Claims (15)

  1. Insole (1) for a shoe, comprising a base body (2) consisting of a heel area (3), a metatarsal area (4) and a toe area (5), wherein the base body (1) has a clasp (13) which extends from the heel area (3) at least into the metatarsal area (4) and in the heel area (3) has a recess (14) for the heel bone of a user, characterized in that the clasp (13) has at least two notches (15) which extend from the recess (14) in the heel area (3) into the metatarsal area (4) in order to form at least one tab (27, 28) and the base body (2) in the metatarsal area (4) is substantially flattened in the longitudinal direction (L), so that the lower heel spur of the heel and the tendon plate of the sole of a user remain substantially pressure-free.
  2. Insole (1) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the base body (2) has a heel and/or tendon cushion (18), wherein the cushion (18) overlaps the recess (14) and/or the at least one notch (15) and/or the clasp (13) in the metatarsal area (4).
  3. Insole (1) according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the base body (2) has at least one truss pad (19) in the metatarsal area (4) for alignment of the transverse arch of the foot of a user.
  4. Insole (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the base body (2) has at least one waist (20, 21) in the metatarsal area (4).
  5. Insole (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the base body (2) in the heel and/or metatarsal area (3, 4) forms a lateral shell (22), preferably curved concavely on the inner side (23).
  6. Insole (1) according to Claim 5, characterized in that the inner side (23) of the shell (22) is convexly curved in the area of the waist (20, 21) of the base body (1) for medial support of the longitudinal arch of the foot of a user.
  7. Insole (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the clasp (13) arranged on the base body (2) extends into the laterally configured shell (22), in particular into the convexly curved area (25).
  8. Insole (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the base body (2) and/or the clasp (13) in the convexly curved area (25) has a supporting body (26) which can be detachably or non-detachably attached thereto.
  9. Insole (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the clasp (13) is made from a fibre-reinforced, in particular carbon-fibre-reinforced, plastic.
  10. Insole (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the clasp (13) has at least one second notch (16) in the area of the shell (22), in particular in the convexly curved area (25).
  11. Insole (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the clasp (13) has a thickness of preferably 0.4 to 1.2 mm, particularly preferably 0.6 mm.
  12. Insole (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the base body (2) on the outer side has a recess (7) for receiving the clasp (13), so that the outer side (17) of the clasp (13) is substantially flush with the outer side (6) of the base body (2).
  13. Insole (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the at least one first and second notch (15, 16) of the clasp (13) is configured to be wedge-shaped.
  14. Insole (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the base body (2) is configured to be multi-layered, preferably with a first and second cushioning layer (8, 9) and a cover layer (10).
  15. Insole (1) according to Claim 14, characterized in that the base body (2) in the heel and/or metatarsal area (3, 4) has an additional stiffening layer (11) with a recess (12) for the heel and/or tendon cushion (18).
