Claims (33)
- Schutzverpackung (2) für einen Gegenstand (4), umfassend:- eine Hülle (6),- ein Stützelement (8) für den Gegenstand (4), das dazu konfiguriert ist, in der Hülle (6) zu gleiten, und zwei hohle Halteelemente (12A, 12B), die durch mindestens ein Bindeglied (14A, 14B) miteinander verbunden sind, umfasst, wobei mindestens eines der beiden hohlen Halteelemente (12A, 12B) eine Aussparung (16A, 16B) aufweist, die dazu konfiguriert ist, mindestens einen Teil des Gegenstands (4) durch Formschluss zu umschließen, wobei das oder jedes Bindeglied (14A, 14B) ein flexibles Bindeglied ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Bindeglied (14A, 14B) zwei Bindeglieder (14A, 14B) umfasst, deren Rotationsachsen parallel und verschieden sind.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden hohlen Halteelemente (12A, 12B) aus einem Stück sind.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden hohlen Halteelemente (12A, 12B) jeweils Schalen sind.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes hohle Halteelement eine Bodentrennwand (18A, 18B), eine Seitenwand (20A, 20B) und zwei Vorderwände (22A, 22B, 22C, 22D) umfasst, wobei die Trennwand seitlich durch das oder jedes Bindeglied (14A, 14B) sowie in Längsrichtung auf beiden Seiten durch die beiden Vorderwände (22A, 22B, 22C, 22D) begrenzt ist.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Bodentrennwand (18A, 18B) fest mit dem Bindeglied oder dem entsprechenden Bindeglied (14A, 14B) verbunden ist.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Bindeglieder (14A, 14B) durch einen Verbindungsstreifen (24) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der Verbindungsstreifen (24) aus einem Stück mit den beiden hohlen Halteelementen (12A, 12B) ist.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Bindeglied (14A, 14B) im Verhältnis zu den freien Kanten der Vorderwände (22A, 22B, 22C, 22D) zurückgesetzt ist, wobei die Kanten sich senkrecht zu der Bodentrennwand (18A, 18B) erstrecken und auf beiden Seiten des Bindeglieds angeordnet sind.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich jede Seitenwand (20A, 20B) senkrecht zur Bodentrennwand (18A, 18B) erstreckt.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Seitenwand (20A, 20B) wellenförmig ist.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, wobei jede Aussparung (16A, 16B) durch einen Abschnitt der entsprechenden Seitenwand (20A, 20B) und einen Abschnitt der entsprechenden Bodentrennwand (18A, 18B) definiert ist.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Seitenwand (20A, 20B) auf beiden Seiten durch die entsprechende Bodentrennwand (18A, 18B) und eine obere Trennwand (26A, 26B) begrenzt ist.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede obere Trennwand (26A, 26B) eine Breite aufweist, die zwischen 5 % und 60 % der Breite des hohlen Halteelements (12A, 12B) beträgt.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede obere Trennwand (26A, 26B) fest mit der entsprechenden Seitenwand (20A, 20B) und/oder den entsprechenden Vorderwänden (22A, 22B, 22C, 22D) verbunden ist.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (8) für den Gegenstand (4) aus Paperfoam oder geformter Zellulose besteht.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verpackung (2) quaderförmig ist.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hülle (6) eine Öffnung (10) aufweist, wobei die Öffnung (10) vorzugsweise ausgelegt ist, sich mit einem Teil des Gegenstands (4), insbesondere ein Uhrengehäuse (4), zu überdecken, wenn die Verpackung (2) geschlossen ist.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gegenstand (4) eine Uhr (4), vorzugsweise eine Armbanduhr (4) ist.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch in Kombination mit einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der oberen Trennwände (26A, 26B) eine Vertiefung umfasst, deren Form ausgelegt ist, um einen seitlichen Abschnitt der Uhr (4), den Abschnitt mit einer Krone aufzunehmen.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (8) ein Höhenverstellungsmittel (28) des Gegenstands (4) umfasst.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch in Kombination mit Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsstreifen (24) das Höhenverstellungsmittel (28) des Gegenstands (2) umfasst, wobei das Mittel (28) vorzugsweise eine flexible, vor allem gebogene, Lamelle (28.1) ist.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsstreifen (24) zwei Schlitze (28.2) umfasst, die die flexible Lamelle (28.1) bilden.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (8) ein anpassungsfähiges Mittel (30) umfasst, dass es gestattet, Uhren aufzunehmen, deren Gehäuse jeweils unterschiedliche Durchmesser aufweisen.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch in Kombination mit Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das anpassungsfähige Mittel (30) zwei flexible Lamellen (30.1) umfassen, die an den jeweiligen beiden Seitenwänden (20A, 20B) angeordnet sind, wobei jede Lamelle (30.1) ein Profil aufweist, das ausgelegt ist, einen Teil des Gegenstands (4), insbesondere einen Abschnitt des Uhrengehäuses (4), zu umschließen.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Seitenwand (20A, 20B) zwei parallele Spalte (30.2) umfasst, die die entsprechende flexible Lamelle (30.1) bilden.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, umfassend ein Verriegelungsmittel (32), wobei das Mittel (32) mindestens einen Haken (32.1), der an einem der hohlen Halteelemente (12A, 12B) angeordnet ist, und mindestens eine komplementäre Öffnung (32.2) umfasst, die an dem anderen hohlen Halteelement (12A, 12B) vorgesehen ist.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch in Kombination mit Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder jeder Haken (32.1) auf Höhe der entsprechenden oberen Trennwand (26A, 26B) angeordnet ist und die oder jede komplementäre Öffnung (32.2) auf der anderen oberen Trennwand (26A, 26B) ausgebildet ist.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der oder jeder Haken (32.1) aus einem Stück mit der entsprechenden oberen Trennwand (26A, 26B) ist.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement (8) ein Scherverformungsbegrenzungsmittel (34) umfasst.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scherverformungsbegrenzungsmittel (34) Laschen (34.1) und komplementäre Nuten (34.2) umfasst, wobei die Laschen (34.1) ausgelegt sind, in die komplementären Nuten (34.2) einzugreifen.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch in Kombination mit Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei der Laschen (34.1), die jeweils an zwei der einander zugewandten Vorderwände (22A, 22B, 22C, 22D) ausgebildet sind, in einer Richtung parallel zu dem mindestens einen Bindeglied (14A, 14B) versetzt sind.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach Anspruch 29 oder 28 in Kombination mit Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Lasche (34.1) sich von der freien Kante der entsprechenden Vorderwand (22A, 22B, 22C, 22D) erstreckt, vorzugsweise die Lasche (34.1), die ein abgerundetes Ende aufweist.
- Schutzverpackung (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 29 bis 31 in Kombination mit Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Nut (34.2) an der Außen- oder Innenfläche der entsprechenden Vorderwand (22A, 22B, 22C, 22D) ausgebildet ist.
- Schutzverpackung (2) für einen Gegenstand (4), umfassend:- eine Hülle (6),- ein Stützelement (8) für den Gegenstand (4), das dazu konfiguriert ist, in der Hülle (6) zu gleiten, und zwei hohle Halteelemente (12A, 12B), die durch mindestens ein Bindeglied (14A, 14B) miteinander verbunden sind, umfasst, wobei mindestens eines der beiden hohlen Halteelemente (12A, 12B) eine Aussparung (16A, 16B) aufweist, die dazu konfiguriert ist, mindestens einen Teil des Gegenstands (4) durch Formschluss zu umschließen, wobei jedes hohle Halteelement eine Bodentrennwand (18A, 18B), eine Seitenwand (20A, 20B) und zwei Vorderwände (22A, 22B, 22C, 22D) umfasst, wobei die Trennwand seitlich durch das oder jedes Bindeglied (14A, 14B) sowie in Längsrichtung auf beiden Seiten durch die beiden Vorderwände (22A, 22B, 22C, 22D) begrenzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Aussparung (16A, 16B) durch einen Abschnitt der entsprechenden Seitenwand (20A, 20B) und einen Abschnitt der entsprechenden Bodentrennwand (18A, 18B) definiert ist.
