Claims (10)

  1. Anordnung für ein Turbotriebwerk (1), enthaltend:
    - einen ringförmigen Kanal (6), der dazu bestimmt ist, einen Strömungsweg für einen Gasstrom zwischen zwei Turbinenstufen (2, 3) des Turbotriebwerks (1) zu bilden, wobei der Kanal (6) durch eine radial innere Ringwand (7) und eine radial äußere Ringwand (8) begrenzt ist, wobei die Wände (7, 8) durch Hohlarme (16) verbunden sind, die sich radial erstrecken,
    - eine Halterung (17) mit einem radial äußeren Ringabschnitt (9), der radial außerhalb der äußeren Ringwand (8) des ringförmigen Kanals (6) liegt, und mit einem radial inneren Ringabschnitt (12), der radial innerhalb der inneren Ringwand (7) des ringförmigen Kanals (6) liegt, wobei der äußere und der innere Abschnitt (9, 12) der Halterung (17) durch sich radial erstreckende Verbindungsabschnitte (18) verbunden sind, wobei jeder Verbindungsabschnitt (18) durch einen der Hohlarme (16) des ringförmigen Kanals (6) hindurch verläuft,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest einer der Verbindungsabschnitte (18) der Halterung (17) und der entsprechende Hohlarm (16) durch zumindest eine Verbindungswand (22) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei die Verbindungswand (22) einen Sollbruchabschnitt (23) aufweist, der dann brechen kann, wenn die mechanischen Spannungen in der Verbindungswand (22) größer als ein bestimmter Wert sind.
  2. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sollbruchabschnitt (23) so bemessen ist, dass er dann bricht, wenn die Scherspannungen in der Verbindungswand (22) am Sollbruchabschnitt (23) größer als 200 MPa sind.
  3. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung einstückig aus einer Nickelbasislegierung, beispielsweise einer Legierung vom Typ C263, hergestellt ist.
  4. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sollbruchabschnitt (23) durch einen verjüngten Bereich der Verbindungswand (22) gebildet ist.
  5. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sollbruchabschnitt (23) Materialaussparungen, beispielsweise Löcher oder bereichsweise vertiefte Bereiche, aufweist.
  6. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest einer der Verbindungsabschnitte (18) der Halterung (17) eine innere Leitung (21) für die Zufuhr eines Schmierfluids von einem Bereich radial außerhalb des ringförmigen Kanals (6) in einen Bereich innerhalb des ringförmigen Kanals (6) aufweist.
  7. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der radial innere Abschnitt (12) und/oder der radial äußere Abschnitt (9) der Halterung (17) zumindest einen nachgiebigen Bereich (15, 11) aufweisen, der eine radiale Verformung des radial inneren oder äußeren Abschnitts (9, 12) ermöglicht.
  8. Anordnung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der radial innere Abschnitt (12) und/oder der radial äußere Abschnitt (9) der Halterung (17) einen radial ortsfesten Umfangsabschnitt (19, 13a, 13b) aufweist, der durch den entsprechenden nachgiebigen Bereich (11, 15) mit jedem Verbindungsabschnitt (18) verbunden ist.
  9. Turbotriebwerk (1), beispielsweise Turbostrahltriebwerk oder Turboprop-Triebwerk, enthaltend eine stromaufwärts gelegene Turbine (2), beispielsweise eine Hochdruckturbine, und eine stromabwärts gelegene Turbine (3), beispielsweise eine Niederdruckturbine oder eine Freilaufturbine, wobei die Turbinen (2, 3) jeweils einen Rotor enthalten und das Turbotriebwerk (1) eine radial innen liegende Welle (5) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 enthält, wobei der ringförmige Kanal (6) einen Gasströmungsweg zwischen der stromaufwärts gelegenen Turbine (2) und der stromabwärts gelegenen Turbine (3) bildet, wobei der radial innere Abschnitt (12) der Halterung (17) zumindest ein Lager (14) trägt, das zur Führung der Welle (5) dient, wobei der radial äußere Abschnitt (9) der Halterung (17) an einen ortsfesten Abschnitt (10) des Turbotriebwerks (1), beispielsweise ein Turbinengehäuse (10), befestigt ist.
  10. Verfahren zur Montage und zum Betrieb eines Turbotriebwerks (1) nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Montieren des ringförmigen Kanals (6) und der Halterung (17) in das Turbotriebwerk (1),
    - Durchführen eines ersten Anlaufs des Turbotriebwerks (1), um ein Temperaturgefälle zwischen den Armen (16) des ringförmigen Kanals (6) einerseits und den Verbindungsabschnitten (18) der Halterung (17) andererseits zu erzeugen, und Erzeugen eines Bruchs des Sollbruchabschnitts (23) der Verbindungswand (22) infolge der in diesem Sollbruchabschnitt (23) erzeugten Spannungen.
