Definitions
- the present invention relates to an insole, in particular for shoes, according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such insoles preferably also referred to as foot inserts or shoe inserts, are used in particular for medical and therapeutic purposes. However, they are also used in sports, particularly when the user's feet are exposed to increased loads. The purpose is that, for example, incorrect positions are corrected or avoided, certain foot areas are supported and/or relieved in order to achieve an even pressure distribution, and/or cushioning of impact is provided in order to finally avoid pressure peaks.
- insoles in particular for shoes
- designs which consist of an insole adapted to the shape of the foot and a clip, preferably made of carbon-fibre-reinforced plastic, preferably attached underneath.
- the insoles usually consist of one or more padding elements, preferably assembled in layers, which are preferably equipped with various functional elements, such as pads.
- the insole has a geometry that supports the arch of the foot due to the clip attached to it and due to the preferred thermal deformation of both components. With such an insole it is thus possible to support the arch of the foot, in particular to erect a flattened longitudinal arch of the foot, and thereby correct the position of the foot.
- the brace has the advantage that due to the elasticity of the brace, which is deformed or bent when walking, in addition to a largely unrestricted freedom of movement, there is also a targeted activation of the muscles. This is because the clasp has an inherent resilience.
- Such an insole with a clasp is, for example, from EP 1 625 803 A1 known.
- This well-known foot insole consists of a spatially deformed stabilization plate made of dimensionally stable plastic with high flexural rigidity, which supports at least the metatarsus of a wearer.
- the foot insole has a convex curvature, at least in the metatarsal area, seen from the upper side of the sole and in the longitudinal direction of the sole, to be adapted to the anatomy of the longitudinal arch of a wearer's foot and thereby form a support function.
- the insole is primarily used for therapeutic purposes.
- the insole has a plurality of corrective and stimulating elements, which are arranged on the underside of the stabilizing plate and are elastically changeable in shape. This triggers so-called proprioceptive reflexes and thus the human body, in particular the muscles, are specifically trained in their statics and dynamics.
- the design of the insoles known from this prior art has proven to be disadvantageous, although the insole, in particular the clip, is designed in such a way that it has a circular recess for the heel bone in a heel area where a significantly higher pressure is exerted on the foot of a user a user is formed in the clip and preferably has a cushion for padding the heel bone, which does not take into account that the clip continues to exert pressure in the area of the lower heel spur and the attachment of the tendon plate on the user's heel bone.
- a particular disadvantage of the known embodiment is that due to the circular recess for the heel bone in the brace, especially in the area of the lower heel spur and the attachment of the tendon plate, the brace forms a hard edge, which can cause particularly great pain, especially in the case of plantar fasciitis .
- Plantar fasciitis is inflammation of the tendon plate in the sole of the foot and is typically triggered by overuse. This affects the attachment of the tendon plate on the heel bone. Due to the hard edge of the clip, a particularly high pressure is exerted on the tendon plate of the sole of the foot and/or the heel spur when the user exerts a load.
- Another disadvantage of the insole known from the prior art is the adaptation of the insole, in particular its metatarsal area, to the longitudinal arch of a user's foot, especially when the user has a flat foot and at the same time suffers from plantar fasciitis, i.e. inflammation of the tendon plate. Due to the straightening of the longitudinal arch of the foot, in particular due to the convex design of the metatarsal area of the stepping surface of the insole, a lot of pressure is exerted on the tendon plate, which is very painful for the user with plantar fasciitis and with permanent irritation leads to further deterioration with the risk of a can lead to a chronic course.
- an insole specifically for high-heeled shoes This consists of a first padding element for the ball of the foot area of a wearer and a second padding element, which extends from a heel area to the first padding element.
- This second padding element is a cushion filled with gel, which in turn has a recess with an elongated notch for receiving a fastening element. This fastening element placed in the recess is fastened to the inside of the shoe sole, as a result of which an improved hold of the insole in the shoe is achieved.
- insole or inlay cushion is only used to cushion the sole of a shoe. This has no medical or therapeutic purpose. For example, foot malpositions are neither corrected nor avoided, nor are certain foot areas supported and/or relieved.
- a partial insole which, in addition to a metatarsal cushion, has a heel cup.
- the metatarsal pad itself has a bulbous shape.
- the surface here curves convexly upwards, as a result of which pressure is exerted on a tendon plate of a user.
- the heel cup has a recess for the heel area. From this recess, a recess now extends arcuately into the metatarsal area and further to the side of the shell, thus separating the heel area of the shell from the metatarsal area.
- the side arm of the shell formed by the cutout and cutout in the heel and metatarsal area can be displaced outwards, so that the insole can be individually adapted to the heel or shoe of a user in the heel area.
- a disadvantage of the design of the insole known from this prior art is that the shell continues to exert pressure in the area of the lower heel spur and the attachment of the tendon plate, since the shell continues to have a hard and continuous edge over large areas in this area forms the recess for the heel bone.
- an insole with a clip is also known.
- the insole is designed in the metatarsal area in such a way that its surface forms a curved longitudinal or transverse arch support.
- the clip used also has a recess which extends into the metatarsal area. The recess serves to accommodate a heel pad. This extends to the midfoot area.
- this insole has an insole core.
- the insole core arranged on the base body namely on its inside, has a first recess. This recess merges continuously into a second recess, which also extends into the metatarsal area in order to relieve the tendon plate.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object of creating an insole for shoes which avoids the disadvantages of the prior art and which, in particular, supports, relieves and/or cushions the sole of a user's foot through a geometry preferably adapted to the shape of the foot, in order in particular to achieve a uniform To achieve pressure distribution, while at the same time relieving and supporting the lower heel bone and the subsequent tendon plate, namely the plantar fascia.
- the insole for a shoe has a base body consisting of a heel area, a metatarsal area and a toe area, with the base body having a clip that extends from the heel area at least into the metatarsal area and in the heel area has a recess for the heel bone of a user, wherein the clip has at least two indentations which extend from the recess in the heel area into the metatarsal area in order to form at least one first strap and the main body in the metatarsal area is essentially flattened in the longitudinal direction, so that the lower heel spur of the heel and the Tendon plate of the sole of a user remain essentially pressure-free.
- the base body of the insole can have a heel and/or tendon cushion, the cushion overlapping the recess and/or the at least two notches and/or the buckle in the metatarsal area.
- the heel and tendon cushion preferably overlaps the recess, the at least two indentations and the clip in a metatarsal area.
- the base body has a pad in the metatarsal area for raising the transverse arch of a user's foot.
- the pad ie the pressure body
- the base body is preferably incorporated into the base body and preferably has a spherical cap-shaped geometry.
- the convex shape in the transverse direction in relation to the insole makes it possible to straighten or at least support the arch of the foot in the transverse direction.
- the base body of the insole has at least one waist in the metatarsal area.
- the base body forms a lateral shell in the heel and/or midfoot region, preferably one that is concavely curved on the inside.
- the inside of the shell of the base body is preferably convexly curved for medial support of the longitudinal arch of the foot of a user.
- the clip arranged on the base body preferably extends into the laterally formed shell, in particular into the convexly curved area.
- the base body of the insole and/or the clip in the convexly curved area has a support body that can be attached thereto in a detachable or non-detachable manner.
- This can preferably be releasably positioned on the clasp or the base body itself by means of hook-and-loop fastener elements. This makes it possible to further stabilize the medial support of the longitudinal arch of a user's foot.
- the clasp arranged on the base body which preferably has a high degree of flexural rigidity, is preferably made from a fiber-reinforced, in particular carbon-fiber-reinforced, plastic. This makes it possible to achieve very high dimensional stability with the lowest possible overall height.
- the thickness or thickness of the clip is preferably between 0.4 and 1.2 mm, particularly preferably 0.6 mm.
- the clip preferably has at least one second notch in the area of the shell, in particular in the convexly curved area.
- These one or more second notches, as well as the at least one first notch, are preferably wedge-shaped.
- the pointed end of the wedge-shaped indentations is preferably in the form of a circular bore so that there is no pointed edge, in order to avoid a possible breaking point of the sol when the clasp is subjected to stress, ie bending of the clasp.
- the base body of the insole has a recess on the outside for receiving the clip, so that the outside of the clip is essentially flush with the outside of the base body. It is also conceivable that the outside of the clip is opposite to the outside of the Base body is set back in the recess. This ensures a particularly space-saving and very flat design of the insole.
- the arrangement of the clasp on the outside of the base body allows the tabs formed by the indentations in the region of the lower tendon plate to be mounted so that they can move freely, especially outwards, when the clasp is subjected to a load and consequently when the clasp is bent. Due to this freely movable mounting of the tabs, a particularly high elasticity of the insole is achieved in the area of the tendon plate, so that the strain is particularly well relieved in this area.
- the base body is multi-layered, preferably with a first and second padding layer and a cover layer.
- an additional stiffening layer preferably with a recess for the heel and/or tendon cushion, is particularly preferably present in the heel and/or midfoot area.
- a clip preferably made of fiber-reinforced, in particular carbon-fiber-reinforced, plastic with a base body that is larger than the clip, preferably contains several functional elements and the clip is completely covered on the upper side, for Formation of a sole blank, glued, (2) deep-drawn for permanent deformation of the clasp of the blank, and (3) material-removing processing of the surface of the base body depending on geometric information of a user's foot sole measured with a measuring device.
- the insole is characterized by a number of significant advantages.
- the design of the insole, in particular its main body in the metatarsal area, in such a way that it is essentially flattened in the longitudinal direction, ensures that the lower heel spur of the heel and the tendon plate of the sole of a user's foot remain essentially pressure-free.
- the base body thus preferably has a so-called tendon-based geometry in the metatarsal area, which differs significantly from the geometry adapted to a longitudinal arch of the foot, namely a convex formation of the metatarsal area, in that this area is flattened.
- the construction of the insole according to the invention in particular the combination of a flattened metatarsal area and the at least two notches in the clip, has the advantage that the lower tendon plate, particularly in the area of the lower heel spur, is significantly relieved.
- the base body also has a lateral shell, the inside of which is preferably convexly curved in a medial metatarsal area.
- a lateral shell the inside of which is preferably convexly curved in a medial metatarsal area.
- the preferably convex area of the shell exerts a lateral and oblique pressure on the foot of a user below the tibialis posterior without restricting the freedom of the plantar fascia.
- the insole according to the invention allows maximum freedom for this.
- a further advantage of the invention is the arrangement of the clip on the outside of the insole, preferably in a recess in the base body of the insole.
- the clip is on the one hand mounted flush and thus space-saving on the base body, on the other hand the tabs formed by the notches in the area of the lower tendon plate are freely movable, especially outwards, when the clip is subjected to a load and consequently when it bends. Due to this freely movable mounting of the tabs, a particularly high degree of shape flexibility of the insole is achieved in the area of the tendon plate, so that the strain is particularly well relieved in this area. In addition, this ensures a particularly flat design of the insole.
- a heel and/or tendon cushion in the heel and metatarsal area is particularly advantageous.
- a heel and tendon cushion preferably overlaps the recess for a heel bone, the at least two indentations and the clip in one midfoot area. This achieves a particularly good relief of the lower tendon plate.
- FIG 1 1 is an embodiment of the insole 1 for a user's left foot, shown in a three-dimensional view.
- the insole 1 extends in the longitudinal direction L and transverse direction Q, relative to a user's foot, and comprises a substantially flat base body 2 which, in addition to a heel area 3 and a metatarsal area 4, has a toe area 5 to protect a user's foot to support and/or relieve.
- the insole 1 achieves an even pressure distribution in the entire foot area.
- the essentially flat base body 2 forms a lateral shell 22 in the heel and preferably midfoot area 3 , 4 . This is preferably concavely curved on its inside 23, so that the shell 22 is adapted to the outside of a user's foot.
- the concave curvature 24 extends in particular into the heel area 3 .
- the inner side 23 of the shell 22 of the base body 1 also has a convexly curved section 25 .
- a clasp 13 is arranged on the underside or outside 6 of the base body 2 . This preferably extends into the laterally formed shell 22, in particular into the convexly curved area 25.
- the clasp 13 is preferably made of a fiber-reinforced, in particular carbon-fiber-reinforced, plastic.
- this makes it possible for the clip 13 to have a very low overall height, namely a thickness of preferably 0.5 to 1.2 mm, particularly preferably 0.8 mm.
- the base body 2 has a recess 7 on the outside 6 for receiving the clasp 13, so that the outside 17 of the clasp 13 is essentially flush with the outside 6 of the base body 2.
- FIG. 2 shows the insole 1 from FIG figure 1 from above, i.e. in plan view.
- the clasp 13 arranged below on the base body 2 is shown in dashed form.
- the base body 2 itself preferably has a narrowing 20, 21 in the metatarsal region 4 at least on one side, preferably on both sides, so that the base body 2 preferably corresponds to the foot shape of a user.
- the clip 13 extends from the heel area 3 into the metatarsal area 4 and has a recess 14 in the heel area 3 for the heel bone of a user.
- the clip 13 extends into the toe area 5 of the insole 1 .
- the clasp 13 comprises at least two first indentations 15 which extend from the recess 14 in the heel area 3 into the metatarsal area 4 .
- the clasp 13 preferably has three of these first indentations 15, so that at least two tabs 27, 28 are formed as a result. This avoids a hard edge on the recess 15 of the clasp 13, particularly in the area of the user's lower tendon plate.
- the base body 2 is preferably essentially flattened in the midfoot area 4 in the longitudinal direction L, so that the lower heel spur of the heel and the tendon plate of the sole of a user's foot, in particular in conjunction with the at least one first notch 15 in the clasp 13, to form tabs 27, 28 remain essentially pressure-free as previously described.
- the clasp 13 preferably has further second notches 16, of which at least one notch 16 is preferably in the convexly curved area 25 of the lateral shell, as shown in FIG figure 1 described, is arranged, in particular to increase the elasticity of the insole 1.
- the clasp 13 has a plurality of second indentations 16 which preferably extend laterally transversely to the longitudinal direction of the insole 1 from the outside into the clasp 13 .
- These one or more second notches 16 and the at least two or more first notches 15 are preferably wedge-shaped.
- the pointed end of the wedge-shaped indentations 15, 16 is preferably designed in the form of a circular bore, so that there is no pointed edge, in order to avoid a possible breaking point of the sol when the clasp 13 bends.
- the body 2 consists here of several, preferably of a first and second padding layer 8, 9.
- a cover layer 10 is also provided.
- the padding layers 8, 9 are preferably made of a soft foam material, such as EVA, PU or a mixture of both materials.
- the cover layer 10 is preferably made of microfiber, Alcantara or a velor.
- the base body 2 has an additional stiffening layer 11 with a recess 12 for a heel and tendon cushion 18 .
- the heel and tendon cushion 18 is preferably designed in two layers, with a first layer 18.1 preferably being arranged in the recess 12 of the stiffening layer 11 and a second layer 18.2 being arranged in a recess in the upper padding layer 9.
- the cushion 18 overlaps in particular the recess 14, the at least two indentations 15 of the clasp 13 and the clasp 13 itself in the metatarsal area 4.
- the stiffening layer 11 serves to increase the dimensional stability of the base body 2, particularly in the heel and metatarsal areas 3, 4
- the toe area 5 is preferably designed without a stiffening layer 11, so that a user's toes are not prevented from bending.
- the base body 2 also preferably has a pad 19 which, according to this exemplary embodiment, is arranged in the metatarsal area 4 next to the heel and tendon cushion 18 between the reinforcement layer 11 and the upper padding layer 9 .
- the clip 13 with the recess 14 for the heel bone of a user is fastened to the underside of the lower padding layer 8 .
- the clasp 13 extends from the heel area 3 into the metatarsal area 4.
- the at least two first indentations 15 extend from the recess 14 in the heel area 3 into the metatarsal area 4.
- the metatarsal area 4 of the main body 2 is essentially flattened in the longitudinal direction (L), so that the lower heel spur of the heel and the tendon plate of the sole of a user's foot remain essentially pressure-free.
- the outside 17 of the clip 13 is preferably freely accessible and is preferably not covered by any further layer. This freely movable mounting, in particular of the tabs formed by the first notches 15, means that the insole 1 is particularly flexible in terms of shape in the area of the tendon plate, so that the strain is particularly well relieved in this area.
- the two padding layers 8, 9 and the stiffening layer 11 form the lateral shell 22 in the heel and midfoot area 3, 4, which on the inside 23 a concave curvature 24 has.
- the curvature 25 in the medial metatarsal area 4 is preferably convex for medial support of the longitudinal arch of the foot of a user.
- the insole 1 preferably has, in particular in the convexly curved region 25 , a support body 26 which can be detachably fastened to the base body 2 . This can preferably be releasably positioned on the clasp 13 by means of hook-and-loop fastener elements. This makes it possible to further stabilize the medial support of the longitudinal arch of a user's foot.

Such insoles, preferably also referred to as foot inserts or shoe inserts, are used in particular for medical and therapeutic purposes.
A large number of insoles, in particular for shoes, are known from the prior art. Among other things, designs are known which consist of an insole adapted to the shape of the foot and a clip, preferably made of carbon-fibre-reinforced plastic, preferably attached underneath. The insoles usually consist of one or more padding elements, preferably assembled in layers, which are preferably equipped with various functional elements, such as pads. The insole has a geometry that supports the arch of the foot due to the clip attached to it and due to the preferred thermal deformation of both components. With such an insole it is thus possible to support the arch of the foot, in particular to erect a flattened longitudinal arch of the foot, and thereby correct the position of the foot. This is done in particular by the preferably individual adjustment of the insoles in a metatarsal area to the anatomy of the longitudinal arch of a user's foot. In addition to the supporting function, the brace has the advantage that due to the elasticity of the brace, which is deformed or bent when walking, in addition to a largely unrestricted freedom of movement, there is also a targeted activation of the muscles. This is because the clasp has an inherent resilience.
This well-known foot insole consists of a spatially deformed stabilization plate made of dimensionally stable plastic with high flexural rigidity, which supports at least the metatarsus of a wearer. For this purpose, the foot insole has a convex curvature, at least in the metatarsal area, seen from the upper side of the sole and in the longitudinal direction of the sole, to be adapted to the anatomy of the longitudinal arch of a wearer's foot and thereby form a support function. In addition to correcting a flattened longitudinal arch of the foot, the insole is primarily used for therapeutic purposes. For this purpose, the insole has a plurality of corrective and stimulating elements, which are arranged on the underside of the stabilizing plate and are elastically changeable in shape. This triggers so-called proprioceptive reflexes and thus the human body, in particular the muscles, are specifically trained in their statics and dynamics.
The design of the insoles known from this prior art has proven to be disadvantageous, although the insole, in particular the clip, is designed in such a way that it has a circular recess for the heel bone in a heel area where a significantly higher pressure is exerted on the foot of a user a user is formed in the clip and preferably has a cushion for padding the heel bone, which does not take into account that the clip continues to exert pressure in the area of the lower heel spur and the attachment of the tendon plate on the user's heel bone.
A particular disadvantage of the known embodiment is that due to the circular recess for the heel bone in the brace, especially in the area of the lower heel spur and the attachment of the tendon plate, the brace forms a hard edge, which can cause particularly great pain, especially in the case of plantar fasciitis . Plantar fasciitis is inflammation of the tendon plate in the sole of the foot and is typically triggered by overuse. This affects the attachment of the tendon plate on the heel bone. Due to the hard edge of the clip, a particularly high pressure is exerted on the tendon plate of the sole of the foot and/or the heel spur when the user exerts a load.
Another disadvantage of the insole known from the prior art is the adaptation of the insole, in particular its metatarsal area, to the longitudinal arch of a user's foot, especially when the user has a flat foot and at the same time suffers from plantar fasciitis, i.e. inflammation of the tendon plate.

This type of insole or inlay cushion is only used to cushion the sole of a shoe. This has no medical or therapeutic purpose. For example, foot malpositions are neither corrected nor avoided, nor are certain foot areas supported and/or relieved.

A disadvantage of the design of the insole known from this prior art is that the shell continues to exert pressure in the area of the lower heel spur and the attachment of the tendon plate, since the shell continues to have a hard and continuous edge over large areas in this area forms the recess for the heel bone.

The disadvantage of the designs of the insoles known from the two documents mentioned above is that such a design of the clip, in particular the recess for the area of the lower heel spur and the attachment of the tendon plate, so that there is no longer any increased pressure on any supporting effect is dispensed with by the clip in the transition area to the middle foot.
The present invention is therefore based on the object of creating an insole for shoes which avoids the disadvantages of the prior art and which, in particular, supports, relieves and/or cushions the sole of a user's foot through a geometry preferably adapted to the shape of the foot, in order in particular to achieve a uniform To achieve pressure distribution, while at the same time relieving and supporting the lower heel bone and the subsequent tendon plate, namely the plantar fascia.
According to one embodiment, the insole for a shoe has a base body consisting of a heel area, a metatarsal area and a toe area, with the base body having a clip that extends from the heel area at least into the metatarsal area and in the heel area has a recess for the heel bone of a user, wherein the clip has at least two indentations which extend from the recess in the heel area into the metatarsal area in order to form at least one first strap and the main body in the metatarsal area is essentially flattened in the longitudinal direction, so that the lower heel spur of the heel and the Tendon plate of the sole of a user remain essentially pressure-free. On the upper side of the insole, ie the side facing the sole of a user's foot, this preferably has a geometry adapted to the shape of the foot.
There are particularly preferably three indentations, so that at least two tabs are formed as a result. This avoids a hard edge at the recess of the clip, particularly in the area of the user's lower tendon plate.
According to a second embodiment, the base body of the insole can have a heel and/or tendon cushion, the cushion overlapping the recess and/or the at least two notches and/or the buckle in the metatarsal area. The heel and tendon cushion preferably overlaps the recess, the at least two indentations and the clip in a metatarsal area.
According to a third exemplary embodiment, the base body has a pad in the metatarsal area for raising the transverse arch of a user's foot. For this purpose, the pad, ie the pressure body, is preferably incorporated into the base body and preferably has a spherical cap-shaped geometry. The convex shape in the transverse direction in relation to the insole makes it possible to straighten or at least support the arch of the foot in the transverse direction.
According to a further exemplary embodiment, the base body of the insole has at least one waist in the metatarsal area. In addition, the base body forms a lateral shell in the heel and/or midfoot region, preferably one that is concavely curved on the inside. In the region of the waist of the base body, the inside of the shell of the base body is preferably convexly curved for medial support of the longitudinal arch of the foot of a user.
Furthermore, the clip arranged on the base body preferably extends into the laterally formed shell, in particular into the convexly curved area.
According to a further exemplary embodiment, the base body of the insole and/or the clip in the convexly curved area has a support body that can be attached thereto in a detachable or non-detachable manner. This can preferably be releasably positioned on the clasp or the base body itself by means of hook-and-loop fastener elements. This makes it possible to further stabilize the medial support of the longitudinal arch of a user's foot.
Stärke der Spange beträgt vorzugsweise zwischen 0,4 bis 1,2 mm, besonderes bevorzugt 0,6 mm.According to a further exemplary embodiment, the clasp arranged on the base body, which preferably has a high degree of flexural rigidity, is preferably made from a fiber-reinforced, in particular carbon-fiber-reinforced, plastic. This makes it possible to achieve very high dimensional stability with the lowest possible overall height. The thickness or thickness of the clip is preferably between 0.4 and 1.2 mm, particularly preferably 0.6 mm.
In order to increase the elasticity of the insole, the clip preferably has at least one second notch in the area of the shell, in particular in the convexly curved area. There are preferably a plurality of second indentations which extend laterally transversely to the longitudinal direction of the insole from the outside into the clip. These one or more second notches, as well as the at least one first notch, are preferably wedge-shaped. In this case, the pointed end of the wedge-shaped indentations is preferably in the form of a circular bore so that there is no pointed edge, in order to avoid a possible breaking point of the sol when the clasp is subjected to stress, ie bending of the clasp.
According to a further exemplary embodiment, the base body of the insole has a recess on the outside for receiving the clip, so that the outside of the clip is essentially flush with the outside of the base body. It is also conceivable that the outside of the clip is opposite to the outside of the Base body is set back in the recess. This ensures a particularly space-saving and very flat design of the insole. In addition, the arrangement of the clasp on the outside of the base body allows the tabs formed by the indentations in the region of the lower tendon plate to be mounted so that they can move freely, especially outwards, when the clasp is subjected to a load and consequently when the clasp is bent. Due to this freely movable mounting of the tabs, a particularly high elasticity of the insole is achieved in the area of the tendon plate, so that the strain is particularly well relieved in this area.
According to a further embodiment, the base body is multi-layered, preferably with a first and second padding layer and a cover layer. In addition, an additional stiffening layer, preferably with a recess for the heel and/or tendon cushion, is particularly preferably present in the heel and/or midfoot area.
According to an exemplary embodiment of a method for producing the insole according to the invention, (1) a clip, preferably made of fiber-reinforced, in particular carbon-fiber-reinforced, plastic with a base body that is larger than the clip, preferably contains several functional elements and the clip is completely covered on the upper side, for Formation of a sole blank, glued, (2) deep-drawn for permanent deformation of the clasp of the blank, and (3) material-removing processing of the surface of the base body depending on geometric information of a user's foot sole measured with a measuring device.
The insole is characterized by a number of significant advantages.
The at least two notches in the clip of the insole, which extend from the recess in the heel area into the metatarsal area, and the lugs in the clip that are preferably formed as a result, create a hard edge on the recess of the clip for the heel bone, particularly in the area of the lower A user's tendon plate, avoided. Rather, a gentle transition is formed between a first area in the insole, for example padded with soft foam, namely the heel area, and a second area supporting the user's foot by means of a clip preferably made of a fiber composite material. This ensures that the brace does not put pressure on the lower tendon plate.
Furthermore, the design of the insole, in particular its main body in the metatarsal area, in such a way that it is essentially flattened in the longitudinal direction, ensures that the lower heel spur of the heel and the tendon plate of the sole of a user's foot remain essentially pressure-free. The base body thus preferably has a so-called tendon-based geometry in the metatarsal area, which differs significantly from the geometry adapted to a longitudinal arch of the foot, namely a convex formation of the metatarsal area, in that this area is flattened.
The construction of the insole according to the invention, in particular the combination of a flattened metatarsal area and the at least two notches in the clip, has the advantage that the lower tendon plate, particularly in the area of the lower heel spur, is significantly relieved.
It is particularly advantageous if the base body also has a lateral shell, the inside of which is preferably convexly curved in a medial metatarsal area. As a result, the foot of a user, in particular the longitudinal arch, is supported medially. The preferably convex area of the shell exerts a lateral and oblique pressure on the foot of a user below the tibialis posterior without restricting the freedom of the plantar fascia. The insole according to the invention allows maximum freedom for this.
A further advantage of the invention is the arrangement of the clip on the outside of the insole, preferably in a recess in the base body of the insole. As a result, the clip is on the one hand mounted flush and thus space-saving on the base body, on the other hand the tabs formed by the notches in the area of the lower tendon plate are freely movable, especially outwards, when the clip is subjected to a load and consequently when it bends. Due to this freely movable mounting of the tabs, a particularly high degree of shape flexibility of the insole is achieved in the area of the tendon plate, so that the strain is particularly well relieved in this area. In addition, this ensures a particularly flat design of the insole.
Furthermore, in addition to the special geometric design of the base body and the clip of the insole in the metatarsal area, the arrangement of a heel and/or tendon cushion in the heel and metatarsal area is particularly advantageous. A heel and tendon cushion preferably overlaps the recess for a heel bone, the at least two indentations and the clip in one midfoot area. This achieves a particularly good relief of the lower tendon plate.

Preferably and as shown in this exemplary embodiment, the
