Zur Gehfläche 34 hin sind der der Queranker 33 und die weiteren Spieße 35 durch Untergrundmaterial zugedeckt. Durch diese Bauweise ist jener Spieß 9, welcher mit dem Stützteil 26 in direktem Kontakt ist, extrem gut gegen Bewegung zur Talseite des Gehweges 31 hin gehalten.

Lateral support of a walkway (31) crossing a slope (30), comprising a support part (26) made of sheet metal and stakes (9), wherein the support part (26) forms an essentially vertical surface and an upper area directly adjoining it, and wherein each stake (9) penetrates an area of the support part (26) and is inserted in substrate (10), wherein the support part (26) is a gutter profile made of sheet metal in which a profile groove is delimited by a middle base surface (2, 11) and two lateral flank surfaces (3, 27), whereby one of the flank surfaces (3) has openings (4) for the stakes (9), wherein the base surface (2, 11) of the support part (26) constitutes the essentially vertical surface, wherein at this base surface (2, 11) the flank surface (3, 13) that feature the openings (4) connects beneath, whereby on the two flank surfaces (3, 27) of the support part (26) on the sides facing away from the base surface (2, 11) an edging surface (7) is in contact, which is aligned at an angle opposite the flank surfaces (3, 27), whereby the stakes (9) protrude into the height range of the upper edging surface (7), wherein an edging surface (7) makes contact with its interior surface with the stakes (9), wherein the lateral support also comprises a longitudinal traverse anchor (33), which extends horizontally, transversely to the longitudinal direction of the support part (26) beneath the support part (26), and through which those stakes (9) that pass through the openings (4) in the support part (26) also penetrate, and is also penetrated by one or more additional stakes (35) that extend into the substrate (10).
