Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Möbelplatte, insbesondere eine Möbelfront, wobei die Möbelplatte eine Trägerplatte und eine Abdeckung aufweist.
  • Aus dem Stand der Technik ist es bekannt, beispielsweise eine Möbelfront z.B. eines Auszugs mit einer Abdeckung, wie z.B. einem Dekor mit einer Dekorschicht zu versehen. Dabei kann beispielsweise eine Trägerplatte aus einem Holzwerkstoff mit einer Kunststoffbeschichtung versehen werden, die der Möbelfront das endgültige optische Erscheinungsbild verleiht.
  • Ein Nachteil bei derartigen Möbelfronten besteht darin, dass das Dekor nicht oder nur mit großem Aufwand veränderbar ist und im Übrigen bei der Montage größte Vorsicht geboten ist, damit das Dekor nicht beschädigt wird.
  • Es sind im Stand der Technik auch Möbelfronten bekannt, wobei eine auswechselbare, wannenförmige Abdeckung kraft- oder formschlüssig auf eine Trägerplatte fixiert wird, wie zum Beispiel in Patentdokumente DE19610678 und DE9105346U offenbart.
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Möbelplatte der eingangs genannten Art dahingehend weiterzubilden, dass deren optisches Erscheinungsbild leicht veränderbar ist und zudem das Risiko ausgeschlossen werden kann, dass es zu einer Beschädigung der Abdeckung während der Montagearbeiten kommt.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch eine Möbelplatte mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Danach ist vorgesehen, dass die Abdeckung einen Raum aufweist, in dem die Trägerplatte zumindest teilweise aufgenommen ist, wobei der Raum und die Trägerplatte so dimensioniert sind, dass die Abdeckung auf die Trägerplatte aufsteckbar ist und in ihrer aufgesteckten Position durch Kraftschluss und/oder durch Formschluss auf der Trägerplatte fixiert ist.
  • Die Abdeckung ist somit lösbar mit der Trägerplatte verbunden, so dass diese leicht montiert und demontiert werden kann. Abgesehen davon besteht ein Vorteil darin, dass die Montage der Abdeckung erfolgen kann, wenn andere Arbeiten an dem Möbelstück abgeschlossen sind, so dass die Abdeckung vor Beschädigungen geschützt ist, die während der Montagearbeiten an dem Möbelstück ansonsten auftreten könnten.
  • An dieser Stelle wird darauf hingewiesen, dass der Begriff "Platte" nicht einschränkend dahingehend auszulegen ist, dass es sich um ein flaches, ebenes Bauteil handeln muss. Auch gekrümmte, beliebige geformte und beliebige starke Materialien bzw. Träger sind von der Erfindung und von dem Begriff "Platte" umfasst. Der Begriff "Trägerplatte" steht somit beispielsweise synonym für den Begriff "Träger".
  • Bei der Möbelplatte kann es sich beispielsweise um die Front eines Auszuges, um eine Möbeltür, um eine Tür eines Küchengerätes, wie z.B. eines Kühl- /Gefrierschranks um eine Seitenwange eines Möbelstücks etc. handeln.
  • Vorzugsweise ist vorgesehen, dass die Abdeckung ausschließlich durch Kraft-, d.h. durch Reibschluss auf der Trägerplatte hält, dass also keine weiteren Befestigungsmittel erforderlich sind.
  • Die Abdeckung kann ihrerseits ein Trägermaterial, wie z.B. ein Blech, Kunststoff, Holz etc. aufweisen, das teilweise oder vollständig mit einem Bezug überdeckt bzw. versehen ist.
  • Das Trägermaterial ist vorzugsweise mehreckig, bevorzugt viereckig und weist an jeder Seite eine überstehende Kante auf, die abgekantet werden kann.
  • Vorzugsweise überdeckt der Bezug das Trägermaterial so, dass das Trägermaterial im aufgesteckten Zustand der Abdeckung auf der Trägerplatte nicht mehr oder nur noch teilweise sichtbar ist, z. B. nur noch mit einem stufenförmigen Vorsprung. In diesem Fall ist das Trägermaterial weitgehend oder vollständig von dem Bezug überdeckt. Die Innenseite des Trägermaterials der Abdeckung ist sichtbar, wenn die Abdeckung abgenommen ist. Das Trägermaterial kann z.B. aus Blech bestehen.
  • Die Abdeckung oder der Bezug kann teilweise oder vollständig Leder und/oder einen Textilwerkstoff und/oder Kunststoff und/oder eine Folie und/oder Papier aufweisen oder aus einem oder mehreren dieser Materialien bestehen. Besonders bevorzugt ist es, wenn es sich bei dem Leder um Naturleder handelt.
  • Ein besonders guter und einfach realisierbarer Halt des Bezugs auf dem Trägermaterial ergibt sich, wenn der Bezug auf das Trägermaterial teilweise oder vollflächig aufgeklebt ist.
  • Die Trägerplatte, die vorzugsweise aus Holz besteht oder Holz aufweist, umfasst vorzugsweise einen stufenförmigen Abschnitt, auf dem die Abdeckung mit ihren Kantenenden aufsitzt, wobei vorzugsweise vorgesehen ist, dass der stufenförmige Abschnitt und die Abdeckung an einer oder mehreren Seiten miteinander abschließen. In diesem Fall ergibt sich ein bündiger Übergang zwischen der Außenseite der Abdeckung und des stufenförmigen Abschnitts.
  • Die Trägerplatte ist vorzugsweise viereckig.
  • Die Trägerplatte weist eine oder mehrere Durchbrechungen bzw. Bohrungen auf, so dass die Abdeckung durch die Durchbrechungen hindurch von innen von der Trägerplatte weg gedrückt werden kann. Durch Druck auf die nach innen weisende Seite der Abdeckung kann diese von der Trägerplatte weg gedrückt und dann abgenommen werden.
  • Weiterhin ist vorgesehen, dass die Trägerplatte einen oder mehrere Beschläge, wie Scharniere, Führungen etc. aufweist, die sich auf der von der Abdeckung abgewandten Seite der Trägerplatte befinden.
  • Die genannte Durchbrechung dient zur Aufnahme des oder der Beschläge oder eines Teils von diesen.
  • Vorzugsweise weist die Abdeckung keine im auf die Trägerplatte aufgesteckten Zustand sichtbaren Nähte oder überhaupt keine Nähte auf.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft des Weiteren ein Verfahren zur Montage einer erfindungsgemäßen Möbelplatte, wobei zunächst die Trägerplatte montiert wird und sodann, vorzugsweise als letzter Arbeitsschritt bei der Montage bzw. Herstellung des fraglichen Möbelstücks die Abdeckung auf die Trägerplatte aufgesteckt wird.
  • Somit wird verhindert, dass die Abdeckung im Rahmen des Montageprozesses verdreckt oder beschädigt wird.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft des Weiteren wenigstens ein Möbelstück, wie z.B. eine Schublade, einen Schrank etc. mit zumindest einer Möbelplatte gemäß der Erfindung.
  • Weitere Einzelheiten und Vorteile der Erfindung werden anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert.

  • Figur 1 zeigt in Schritt 1 eine Blechplatine 100, aus der einzelne Blechzuschnitte 10 z.B. durch Lasern herausgeschnitten werden.
  • Die Schritte sind jeweils oberhalb der Abbildungen durch Zahlen gekennzeichnet. Ein solcher Blechzuschnitt 10 ist in Schritt 2 gezeigt. Er weist eine mehreckige, vorzugsweise viereckige Form auf (gestrichelte Linien), an deren Seiten jeweils ein Kantenbereich K übersteht. Der Blechzuschnitt 10 bildet die Trägerplatte 10.
  • In Schritt 3 wird das Trägermaterial 10 auf einer Seite vollflächig mit Textil oder Leder oder einem sonstigen Bezug B kaschiert.
  • Sodann wird in Schritt 4 in den Eckbereichen des Bezugs eine Stanze S positioniert und eine Ecke des Bezugs wird ausgestanzt, wie dies in Schritt 5 ersichtlich ist. Anschließend werden die überstehenden Kanten des Bezugs B über das Trägermaterial 10 drapiert, wie dies aus Schritt 5 (s. Pfeile) hervorgeht und die Kanten K des Trägermaterials 10 werden nacheinander (1, 2 ...) oder gleichzeitig abgekantet, wie dies in Schritt 6 gezeigt ist. Vorzugsweise stehen diese Kanten K anschließend senkrecht zur Grundfläche des Trägermaterials, d.h. senkrecht zur Papierebene.
  • Beim Abkanten wird der Bezug an den Ecken nach innen (s. Pfeil), d.h. zu dem Trägermaterial hin drapiert (Schritt 7). Die in den Schritten 1 bis 7 unten liegende Außenseite der Abdeckung ist nun vollständig mit dem Bezug versehen.
  • Stürzt man die Abdeckung ausgehend von der Position gemäß Schritt 7, erhält man die Abdeckung 200 gemäß Schritt 8, d.h. ein kastenförmigen Körper mit einer offenen Seite, die in Schritt 8 unten angeordnet ist.
  • Figur 2 zeigt die Trägerplatte T mit einer Fase bzw. mit einem stufenförmigen Vorsprung S.
  • Figur 3 zeigt die Durchbrechungen D der Trägerplatte T ohne Beschläge a), mit darin aufgenommenen Scharnierhalterungen b), an denen sich das Scharnier BS befindet und kurz vor dem Aufstecken der Abdeckung 200, wie dies aus Figur 3 c) hervorgeht.
  • Aus Figur 4 a) geht eine Abdeckung 200 mit Textil-Außenseite ohne Trägerplatte hervor. Figur 4 b) zeigt die Abdeckung 200 im auf die Trägerplatte T aufgesteckten Zustand, wobei die Abdeckung auf ihrer sichtbaren Außenseite Textil aufweist.
  • Figur 4 c) zeigt die Anordnung gemäß Figur 4 b) mit einer Abdeckung, deren Außenseite aus Naturleder besteht.
  • In einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung weist die vorliegende Erfindung einen oder mehrere folgende Vorteile auf:
    1. 1. Einseitige Leder-/Textilkaschierung möglich ohne Verzug der Bauteile durch schwimmende Lagerung der Abdeckung auf der Trägerplatte,
    2. 2. Industrieller Verklebeprozess der Vorderseiten möglich,
    3. 3. Textile Naht-Optik ohne Nähte,
    4. 4. Baukastensystem: Freie Kombination der Materialien aus Träger und Abdeckung, d.h. Cover,
    5. 5. Varianz wird erst ganz am Ende des Herstellungsprozesses erzeugt,
    6. 6. 2-schaliger Aufbau, dadurch optische "Leichtigkeit",
    7. 7. nachträglicher Austausch der Abdeckungen möglich,
    8. 8. gesamte Technik (Scharniere, Touch-Beschlag, Puffer etc.) erfolgt auf der Rückseite, d.h. auf der vor der Abdeckung abgewandten Seite der Trägerplatte in bekanntes Material,
    9. 9. Abdeckung wird erst ganz am Ende des Herstellungsprozesses aufgebracht, dadurch wird die Gefahr von Beschädigungen / Verschmutzungen reduziert,
    10. 10. Eigenfertigung und Fremdbezug der Abdeckungen denkbar,
    11. 11. keine offenen Kanten am Bezug, z.B. am Leder oder Textil,
    12. 12. Träger kann komplett versiegelt werden, somit auch ein Schutz gegen Feuchtigkeit erreicht werden,
    13. 13. unterschiedlichste Materialien sind verarbeitbar, wie z.B. Leder, Textil, Papier, Folien etc.

Claims (8)

  1. Möbelplatte, insbesondere Möbelfront, wobei die Platte eine Trägerplatte (T) und eine Abdeckung (200) aufweist, wobei die Abdeckung (200) einen Raum aufweist, in dem die Trägerplatte (T) aufgenommen ist, wobei der Raum und die Trägerplatte (T) so dimensioniert sind, dass die Abdeckung (200) auf die Trägerplatte (T) aufsteckbar ist und in ihrer aufgesteckten Position durch Kraftschluss und/oder Formschluss auf der Trägerplatte (T) fixiert ist, wobei die Trägerplatte (T) eine oder mehrere Durchbrechungen (D) aufweist, so dass die Abdeckung (200) durch die Durchbrechungen (D) hindurch von der Trägerplatte (T) weg gedrückt werden kann, und wobei die Trägerplatte (T) einen oder mehrere Beschläge (BS) aufweist, die sich auf der von der Abdeckung (200) abgewandten Seite der Möbelplatte befinden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der oder die Beschläge (BS) in der oder den genannten Durchbrechungen (D) angeordnet sind.
  2. Möbelplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (200) ihrerseits ein Trägermaterial (10) aufweist, das mit einem Bezug (B) versehen ist.
  3. Möbelplatte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (200) oder der Bezug (B) teilweise oder vollständig Leder und/oder einen Textilwerkstoff und/oder Kunststoff und/oder eine Folie und/oder Papier aufweist oder aus diesen besteht.
  4. Möbelplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bezug (B) mit dem Trägermaterial (10) verklebt ist.
  5. Möbelplatte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trägerplatte (T) einen stufenförmigen Abschnitt (S) aufweist, auf dem die Abdeckung (200) aufsitzt, wobei vorzugsweise vorgesehen ist, dass der stufenförmige Abschnitt (S) und die Abdeckung (200) an einer oder mehreren Seiten miteinander abschließen.
  6. Möbelplatte nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckung (200) keine im aufgesteckten Zustand sichtbaren Nähte oder insgesamt keine Nähte aufweist.
  7. Verfahren zur Montage einer Möbelplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zunächst die Trägerplatte (T) montiert wird und sodann, vorzugsweise als letzter Arbeitsschritt die Abdeckung (200) auf die Trägerplatte (T) aufgesteckt wird.
  8. Möbelstück, insbesondere Schrank oder Schublade, mit wenigstens einer Möbelplatte gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6.
