior space of the vacuum cleaner and filled with dust while the vacuum cleaner is in operation.
- the disposal bag When the disposal bag is full, it must be replaced with a fresh, ie empty, bag. To do this, the full bag is removed from the vacuum cleaner and disposed of appropriately.
- Areas of application for vacuum cleaners are the household or places where there is a lot of dust, some of which is hazardous to health, such as construction sites. In the field of construction sites, one often speaks of construction (site) vacuum cleaners. Alternatively, the term "dust extractor" can also be used.
- Dust can arise, for example, when working with hand-held machine tools such as drills, grinders or saws.
- it is preferably also referred to as a suction medium.
- a turbine which is driven by a motor, creates a negative pressure with which the suction medium is sucked into the interior of the vacuum cleaner.
- Disposal bags are used in construction vacuum cleaners to collect the suction medium in a removable and closable container and thus to protect the environment and users from increased dust exposure.
- the disposal bag is preferably removable, i.e. designed to be exchangeable.
- Construction vacuum cleaners often include a collection container to hold the disposal bag in which the dust is collected.
- many construction vacuum cleaners include what is known as a suction head, which closes the collecting container.
- the disposal bags are placed in the collecting container and over its edge, so that the bag is fixed and hermetically sealed after the suction head is attached.
- suction mode two different pressure areas are created inside the collecting container. In a first area, which is preferably present between a container wall and the disposal bag, there is essentially atmospheric or normal pressure.
- the vacuum generated by the turbine prevails inside the disposal bag. If the disposal bag is placed in the collecting container in such a way that it has sufficient freedom of movement, the bag can move inside the collecting container. It can then - undesirably - happen that the flexible bag moves in the direction of the turbine of the vacuum cleaner and / or is sucked in by the turbine. This can negatively influence or impair the suction process.
- the disposal bag to be provided is intended to prevent the dust once sucked into the collecting container from being able to leave the disposal bag again.
- Another concern of the present invention is therefore to provide a disposal bag for a vacuum cleaner with which dust can be prevented from escaping from the disposal bag in a particularly effective manner.
- a particularly cost-effective and dust-free disposal bag for a vacuum cleaner is to be provided, the vacuum cleaner in particular as a construction vacuum cleaner can be used.
- the invention is also intended to prevent the disposal bag from moving in the direction of the vacuum-generating turbine and hindering it in its work.
- a disposal bag for a vacuum cleaner in particular a construction site vacuum cleaner, is provided, the vacuum cleaner having a collecting container for receiving the disposal bag.
- the disposal bag is characterized in that it has a pressure compensation matrix, the pressure compensation matrix having openings which are set up to effect pressure compensation between a first area and a second area of the collecting container. It is preferred within the meaning of the invention that the pressure compensation matrix with its openings represents a particularly effective possibility of a pressure compensation between the negative pressure that is generated by the turbine of the vacuum cleaner ("second area”) and is present in the disposal bag, and the normal or atmospheric pressure, which is present between the disposal bag and the inner outer wall of the collecting container of the vacuum cleaner device ("first area").
- the spatial areas with different pressure conditions are preferably referred to as first and second areas in the context of the invention.
- the term “fluidic connection” preferably means that a fluid and / or material exchange can take place between the first and the second area.
- the fluid to be exchanged is preferably a gas or a gas mixture, in particular the gas mixture occurring in the atmosphere, which essentially comprises oxygen (O2) and nitrogen (N2), as well as small amounts of other gases and gas mixtures ("air”) .
- the pressure equalization is done in Fig. 2 symbolized by the dashed arrow.
- the first area is preferably formed between a wall of the collecting container and the disposal bag, while the second area corresponds to the interior of the disposal bag.
- different pressure areas develop in the lower area of the vacuum cleaner in the suction mode, which in the sense of FIG Invention are preferably referred to as the first and second area.
- the suction device when the suction device is in operation, there is an atmospheric pressure in the first area and a negative pressure in the second area.
- the negative pressure in the second area is the cause of the undesired suction of the disposal bag by the negative pressure generating turbine.
- a pressure equalization between the two different pressure areas can take place through the openings in the pressure equalization matrix, so that the disposal bag is no longer sucked in by the turbine.
- atmospheric pressure is not an unclear term for the person skilled in the art, because the person skilled in the art knows that the term denotes the air pressure usually present in the atmosphere. This is the hydrostatic pressure of the air, which according to the standard is 1013.25 hPa. The person skilled in the art thus knows that the term “atmospheric pressure” denotes an air pressure value in this range. In the context of the invention, the term “negative pressure” preferably denotes a value which is less than atmospheric pressure.
- the pressure difference that forms in the collecting container during operation of the vacuum cleaner preferably represents the difference between the negative pressure generated by the turbine for sucking in the dust medium and the currently prevailing atmospheric pressure Atmospheric pressure in the first area between an inner wall of the collecting container and an outer wall of the disposal bag.
- the equalization of this pressure difference is preferably referred to as pressure equalization in the context of the invention.
- pressure compensation can advantageously be made possible within the collecting container of the vacuum cleaner or between the interior of the disposal bag and the surrounding interior of the collecting container, so that the bag is effectively prevented from being sucked into the turbine.
- the pressure equalization is preferably made possible in that a gas and / or material exchange can take place between the first area and the second area within the collecting container of the vacuum cleaner. This exchange preferably takes place through the openings which form the pressure compensation matrix. Since the production of the proposed disposal bags with pressure compensation matrix can be carried out more cost-effectively than the production of the conventional, Special disposal bags known from the prior art can considerably reduce the consumption costs of vacuum cleaning by means of the invention.
- the matrix perforation which is present in the disposal bags according to the invention and which ensures the necessary pressure equalization of the two bag areas makes it possible to dispense with the use of the cost-intensive special bags.
- a significant advantage of the preferably punched-in pressure compensation matrix is that less costly disposal bags without filter fleece can be used in the vacuum cleaner in order to prevent an undesired escape of dust from the disposal bag.
- the term “matrix” preferably means that the openings which form the pressure compensation matrix are punched into the disposal bag according to a predetermined pattern.
- the openings can be arranged, for example, in the form of a table with columns and rows.
- the shape or configuration of the pressure compensation matrix can resemble a grid.
- the pressure compensation matrix is arranged essentially circumferentially in an upper region of the disposal bag.
- this preferably means that the bag, in the inserted state, has a completely or partially circumferential pressure compensation matrix with regularly arranged pressure compensation openings in the area of the upper end of the collecting container.
- the fluid and / or material exchange between the first and the second area of the collecting container of the vacuum cleaning device which advantageously leads to the pressure equalization, can take place particularly uniformly and homogeneously. In particular, this effectively prevents undesirable air turbulence, which can be associated with an undesirable dust escape from the disposal bag.
- the spatial direction "above” or “from above” is preferably determined in the sense of the invention by the arrangement of the suction head, while the spatial direction “below” or “from below” is determined by the ground or, for example, by the arrangement of wheels of the vacuum cleaner. Accordingly, the suction head forms the top of the vacuum cleaner, while the outer wall of the collecting container facing the ground forms the bottom of the vacuum cleaner.
- the phrase "upper area of the disposal bag” is used in the inserted state of the bag in Fig. 2 by the intersection of the dashed line, which represents the pressure equalization, with the solid line, which represents the disposal bag, clarified.
- the upper area of the disposal bag is preferably in the area of the upper end of the collecting container (see Fig. 2 ).
- the arrangement or position of the pressure compensation matrix preferably defines the upper area of the disposal bag.
- the pressure compensation matrix preferably runs around the upper area of the proposed disposal bag like a band, this pressure compensation band, for example, having a width in a range of 1 to 15 cm, preferably in a range of 2 to 10 cm, particularly preferably in a range of 3 to 7 cm and most preferably from 4 cm.
- a possible embodiment of the circumferential pressure compensation matrix designed as a pressure compensation band is shown, for example, in FIG Fig. 3 shown.
- the pressure compensation matrix can comprise individual pressure compensation matrix areas which are arranged in an upper area of the disposal bag.
- the pressure compensation matrix areas are preferably spaced from one another and form, for example, small grids or structures of openings arranged in a table.
- 2 to 10, preferably 4 to 8, particularly preferably 5, 6 or 7 such pressure compensation matrix areas can be arranged in the upper area of the disposal bag.
- the pressure compensation matrix areas can be similar to the pressure compensation band described above, although as a modification they do not include a continuous or circumferential pattern of openings, but rather individual, spaced apart individual areas with openings, which are referred to as pressure compensation matrix areas in the context of the invention.
- the openings can be arranged in the form of columns and rows within these pressure compensation matrix areas.
- the pressure compensation matrix areas comprise columns and rows in which the openings are arranged.
- this preferably means that the openings can be arranged in longitudinal and transverse rows that run essentially parallel and / or perpendicular to one another.
- grid or “table” and knows how to arrange openings similar to a grid or in the form of columns and rows, as in a table, to one another.
- essentially perpendicular or parallel is also not an unclear term for the person skilled in the art, since the person skilled in the art knows how to make or punch openings in a plastic material so that the openings are arranged in longitudinal and transverse rows, which “ are arranged essentially perpendicular or parallel »to one another.
- the term “essentially” preferably means that the longitudinal and transverse rows of the openings in the pressure compensation matrix should be arranged perpendicular to or parallel to one another within the scope of manufacturing accuracy.
- the term “column” preferably denotes a row of openings running from top to bottom within the matrix.
- the term “line” preferably denotes a row of openings running from right to left or from left to right within the matrix.
- a column within the pressure compensation matrix runs from an upper edge of the grid in the direction of a lower edge, while the rows within the pressure compensation matrix connect the side edges to one another.
- the columns and / or rows are arranged with respect to one another in such a way that the openings are essentially arranged next to one another.
- this preferably means that the openings of adjacent columns or rows are arranged essentially next to one another.
- the openings in this embodiment of the invention have essentially the same or similar distances from one another and openings in adjacent columns or rows are essentially at the same or a similar height within the pressure compensation matrix or the pressure compensation matrix areas.
- Embodiments of pressure compensation matrix areas in which the openings of adjacent columns and rows are arranged next to one another are shown in FIGS Fig. 4 and 5 shown.
- the openings are arranged offset from one another.
- this preferably means that the openings of adjacent columns and rows are not arranged at the same height, but that adjacent columns and / or rows are arranged offset from one another by a preferably fixed distance d.
- the openings in columns or rows adjacent to one another can be set to gaps.
- An exemplary embodiment for columns and rows that are offset from one another is shown in FIG Fig. 6 shown.
- the pressure compensation matrix areas have an essentially rectangular basic shape, with individual side lengths of the essentially rectangular basic shape being in the range from 1 to 15 cm, preferably in a range from 2 to 10 cm, particularly preferably in a range of 3 to 7 cm, and most preferably 4 cm.
- the illustrated embodiment shows an essentially square pressure compensation matrix area, the arrows below and to the left to the side of the pattern representing the side lengths of this essentially square pressure compensation matrix area. These side edges can, for example, have a length of 4 cm.
- Pressure compensation matrix areas with side lengths in a range of 4 cm have proven to be shown particularly well suited for optimal pressure equalization and minimal back-dusting.
- the openings that form the pressure compensation matrix are punched into the disposal bag.
- the individual openings can be made individually or in groups in the starting material for the disposal bag.
- the openings can be punched into the starting material for the disposal bag in columns or rows.
- the punching of the openings in the disposal bag has the advantage that, surprisingly, no waste is produced when the openings are created.
- the openings each have a collar, the collar extending into the second area of the collecting container.
- the collars preferably extend into the interior of the disposal bag. Due to this specific design of the openings or their manufacturing process, no punching waste arises, since the material pressed out of the disposal bag during punching is advantageously used to form the collar. Application tests have shown that the design of the openings with such a collar enables an efficient pressure equalization between the first and the second area within the collecting container of the vacuum cleaner device. At the same time, however, dust from the interior of the disposal bag or collecting container is prevented by the collar-shaped design of the openings from leaving the interior of the vacuum cleaner and either contaminating the first area of the collecting container or contributing to renewed contamination of the environment.
- the collar-shaped design of the openings and the punching of the openings in the starting material for the disposal bag are preferably linked in the sense of the invention in such a way that, in particular, the introduction of the openings through a punching process leads to or enables the collar-shaped design of the openings.
- the openings can preferably also be referred to as holes or pinholes.
- the openings of the pressure compensation matrix have an essentially circular base area, the essentially circular base areas having a diameter in a range from 0.1 to 10 mm, preferably in a range from 0.3 to 5 mm and particularly preferably in a range from 0.4 to 2.0 mm and most preferably in a range from 0.5 to 1.5 mm. Diameters of the openings of less than 2 mm are very particularly preferred. This advantageously makes it possible to that the disposal bags to be provided with the invention can be classified in class M or that the bags to be provided can be used in class M teats. For the purposes of the invention, it is particularly preferred that the proposed bags can be classified in classes L or M of DIN standard 60335-2-69.
- the pressure compensation matrix in the disposal bag represents a matrix of holes with very small holes, it being possible for the diameters of the openings to lie in the preferred ranges mentioned. Tests have shown that, in particular, the diameter of the openings in a range from 0.5 to 1.5 mm results in particularly good pressure equalization in connection with a minimal escape of the suction medium from the disposal bag.
- the pressure compensation openings of the pressure compensation matrix can have a diameter of 0.5 mm; 0.63 mm; 0.75 mm, 1 mm, 1.2 mm or 1.46 mm.
- the disposal bag comprises a plastic as the starting material.
- the bag can be made from two foils that are, for example, placed one on top of the other and processed with one another.
- each film forms one side of the disposal bag, for example a front and a back or an upper and a lower side.
- only one of the two foils is preferably pierced in order to produce the openings for the pressure compensation matrix. In this way it is possible to produce such disposal bags in which the openings each have a collar which extends into the second area of the collecting container or into the interior of the bag.
- the collar is produced by the described perforation on only one side of the bag or one bag film in the direction of the interior of the bag.
- This alignment or configuration of the collars of the openings in the pressure compensation matrix effectively prevents dusting through.
- the openings of the pressure compensation matrix are present in only one of the two layers of the starting material of the disposal bag.
- the formation of a countercurrent which can lead to dusting, can be effectively prevented by the collar shape of the openings.
- the plastic of the starting material of the disposal bag can be, for example, low density polyethylene (LDPE).
- LDPE low density polyethylene
- it can have a thickness of approximately 1 mm exhibit. A thickness of 0.95 mm is particularly preferred.
- the plastic material is transparent. This makes it possible to equip the collecting container of the vacuum cleaner with a viewing window that allows a view of the disposal bag. Through the viewing window and the preferably transparent material of the disposal bag, the user can quickly and easily determine how full the disposal bag is and estimate the remaining usage time before the bag has to be changed.
- a vacuum cleaner device which comprises at least one proposed disposal bag for receiving dust.
- at least one vacuum cleaner bag according to the invention is inserted into the vacuum cleaner, in which a pressure equalization between the interior of the disposal bag ("second area” in which the vacuum generated by the turbine of the vacuum cleaner prevails) and the hollow space between the outside of the disposal bag and the inner walls of the collecting container of the vacuum cleaner ("first area", in which atmospheric or normal pressure prevails) is effected by a pressure compensation matrix formed by small holes.
- second area in which the vacuum generated by the turbine of the vacuum cleaner prevails
- first area in which atmospheric or normal pressure prevails
- the openings are made in the starting material of the disposal bag by one or more punching processes.
- the introduction can preferably also take place as a perforation by strongly embossing the starting material.
- a section of a circle or an arc of a circle is pressed out of the starting material by means of an embossing process.
- the starting material of the disposal bag is at least partially torn by the embossing or perforation.
- the starting material of the disposal bag is preferably deformed in such a way that the collars of the openings in the pressure compensation matrix, which are directed in the direction of the interior of the bag, are train who are largely responsible for the low level of dust in the proposed vacuum cleaner.
- each opening is produced by a single punching process.
- a plurality of openings can be produced with one punching process.
- individual columns and / or columns of the pressure compensation matrix areas can each be produced in one punching process.
- entire pressure compensation matrix areas are produced in one punching process.
- the openings are punched in a first and / or a second layer of the starting material of the disposal bag.
- a use of the disposal bag according to the invention in a vacuum cleaning device for collecting dust is also disclosed.
- a particularly effective pressure equalization is achieved between the first and the second area of the collecting container of the vacuum cleaning device.
- the provision of the pressure compensation matrix advantageously leads to the negative pressure in the interior of the disposal bag being reduced in such a way that the proposed disposal bag is no longer sucked in by the vacuum-generating turbine, which can impair the performance of the turbine.
- the collars of the openings which form the pressure compensation matrix advantageously result in only a very small amount of dust leaving the disposal bag in an undesired manner.
- This essential advantage of the invention is achieved in particular in that the collars of the openings of the pressure compensation matrix protrude into the second area, ie the inner area of the disposal bag.
- Fig. 1 shows a side view of a preferred embodiment of the vacuum cleaning device (3) in the open state.
- the suction head (4) and the collecting container (5) of the vacuum cleaner (3) are separate from one another. If the suction head (4) is hingedly attached to the collecting container (5), there can be a hinged connection between the suction head (4) and the collecting container (5) when the vacuum cleaning device (3) is open, formed for example by a hinged joint or a hinge will. In other configurations, the suction head (4) can simply be lifted or removed from the dust collecting container (5).
- the disposal bag (2) When the vacuum cleaner (3) is open, the disposal bag (2) can be placed in the collecting container (5). In particular, a partial area of the disposal bag (2) is placed over the edge of the collecting container in order to fasten or fix the disposal bag (2). By inserting the disposal bag (2), different spatial areas (8, 9) are created in the collecting container (5) of the vacuum cleaning device (3), which correspond to different pressure areas when the suction device (3) is in operation.
- the ambient pressure of the suction device (3) is present in the first area (8) in the collecting container (5), while a negative pressure is present in the second area (9) of the collecting container (5), which during operation of the Vacuum cleaner (3) is generated by the turbine (not shown) of the vacuum cleaner (3) and with which the suction medium (13) is sucked into the suction device (3).
- the second area preferably corresponds to the interior of the disposal bag (2), while the first area (8) is formed between the outside of the disposal bag (2) and an inside of the collecting container (5).
- Fig. 2 shows a side view of a preferred embodiment of the vacuum cleaner device (3) in the closed state, the closed state corresponding to the operating state of the vacuum cleaner device (3).
- the suction head (4) is on the collecting container (5), while the disposal bag (2) is in the collecting container (5).
- Edges of the disposal bag (2) can, as in Fig. 2 shown, protrude over the edge of the collecting container (5).
- the pressure equalization preferably takes place between the first area (8) and the second area (9) of the collecting container.
- the pressure equalization is done in Fig. 2 indicated by the dashed arrow pointing from the first area (8) to the second area (9).
- the direction of the arrow indicates that the pressure equalization takes place in that a fluid passes from the first area (8) into the second area (9).
- a fluid-effective connection between the two areas (8, 9) is advantageously provided through the openings (6) of the pressure compensation matrix (1).
- the pressure equalization between the first area (8) and the second area (9) takes place in that a fluid, for example a gas mixture, in particular air, from the first area (8) into the second area (9) arrives.
- the direction of the gas or air flow which preferably effects the pressure equalization, results from the pressure gradient that exists between the first area (8) and the second area (9).
- the suction device (3) when the suction device (3) is in operation, there is atmospheric pressure between the side walls of the collecting container and the disposal bag (2), while there is a negative pressure in the interior of the disposal bag (2).
- dust (13) can collect in the disposal bag (2). This dust is in Fig. 2 symbolized by the dotted, gray area in the lower area of the disposal bag (2) or the collecting container (5).
- Fig. 3 shows a representation of a preferred embodiment of the disposal bag (2) with a pressure compensation matrix (1), which in the in Fig. 3 shown example is formed by a pressure compensation band.
- the pressure compensation matrix (1) is arranged essentially circumferentially in an upper region (10) of the disposal bag (2).
- the example shown is a front side or a rear side of the bag (2), in the upper region (10) of which a circumferential band-shaped grid with pressure compensation openings (6) runs.
- the pressure compensation openings (6) can, for example, be arranged in the form of a grid or in the form of a table, ie arranged in columns (11) and rows (12).
- Fig. 4 shows a representation of a preferred embodiment of a pressure compensation matrix area (7) with rows of columns and rows arranged next to one another.
- the illustrated pressure compensation matrix area (7) has nine columns (11) and eight rows (12) which are arranged essentially parallel and perpendicular to one another.
- the pressure equalization openings (6) are preferably arranged next to one another in the rows (12) and columns (11).
- the pressure compensation matrix (1) can comprise a number of individual pressure compensation matrix areas (7) which are spaced apart from one another, preferably in the upper area (10) of the disposal bag (2).
- the pressure compensation matrix areas (7) preferably form the pressure compensation matrix (1).
- the individual pressure compensation matrix areas (7) can, for example, have a rectangular or square shape, as in FIG Fig. 4 shown.
- the double-headed arrows below and next to the pressure compensation matrix area (7) represent the side lengths of the pressure compensation matrix area (7).
- the side edges can be different (rectangular shape) or essentially the same length (square shape). However, any other geometric shape is also conceivable which enables an arrangement of pressure compensation openings (6) as pressure compensation matrices (1). If the pressure compensation matrix area (7) - as in Fig. 4 - Has an essentially square basic shape, a side length of the pressure compensation matrix area (7) can be, for example, 4 cm.
- Fig. 5 shows a photographic representation of a preferred embodiment of a pressure compensation matrix (1) with columns (11) and rows (12) arranged next to one another.
- the illustrated embodiment of the invention is a prototypical implementation of the in Fig. 4 shown planning example. Accordingly, the in Fig. 5 illustrated pressure compensation matrix (1) has nine columns (11) and eight rows (12), which are arranged essentially parallel and perpendicular to one another.
- Fig. 5 shows in particular a recording of the top or outside of the disposal bag (2). This is preferably that side of the disposal bag (2) which, when inserted, faces the inner wall of the collecting container (5). Shown in Fig. 5 not around that side of the disposal bag (2) which forms the interior of the disposal bag (2). You can, however, in Fig.
- Fig. 6 shows an exemplary representation of a preferred embodiment of a pressure compensation matrix area (7) with columns (11) and rows (12) arranged offset to one another.
- the black balls should be in Fig. 6 symbolize the pressure compensation openings (6) which form the pressure compensation matrix (1). It can be clearly seen in the exemplary illustration in Fig. 6 that the openings (6) are arranged in columns (11) and rows (12), the columns (11) and rows (12) being arranged offset to one another. This means that individual openings (6) are not arranged next to one another, but rather are arranged with gaps to one another.

The present invention relates to a disposal bag for a vacuum cleaning device, the disposal bag having a pressure compensation matrix. The pressure equalization matrix has openings which are set up to effect a pressure equalization between a first area and a second area of a collecting container of the vacuum cleaner device. This can prevent the disposal bag from being sucked in by the vacuum-generating turbine, which can restrict its functionality. The vacuum cleaner can preferably be a construction site vacuum cleaner, the collecting container of the vacuum cleaner being set up to receive the disposal bag and the dust sucked in by the vacuum cleaner being collected and caught in the disposal bag. In a further aspect, the invention relates to a method for producing a disposal bag according to the invention, as well as its use in a vacuum cleaner.
Various types of vacuum cleaners are known in the prior art with which dust can be sucked up in various areas of application. Some of these types of vacuum cleaners use so-called vacuum cleaner bags as disposal bags for the dust. Often these disposal bags are placed in an interior space of the vacuum cleaner and filled with dust while the vacuum cleaner is in operation. When the disposal bag is full, it must be replaced with a fresh, ie empty, bag. To do this, the full bag is removed from the vacuum cleaner and disposed of appropriately. Areas of application for vacuum cleaners are the household or places where there is a lot of dust, some of which is hazardous to health, such as construction sites. In the field of construction sites, one often speaks of construction (site) vacuum cleaners. Alternatively, the term "dust extractor" can also be used. Dust can arise, for example, when working with hand-held machine tools such as drills, grinders or saws. In the context of the invention, it is preferably also referred to as a suction medium. In most vacuum cleaning devices, a turbine, which is driven by a motor, creates a negative pressure with which the suction medium is sucked into the interior of the vacuum cleaner.
Disposal bags are used in construction vacuum cleaners to collect the suction medium in a removable and closable container and thus to protect the environment and users from increased dust exposure. The disposal bag is preferably removable, i.e. designed to be exchangeable. Construction vacuum cleaners often include a collection container to hold the disposal bag in which the dust is collected. In an upper area, many construction vacuum cleaners include what is known as a suction head, which closes the collecting container. The disposal bags are placed in the collecting container and over its edge, so that the bag is fixed and hermetically sealed after the suction head is attached. In suction mode, two different pressure areas are created inside the collecting container. In a first area, which is preferably present between a container wall and the disposal bag, there is essentially atmospheric or normal pressure. On the other hand, the vacuum generated by the turbine prevails inside the disposal bag.
In order to circumvent these deficiencies and disadvantages of the prior art, expensive special disposal bags have been used up to now in order to prevent the disposal bag from being sucked in by the vacuum cleaner's turbine in an undesired manner. The special bags often have larger openings to ensure pressure equalization. Depending on the protection class of the disposal bag used, the openings are also covered with a filter material, for example a filter fleece. However, the more complex the design of these special disposal bags, the more expensive it is to use them. A concern of the present application is therefore to provide a disposal bag for a vacuum cleaner device which does not have the deficiencies and disadvantages of the prior art and, in particular, can be manufactured particularly inexpensively. In addition, the disposal bag to be provided is intended to prevent the dust once sucked into the collecting container from being able to leave the disposal bag again. Another concern of the present invention is therefore to provide a disposal bag for a vacuum cleaner with which dust can be prevented from escaping from the disposal bag in a particularly effective manner. In particular, in the context of the present invention, a particularly cost-effective and dust-free disposal bag for a vacuum cleaner is to be provided, the vacuum cleaner in particular as a construction vacuum cleaner can be used. The invention is also intended to prevent the disposal bag from moving in the direction of the vacuum-generating turbine and hindering it in its work.
The object is achieved by the subject matter of the independent claims. Advantageous embodiments relating to the subject matter of the independent claims can be found in the dependent claims.
According to the invention, a disposal bag for a vacuum cleaner, in particular a construction site vacuum cleaner, is provided, the vacuum cleaner having a collecting container for receiving the disposal bag. The disposal bag is characterized in that it has a pressure compensation matrix, the pressure compensation matrix having openings which are set up to effect pressure compensation between a first area and a second area of the collecting container. It is preferred within the meaning of the invention that the pressure compensation matrix with its openings represents a particularly effective possibility of a pressure compensation between the negative pressure that is generated by the turbine of the vacuum cleaner ("second area") and is present in the disposal bag, and the normal or atmospheric pressure, which is present between the disposal bag and the inner outer wall of the collecting container of the vacuum cleaner device ("first area").
The first area is preferably formed between a wall of the collecting container and the disposal bag, while the second area corresponds to the interior of the disposal bag. For the purposes of the invention, it is preferred that different pressure areas develop in the lower area of the vacuum cleaner in the suction mode, which in the sense of FIG Invention are preferably referred to as the first and second area. For the purposes of the invention, it is further preferred that when the suction device is in operation, there is an atmospheric pressure in the first area and a negative pressure in the second area. The negative pressure in the second area is the cause of the undesired suction of the disposal bag by the negative pressure generating turbine. A pressure equalization between the two different pressure areas can take place through the openings in the pressure equalization matrix, so that the disposal bag is no longer sucked in by the turbine.
The term “atmospheric pressure” is not an unclear term for the person skilled in the art, because the person skilled in the art knows that the term denotes the air pressure usually present in the atmosphere. The pressure difference that forms in the collecting container during operation of the vacuum cleaner preferably represents the difference between the negative pressure generated by the turbine for sucking in the dust medium and the currently prevailing atmospheric pressure Atmospheric pressure in the first area between an inner wall of the collecting container and an outer wall of the disposal bag. The equalization of this pressure difference is preferably referred to as pressure equalization in the context of the invention. With the proposed invention, it is thus advantageously possible to provide a possibility of effecting a pressure equalization between the collecting container areas with the different pressure values. As a result, it is advantageously possible to dispense with the use of cost-intensive special disposal bags, which for example have a filter fleece, and the operation of the vacuum cleaner device can be made more cost-effective.
By providing the pressure compensation matrix, pressure compensation can advantageously be made possible within the collecting container of the vacuum cleaner or between the interior of the disposal bag and the surrounding interior of the collecting container, so that the bag is effectively prevented from being sucked into the turbine. The pressure equalization is preferably made possible in that a gas and / or material exchange can take place between the first area and the second area within the collecting container of the vacuum cleaner. In particular, the matrix perforation which is present in the disposal bags according to the invention and which ensures the necessary pressure equalization of the two bag areas makes it possible to dispense with the use of the cost-intensive special bags. Thus, a significant advantage of the preferably punched-in pressure compensation matrix is that less costly disposal bags without filter fleece can be used in the vacuum cleaner in order to prevent an undesired escape of dust from the disposal bag.
In the context of the invention, the term “matrix” preferably means that the openings which form the pressure compensation matrix are punched into the disposal bag according to a predetermined pattern. The openings can be arranged, for example, in the form of a table with columns and rows. Furthermore, the shape or configuration of the pressure compensation matrix can resemble a grid.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the pressure compensation matrix can comprise individual pressure compensation matrix areas which are arranged in an upper area of the disposal bag. The pressure compensation matrix areas are preferably spaced from one another and form, for example, small grids or structures of openings arranged in a table. For example, 2 to 10, preferably 4 to 8, particularly preferably 5, 6 or 7 such pressure compensation matrix areas can be arranged in the upper area of the disposal bag. The pressure compensation matrix areas can be similar to the pressure compensation band described above, although as a modification they do not include a continuous or circumferential pattern of openings, but rather individual, spaced apart individual areas with openings, which are referred to as pressure compensation matrix areas in the context of the invention. The openings can be arranged in the form of columns and rows within these pressure compensation matrix areas. In other words, it is preferred in the context of the invention that the pressure compensation matrix areas comprise columns and rows in which the openings are arranged. In the context of the invention, this preferably means that the openings can be arranged in longitudinal and transverse rows that run essentially parallel and / or perpendicular to one another. The person skilled in the art knows the term “grid” or “table” and knows how to arrange openings similar to a grid or in the form of columns and rows, as in a table, to one another. The term “essentially perpendicular or parallel” is also not an unclear term for the person skilled in the art, since the person skilled in the art knows how to make or punch openings in a plastic material so that the openings are arranged in longitudinal and transverse rows, which “ are arranged essentially perpendicular or parallel »to one another. In this context, the term “essentially” preferably means that the longitudinal and transverse rows of the openings in the pressure compensation matrix should be arranged perpendicular to or parallel to one another within the scope of manufacturing accuracy.
In the context of the invention, the term “column” preferably denotes a row of openings running from top to bottom within the matrix. In the context of the invention, the term “line” preferably denotes a row of openings running from right to left or from left to right within the matrix. In other words, a column within the pressure compensation matrix runs from an upper edge of the grid in the direction of a lower edge, while the rows within the pressure compensation matrix connect the side edges to one another.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the openings that form the pressure compensation matrix are punched into the disposal bag. The individual openings can be made individually or in groups in the starting material for the disposal bag. For example, the openings can be punched into the starting material for the disposal bag in columns or rows. The punching of the openings in the disposal bag has the advantage that, surprisingly, no waste is produced when the openings are created.
In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the openings each have a collar, the collar extending into the second area of the collecting container. In other words, the collars preferably extend into the interior of the disposal bag. The collar-shaped design of the openings and the punching of the openings in the starting material for the disposal bag are preferably linked in the sense of the invention in such a way that, in particular, the introduction of the openings through a punching process leads to or enables the collar-shaped design of the openings. The openings can preferably also be referred to as holes or pinholes.
According to the invention, it is preferred that the openings of the pressure compensation matrix have an essentially circular base area, the essentially circular base areas having a diameter in a range from 0.1 to 10 mm, preferably in a range from 0.3 to 5 mm and particularly preferably in a range from 0.4 to 2.0 mm and most preferably in a range from 0.5 to 1.5 mm. In particular, through the combination of the pressure compensation matrix with openings with a diameter of less than 2 mm and the inwardly protruding collar of the openings, dust from the disposal bag made in this way can be avoided particularly effectively and sufficient pressure compensation still enabled. For the purposes of the invention, it is preferred that the pressure compensation matrix in the disposal bag represents a matrix of holes with very small holes, it being possible for the diameters of the openings to lie in the preferred ranges mentioned. Tests have shown that, in particular, the diameter of the openings in a range from 0.5 to 1.5 mm results in particularly good pressure equalization in connection with a minimal escape of the suction medium from the disposal bag. For example, the pressure compensation openings of the pressure compensation matrix can have a diameter of 0.5 mm; 0.63 mm; 0.75 mm, 1 mm, 1.2 mm or 1.46 mm.
It is preferred in the context of the invention that the disposal bag comprises a plastic as the starting material. In particular, the bag can be made from two foils that are, for example, placed one on top of the other and processed with one another. In the context of the invention, it is preferred that each film forms one side of the disposal bag, for example a front and a back or an upper and a lower side. In the production of the proposed disposal bag, in particular only one of the two foils is preferably pierced in order to produce the openings for the pressure compensation matrix. In this way it is possible to produce such disposal bags in which the openings each have a collar which extends into the second area of the collecting container or into the interior of the bag. In other words, the collar is produced by the described perforation on only one side of the bag or one bag film in the direction of the interior of the bag. This alignment or configuration of the collars of the openings in the pressure compensation matrix effectively prevents dusting through. In the context of the invention, it is particularly preferred that the openings of the pressure compensation matrix are present in only one of the two layers of the starting material of the disposal bag. In particular, the formation of a countercurrent, which can lead to dusting, can be effectively prevented by the collar shape of the openings.
The plastic of the starting material of the disposal bag can be, for example, low density polyethylene (LDPE). For example, it can have a thickness of approximately 1 mm exhibit. A thickness of 0.95 mm is particularly preferred. It is preferred in the context of the invention that the plastic material is transparent.
- a. Bereitstellung eines Ausgangsmaterials zur Herstellung des Entsorgungsbeutels,
- c. Zusammenfügen des Ausgangsmaterials zu einem fertigen Entsorgungsbeutel
- a. Provision of a starting material for the production of the disposal bag,
- b. Making openings in the starting material, the openings forming a pressure compensation matrix,
- c. Combining the starting material into a finished disposal bag
In the context of the invention, it is particularly preferred that the openings are made in the starting material of the disposal bag by one or more punching processes. The introduction can preferably also take place as a perforation by strongly embossing the starting material. For example, a section of a circle or an arc of a circle is pressed out of the starting material by means of an embossing process. In the context of the invention, it can also be preferred that the starting material of the disposal bag is at least partially torn by the embossing or perforation. When punching, embossing and / or punching, the starting material of the disposal bag is preferably deformed in such a way that the collars of the openings in the pressure compensation matrix, which are directed in the direction of the interior of the bag, are train who are largely responsible for the low level of dust in the proposed vacuum cleaner.
In the context of the invention, it can be preferred that each opening is produced by a single punching process. However, it is even more preferred that a plurality of openings can be produced with one punching process. For example, individual columns and / or columns of the pressure compensation matrix areas can each be produced in one punching process. In the context of the invention, it can also be preferred that entire pressure compensation matrix areas are produced in one punching process. In the context of the invention, it is also preferred that the openings are punched in a first and / or a second layer of the starting material of the disposal bag. The terms, definitions and technical advantages introduced for the disposal bag preferably apply analogously to the vacuum cleaner device and the proposed method.
In the context of the present invention, a use of the disposal bag according to the invention in a vacuum cleaning device for collecting dust is also disclosed. By using the disposal bag according to the invention, a particularly effective pressure equalization is achieved between the first and the second area of the collecting container of the vacuum cleaning device. The provision of the pressure compensation matrix advantageously leads to the negative pressure in the interior of the disposal bag being reduced in such a way that the proposed disposal bag is no longer sucked in by the vacuum-generating turbine, which can impair the performance of the turbine. Furthermore, the collars of the openings which form the pressure compensation matrix advantageously result in only a very small amount of dust leaving the disposal bag in an undesired manner. This essential advantage of the invention is achieved in particular in that the collars of the openings of the pressure compensation matrix protrude into the second area, ie the inner area of the disposal bag.

When the vacuum cleaner (3) is open, the disposal bag (2) can be placed in the collecting container (5). In the context of the invention, it is particularly preferred that the ambient pressure of the suction device (3) is present in the first area (8) in the collecting container (5), while a negative pressure is present in the second area (9) of the collecting container (5), which during operation of the Vacuum cleaner (3) is generated by the turbine (not shown) of the vacuum cleaner (3) and with which the suction medium (13) is sucked into the suction device (3). The second area preferably corresponds to the interior of the disposal bag (2), while the first area (8) is formed between the outside of the disposal bag (2) and an inside of the collecting container (5).
