Claims (15)

  1. Cheminée
    comprenant :
    - un premier étage inférieur de cheminée (1) qui comprend un foyer (1x),
    - un deuxième étage de cheminée (2) disposé au-dessus du premier étage de cheminée (1), qui comprend un tuyau de gaz d'échappement (4.2), traversant le deuxième étage de cheminée (2), qui est raccordé au foyer (1x),
    - un troisième étage de cheminée (3) disposé au-dessus du deuxième étage de cheminée (2), qui comprend, conçu en tant que une cheminée supérieure, une conduite de gaz d'échappement verticale (4.3) raccordée au tuyau de gaz d'échappement du deuxième étage de cheminée (2), afin de guider les gaz d'échappement verticalement vers l'extérieur hors de la cheminée (S) à l'air libre et comprend, de préférence, une conduite d'alimentation en air verticale (5.3) afin d'introduire de l'air de combustion dans le foyer (1x),
    dans laquelle il est prévu :
    a) que l'enveloppe externe du troisième étage de cheminée (3) ainsi que l'enveloppe externe des premier et deuxième étages de cheminée (1, 2) soient constitués d'un matériau de type béton et
    b) que le premier étage de cheminée (1) et le deuxième étage de cheminée (2) sont conçus comme une seule unité de construction qui forme le pied ou le socle de la cheminée, grâce au fait que le premier étage de cheminée (1) et le deuxième étage de cheminée (2) comprennent un corps commun (100), qui comprend un composant en béton conçu comme un corps creux, de préférence constitué de blocs de béton ou conçu comme un corps en béton d'une seule pièce, dans laquelle
    (i) le foyer (1x) disposé dans le premier étage de cheminée (1) est conçu comme un foyer de stockage, grâce au fait que le foyer (1x) conçu comme un foyer de stockage est conçu de façon à ce que la chaleur générée dans le foyer soit stockée principalement dans la cheminée et soit émise au niveau du côté externe du premier étage de cheminée ou du premier et du deuxième étages de cheminée et dans laquelle
    (ii) entre le premier étage de cheminée (1) et le deuxième étage de cheminée (2), dans le corps (100), est réalisée une paroi intermédiaire (100z) s'étendant horizontalement, qui sépare une cavité inférieure du corps (100) d'une cavité supérieure du corps (100), dans laquelle, dans la cavité inférieure, est réalisé le foyer (1x) et, dans la cavité supérieure, s'étend le tuyau de gaz d'échappement traversant (4.2),
    caractérisée en ce que
    la paroi intermédiaire (100z) est réalisée sur le foyer (1x), posée sur le boîtier de celui-ci ou est disposée directement au-dessus du foyer à une certaine distance ou est conçue comme la tête du foyer d'une seule pièce avec son boîtier.
  2. Cheminée selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la paroi intermédiaire (100z) est conçue comme une partie du corps commun (100) et/ou de la structure porteuse commune du pied de cheminée ou du socle de cheminée ou s'appuie contre, dans ou sur le corps (100) du pied de cheminée ou du socle de cheminée.
  3. Cheminée selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la paroi intermédiaire (100z) constitue une séparation thermique des cavités.
  4. Cheminée selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le corps commun (100) est conçu comme un corps creux cylindrique ou parallélépipédique, de préférence constitué de blocs de béton de construction et/ou de blocs d'enveloppe de béton et/ou de sections tubulaires d'une seule pièce et/ou de sections tubulaires hautes d'un étage ou comme un corps tubulaire d'une seule pièce ou un corps profilé en U d'une seule pièce.
  5. Cheminée selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le premier étage de cheminée (1) et le deuxième étage de cheminée (2), qui comprennent le corps commun (100) ou la structure porteuse commune, forment une pièce finie commune (120),
    dans le corps commun et/ou la structure porteuse commune, le foyer est monté en usine ou, dans le corps commun et/ou la structure porteuse commune, le foyer peut être monté ultérieurement sur place.
  6. Cheminée selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le deuxième étage de cheminée (2) comprend au moins une ouverture de révision (100ô, 4.2ô),
    - conçue pour l'inspection du trajet des gaz d'échappement (4.2) et/ou pour l'élimination de la suie (2s, 2k) ;
    et/ou
    - conçue pour l'inspection de la conduite d'alimentation (5.2).
  7. Cheminée selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le troisième étage de cheminée (3) est séparé du deuxième étage de cheminée (2) par une paroi de séparation horizontale (100k), plus particulièrement une plaque de séparation horizontale.
  8. Cheminée selon la revendication 7,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la paroi de séparation horizontale (100k) est conçue comme une plaque de tête (100k) du corps (100) du pied de cheminée ou du socle de cheminée, de préférence est réalisée d'une seule pièce avec le corps (100), en tant qu'extrémité de tête du corps.
  9. Cheminée selon la revendication 7 ou 8,
    caractérisée en ce que
    dans une percée de la paroi de séparation horizontale (100k) et/ou de la plaque de tête (100k), le tuyau de gaz d'échappement vertical (4.3) du troisième étage de cheminée (3) est disposé de manière raccordée et/ou appuyée.
  10. Cheminée selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le deuxième étage de cheminée (2) comprend un dispositif de purification du gaz d'échappement.
  11. Cheminée selon la revendication 10,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le dispositif de purification du gaz d'échappement (20) forme, avec le tuyau de gaz d'échappement (4.2) du deuxième étage de cheminée (2), une unité de construction et/ou en ce que le dispositif de purification de gaz d'échappement (20) est conçu comme un module (20) ou comme un sous-ensemble constitué de modules.
  12. Cheminée selon la revendication 10 ou 11,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le deuxième étage de cheminée (2) comprend au moins une ouverture de révision (100ô, 4.2ô), dans laquelle l'au moins une ouverture de révision
    - est conçue pour la maintenance des composants du dispositif de purification de gaz d'échappement (20) et/ou
    - est conçue pour l'équipement ultérieur du deuxième étage de cheminée (2) avec d'autres composants, plus particulièrement pour l'équipement ultérieur du dispositif de purification de gaz d'échappement avec d'autres composants.
  13. Cheminée selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le premier étage de cheminée (1) et le deuxième étage de cheminée (2), qui comprennent le corps commun ou la structure porteuse commune, forment une pièce finie commune, dans laquelle il est prévu
    - que, dans le corps commun (100) et/ou dans la structure porteuse commune, le dispositif de purification de gaz d'échappement est montée en usine ou, dans le corps commun et/ou dans la structure porteuse commune, le dispositif de purification de gaz d'échappement peut être monté sur place.
  14. Cheminée selon l'une des revendications 10 à 13,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le dispositif de purification de gaz d'échappement (20) comprend un dispositif de purification de gaz d'échappement pour une réduction secondaire des émissions sur la base d'un post-traitement de gaz d'échappement fonctionnant de manière électrostatique et/ou mécanique et/ou catalytique et/ou chimique par voie humide.
  15. Cheminée selon l'une des revendications 10 à 14,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le dispositif de purification de gaz d'échappement (20) comprend un dispositif permettant de contrôler la combustion.
