Description

REFRIGERATED DISPLAY CASE AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present application relates to the field of refrigeration, and in particular, to a refrigerating display cabinet.
BACKGROUND
[0002] Consumables on the market that need to be stored at a low temperature are generally placed in a refrigerating display cabinet in the market for storage and sales exhibition. At present, the more common refrigerating display cabinets on the market are of open and closed types. The open type display cabinets are more convenient for consumers to view and select merchandise, but have relatively poor thermostatic effects and high energy consumption. On the other hand, the closed type display cabinets have more prominent thermostatic effects and lower energy consumption, but also are equipped with corresponding glass cabinet doors for preventing consumers from direct contact with merchandise. To combine the advantages of the two types of display cabinets, at present, a manually concealable display cabinet door has been developed. For example, the US Patent US85000224B2 discloses a concealable display cabinet door structure, so as to switch the cabinet door state based on the actual needs of an application scenario, and then adjust the form of the display cabinet. However, with the global popularization of unattended shops and 24-hour convenience stores, how to provide a refrigerating display cabinet capable of automatically switching the cabinet door states and a control method therefor becomes a technical problem to be solved urgently.
SUMMARY
[0003] The present application is intended to provide a refrigerating display cabinet capable of automatically switching cabinet door states.
[0004] The present application is also intended to provide a control method for a refrigerating display cabinet capable of automatically switching cabinet door states.
[0005] In order to achieve the objects of the present application, according to one aspect of the present application, a refrigerating display cabinet is provided, including: a cabinet body having an inner receiving space; a cabinet door controlled to open or close the inner receiving space; a timing portion configured to calculate a holding duration of the current state of the cabinet door of the refrigerating display cabinet; and a control portion configured to obtain a preset period of time and control the cabinet door to open or close, based on a result of comparison between the holding duration of the current state of the cabinet door and the preset period of time.
[0006] Optionally, the refrigerating display cabinet further includes a person identification device for identifying people within an application scenario of the refrigerating display cabinet; and the control portion controls the cabinet door to open or close, based on the number of people within the application scenario and a holding duration of the current number of people.
[0007] Optionally, the application scenario includes a region within a preset area around the refrigerating display cabinet.
[0008] Optionally, a lighting portion is disposed within the inner receiving space, and the control portion controls on or off of the lighting portion based on the preset period of time.
[0009] Optionally, the control over the lighting portion by the control portion further includes control over luminance of the lighting portion.
[0010] Optionally, the refrigerating display cabinet further includes a temperature regulating portion for regulating temperature within the inner receiving space; and the control portion controls a working state of the temperature regulating portion based on the preset period of time.
[0011] Optionally, the control over the cabinet door by the control portion further includes control over an opening degree of the cabinet door.
[0012] In order to achieve the objects of the present application, according to another aspect of the present application, a control method for the preceding refrigerating display cabinet is provided, wherein when the refrigerating display cabinet is in an operating state, the control method includes: S210, starting to calculate, by the timing portion, a holding duration of the current state of the cabinet door of the refrigerating display cabinet; and S220, controlling the cabinet door to open or close based on a result of comparison between the holding duration of the current state of the cabinet door and a preset period of time.
[0013] Optionally, the step S220 further includes: controlling the cabinet door to open in a first preset period of time; controlling the cabinet door to close in a second preset period of time; and controlling the cabinet door to hold the current state or decontrolling the cabinet door in a third preset period of time.
[0014] Optionally, when the refrigerating display cabinet includes a person identification device for identifying people within an application scenario of the refrigerating display cabinet, the step S220 further includes: controlling the cabinet door to open when the number of people within the application scenario of the refrigerating display cabinet is greater than a first preset number and is held for a fourth preset period of time; controlling the cabinet door to close when the number of people within the application scenario of the refrigerating display cabinet is less than a second preset number and is held for a fifth preset period of time; and controlling the cabinet door to hold the current state or decontrolling the cabinet door when the number of people within the application scenario of the refrigerating display cabinet is greater than the second preset number and less than the first preset number, and is held for a sixth preset period of time.
[0015] Optionally, when the refrigerating display cabinet includes a lighting portion for lighting up an inner receiving space, the step S220 further includes: operating the lighting portion at a first luminance when the cabinet door is open, and operating the lighting portion at a second luminance when the cabinet door is closed, wherein the first luminance is higher than the second luminance.
[0016] Optionally, when the refrigerating display cabinet includes a temperature regulating portion for regulating temperature within the inner receiving space, the step S220 further includes: operating the temperature regulating portion at a first power when the cabinet door is open, and operating the temperature regulating portion at a second power when the cabinet door is closed, wherein the first power is higher than the second power.
[0017] By configuring a control portion for controlling the cabinet door of the refrigerating display cabinet to open or close based on a preset period of time, the refrigerating display cabinet and the control method therefor of the present application achieve the effects of opening the cabinet door in an estimated period of time with a large stream of people or in an actual period of time with a large stream of people, and closing the cabinet door in an estimated period of time with a small stream of people or in an actual period of time with a small stream of people, so that the state of an open type display cabinet and the state of a closed type display cabinet match the actual situation of the stream of people, i.e., the actual application scenario of the display cabinet, thereby considering both energy efficiency and use convenience.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0018] FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of controlled states of components of the refrigerating display cabinet according to the present application in a first preset period of time.
[0019] FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram of controlled states of components of the refrigerating display cabinet according to the present application in a second preset period of time. [0020] FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of controlled states of components of the refrigerating display cabinet according to the present application in a third preset period of time.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0021] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, an embodiment of application of a refrigerating display cabinet in different conditions of steam of people is shown. More specifically, referring to the refrigerating display cabinet 100 in any state thereof, the refrigerating display cabinet 100 includes a cabinet body 110, and a cabinet door 120, as well as a timing portion and a control portion that are not shown in the figures. The cabinet body 110 has an inner receiving space 111, and the inner receiving space 111 is used as a merchandise display area. The cabinet door 120 is controlled to open or close the inner receiving space 111. More crucially, the timing portion is configured to calculate a holding duration of the current state of the cabinet door of the refrigerating display cabinet; and finally the control portion obtains a preset period of time, and controls the cabinet door to open or close based on a result of comparison between the holding duration of the current state of the cabinet door and the preset period of time.
[0022] The preset period of time obtained by the control portion herein may at least include two scenarios. For example, it may be a period of time preselected in local reference time, e.g., it is set to close the cabinet door 120 at 22:00-24:00 at night. In this case, the control portion will control the cabinet door 120 to close when an initial value of the preset period of time is reached, the control portion will decontrol closing of the cabinet door 120 when an end value of the period of time is reached, and the state of the cabinet door 120 in the next stage will be determined by a subsequent control method.
[0023] For another example, the preset period of time obtained by the control portion herein may also be timed after a triggering condition is reached, and the triggering state is hold for a preselected period of time. For example, the triggering condition is set as whether there are 3 people around the display cabinet and whether the holding duration is more than 5 min. In this case, timing is started when the triggering condition is reached, i.e., when there are 3 people around the display cabinet, and the control portion will control the cabinet door 120 to open after the timing lasts for 5 min or longer; and timing is restarted when there are less than 3 people around the display cabinet, the control portion will decontrol opening of the cabinet door 120 after the timing lasts for 5 min or longer, and the state of the cabinet door 120 in the next stage will be determined by a subsequent control method. [0024] With the preceding configuration, by configuring a control portion and controlling the cabinet door 120 of the refrigerating display cabinet 100 to open or close based on a preset period of time, the refrigerating display cabinet 100 in this embodiment achieves the effects of opening the cabinet door 120 in an estimated period of time with a large stream of people or in an actual period of time with a large stream of people, and closing the cabinet door 120 in an estimated period of time with a small stream of people, or in an actual period of time with a small stream of people, so that the state of an open type display cabinet and the state of a closed type display cabinet match the actual situation of the stream of people, i.e., the actual application scenario of the display cabinet, thereby considering both energy efficiency and use convenience.
[0025] More specifically, corresponding to a second exemplary scenario of the preset period of time obtained by the control portion in the preceding embodiment, the refrigerating display cabinet 100 should further include a person identification device 130 for identifying people within an application scenario of the refrigerating display cabinet 100, thereby obtaining the situation of the stream of people associated with the application scenario of the display cabinet, so that the control portion controls the cabinet door 120 to open or close based on the number of people within the application scenario and a holding duration of the current number of people. As an example, the application scenario includes a region within a preset area around the refrigerating display cabinet 100, the preset area may be a set value, or may cover the entire application environment, such as a whole convenience store where the refrigerating display cabinet 100 is used.
[0026] In addition, the refrigerating display cabinet 100 usually should be further provided with the functions of lighting, temperature regulating and the like. In order to associate these functions with the control portion and the control method conceived in the present application, further improvements are also made, which will be illustrated below by example.
[0027] For example, when a lighting portion is disposed within the inner receiving space 111 of the refrigerating display cabinet 100, the control portion controls on or off of the lighting portion based on a result of comparison between the holding duration of the current state of the cabinet door and the preset period of time. More specifically, the control portion may further control the luminance of the lighting portion when the lighting portion is in an on state. Therefore, the lighting portion is switched on or the lighting luminance is increased in a period of time with a large stream of people, thus facilitating merchandise display for sale; and the lighting portion is switched off or the lighting luminance is decreased in a period of time with a small stream of people, thus facilitating reduction of energy consumption.
[0028] For another example, when a temperature regulating portion is disposed within the inner receiving space 111 of the refrigerating display cabinet 100, the control portion further controls a working state of the temperature regulating portion based on a result of comparison between the holding duration of the current state of the cabinet door and the preset period of time. Therefore, the operating power of the temperature regulating portion is increased in a period of time with a large stream of people, thus facilitating the holding of a refrigerating temperature of merchandise displayed for sale; and the operating power of the temperature regulating portion is decreased in a period of time with a small stream of people, thus facilitating reduction of energy consumption.
[0029] For yet another example, the control over the cabinet door 120 by the control portion may still be further detailed as control over an opening degree of the cabinet door 120.
[0030] In addition, while a specific structure for opening and closing the cabinet door 120 is not specifically described in the present application, structural details of the cabinet door 120 have been very mature in the display cabinet market. For example, the cabinet door 120 of a pivoting structure, a sliding door of a translating structure or the cabinet door 120 of a foldable structure can be used directly. For another example, such a structure of the cabinet door 120 that the cabinet door 120 is pivoted and hidden to a side wall of the inner receiving space 111 within the display cabinet or the like may also be used. The preceding structures have been researched and embodied in the market or literature, and are not elaborated again.
[0031] Further referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the present application further provides a control method for the refrigerating display cabinet 100 herein, to control the state of the cabinet door 120, so that it better matches the actual application scenario. Specifically, when the refrigerating display cabinet 100 is in an operating state, the control method includes: S210, starting to calculate, by the timing portion, a holding duration of the current state of the cabinet door of the refrigerating display cabinet; and S220, controlling the cabinet door 120 to open or close based on a result of comparison between the holding duration of the current state of the cabinet door and a preset period of time.
[0032] According to the method, the cabinet door 120 of the refrigerating display cabinet 100 may be controlled to open or close based on a preset period of time, thereby achieving the effects of opening the cabinet door 120 in an estimated period of time with a large stream of people or in an actual period of time with a large stream of people, and closing the cabinet door 120 in an estimated period of time with a small stream of people or in an actual period of time with a small stream of people, so that the state of an open type display cabinet and the state of a closed type display cabinet match the actual situation of the stream of people, i.e., the actual application scenario of the display cabinet, thereby considering both energy efficiency and use convenience.
[0033] More specifically, the step S220 further includes: controlling the cabinet door 120 to open in a corresponding first preset period of time with a large stream of people; controlling the cabinet door 120 to close in a corresponding second preset period of time with a small stream of people or basically without stream of people; and controlling the cabinet door 120 to hold the current state or decontrolling the cabinet door 120 in a third preset period, i.e., a transition interval between the first preset period of time and the second preset period of time. The preset periods of time herein may be set by a worker in the application scenario of the display cabinet according to the actual experience of the worker, or may be determined by setting a specific triggering condition based on a stream of people, as long as the ultimate object is reflected in opening the cabinet door 120 when there are many consumers using the display cabinet, thus facilitating use, and closing the cabinet door 120 when there are fewer consumers using the display cabinet, thus facilitating reduction of energy consumption.
[0034] For example, for the preceding control mode where a specific triggering condition based on a stream of people needs to be set, the refrigerating display cabinet 100 may further include a person identification device 130 for identifying people within an application scenario of the refrigerating display cabinet 100. In this case, the step S220 further includes: determining that the current steam of people is large, and the large stream of people will last for a period of time when the number of people within the application scenario of the refrigerating display cabinet 100 is greater than a first preset number and is held for a fourth preset period of time, and therefore the display cabinet needs to be frequently used, and in this case, controlling the cabinet door 120 to open; determining that the current steam of people is small, and the small stream of people will last for a period of time when the number of people within the application scenario of the refrigerating display cabinet 100 is less than a second preset number, and is held for a fifth preset period of time, and therefore the use frequency of the display cabinet is significantly reduced, and in this case, controlling the cabinet door 120 to close; and determining that the current steam of people is moderate and will last for a period of time when the number of people within the application scenario of the refrigerating display cabinet 100 is greater than the second preset number and less than the first preset number, and is held for a sixth preset period of time, and therefore it is not necessary to deliberately control the cabinet door 120, and in this case, controlling the cabinet door 120 to hold the current state or decontrolling the cabinet door 120.
[0035] In addition, the refrigerating display cabinet 100 usually should be further provided with the functions of lighting, temperature regulating and the like. In order to associate these functions with the control method conceived in the present application, further improvements are also made, and will be illustrated below by example.
[0036] For example, when the refrigerating display cabinet 100 includes a lighting portion for lighting up the inner receiving space 111, the step S220 further includes: determining that the display cabinet is in a period of time with a large stream of people when the cabinet door 120 is open, and thus controlling the lighting portion to operate at a first luminance to facilitate merchandise display for sale; and determining that the display cabinet is in a period of time with a small stream of people when the cabinet door 120 is closed, and thus controlling the lighting portion to operate at a second luminance lower than the first luminance, to facilitate reduction of energy consumption.
[0037] For another example, when the refrigerating display cabinet 100 includes a temperature regulating portion for regulating temperature within the inner receiving space 111, the step S220 further includes: determining that the display cabinet is in a period of time with a large stream of people when the cabinet door 120 is open, and thus controlling the temperature regulating portion to operate at a first power, to facilitate the holding of a refrigerating temperature of merchandise displayed for sale; and determining that the display cabinet is in a period of time with a small stream of people when the cabinet door 120 is closed, and thus controlling the temperature regulating portion to operate at a second power lower than the first power, to facilitate reduction of energy consumption.
[0038] To more clearly understand the foregoing embodiments, control processes of parts of the refrigerating display cabinet 100 in such an application state will be specifically described hereinafter in conjunction with FIGS. 1 to 3.
[0039] In FIG. 1, the timing portion calculates a holding duration of the current state of the cabinet door of the refrigerating display cabinet from the previous night until 10:00 a.m. next day, and this interval is determined by a worker in the application scenario as an initial value of a preset period of time with a very large stream of people, and is recorded and set in the timing portion. In this case, the control portion will control the cabinet door 120 to open, control the lighting portion to operate at a high luminance, and control the temperature adjusting portion to operate at a high power, thereby obtaining an operating state of the display cabinet with a better merchandise display effect. [0040] In FIG. 2, the timing portion calculates a holding duration of the current state of the cabinet door of the refrigerating display cabinet from the afternoon of the present day until 22:00 on the same day and this interval is determined by a worker in the application scenario as an initial value of a preset period of time with a very small stream of people, and is recorded and set in the timing portion. In this case, the control portion will control the cabinet door 120 to close, control the lighting portion to operate at a low luminance, and control the temperature adjusting portion to operate at a low power, thereby obtaining a more energy-saving operating state of the display cabinet.
[0041] In FIG. 3, the timing portion calculates a holding duration of the current state of the cabinet door of the refrigerating display cabinet from the morning of the present day until 15:00 on the same day and this interval is determined by a worker in the application scenario as an initial value of a preset period of time without prominent data of stream of people, and is recorded and set in the timing portion. In this case, the control portion will decontrol the cabinet door 120, and the cabinet door 120 may be in an open or closed state arbitrarily, the state of the cabinet door 120 may be changed manually by consumers, and the corresponding lighting portion and temperature regulating portion may also change accordingly, thereby considering both use convenience and energy saving.
[0042] The foregoing examples mainly describe the refrigerating display cabinet and the control method therefor according to the present application. While some implementations of the present application are described, those of ordinary skill in the art should understand that the present application may be implemented in many other forms without departing from the intention and scope thereof. Therefore, the illustrated examples and implementations are considered as exemplary not limitative, and the present application can cover various modifications and replacements without departing from the spirit and scope of the present application as defined in the appended claims.
