Definitions
- the invention relates to a pistol with a fixed barrel, in particular a training weapon which is also synonymously referred to as a practice weapon or training pistol or training pistol in the context of this invention, corresponding to the preamble of claim 1 and those discussed further below EP 3 367 040 A1 and EP 3 190 373 A1 the applicant.
- EP 3 190 373 A1 discloses the conversion of a normal weapon into a training weapon, with an adapter being used in the grip, whereby the loading process takes place without any problems despite the smaller caliber of the training weapon.
- a rotary gun which includes the EP 3 179 193 B1 , the above EP 3 367 040 A1 and the one not yet released EP19174261.8 , serves as an example for a "real" weapon and in which the disassembly takes place as follows: After the last shot has been fired or, alternatively, after the slide has been pulled back manually, it remains close to its rearmost position, held by the slide holder or slide stop lever. The magazine will then be removed at the latest. Then, at the rearmost end of the breech, a cover plate, which is connected to or belongs to the firing pin mechanism, is twisted and pulled backwards, a little or entirely out of the breech, depending on the design of the pistol.
- the pistol according to the invention has a barrel that is fixed in the grip and a non-positive ground closure.
- the barrel is arranged in a locking block, which ensures the connection to the handle, and is therefore fixed to the housing - so rigidly relative to the handle - arranged.
- breech mass In the case of a training pistol, it may be necessary to reduce the breech mass in order to be functional with a correspondingly reduced propellant gas energy. This can be achieved in particular by one or more plastic parts on or inside the breech, on areas that are not mechanically stressed during the firing of the shot.
- the separation of the trigger mechanism and the firing pin mechanism allows the breech to be released by a dismantling lever, after which the breech together with the rotary barrel can be pulled off to the front.
- the axial fixation of the fixed or rigid barrel must be released during the forward movement of the breech in the course of disassembling become. According to the invention, this can be carried out without conscious intervention by the operator, i.e.
- plastic parts in the breech are shown in the Figures 4 to 6 or. Figures 8 to 10 hidden.
- the 1 shows a pistol 1 in a partially disassembled state in a kind of exploded sketch. Shown are a grip 2, a barrel 3, a breech 4, a recoil spring group 5, consisting of the actual spring and a carrier, and a firing pin group 10, which has a firing pin 11 and a cover plate 12.
- a disassembly lever 7, a locking block 8 and locking guides 9 are specifically highlighted; the barrel 3 has a barrel base 17 for mounting in the grip 2 .
- a groove-shaped locking means receptacle 19 on the underside of the barrel base 17 can also be seen.
- Other components, specifically belonging to the trigger mechanism and its components, are shown as examples, but without reference symbols since they are not essential for understanding the invention.
- the 2 shows a top view of the assembled pistol, possibly (in the loaded state) ready to fire. Recognizable or provided with reference symbols: the grip 2, the cover plate 12, a dismantling lever 7, the breech 4 and the barrel 3. It is clearly visible a gap denoted 18, also called the unlocking distance, substantially in the direction of the barrel axis 21 between the rear front face of the barrel 3 and the front face of the breech 4. The function of this gap 18 will be explained below.
- the Figure 3a represents a section through the median plane (in the normal position, the vertical plane through the barrel axis 21), corresponding to the line BB of Figure 3b
- the locking means 14 engages in a Locking means receptacle 19, preferably a groove running normal to the barrel axis 21 on the barrel base 17.
- the locking block 8 is suitably fastened in the grip 2, which serves as a receptacle for the barrel base 17.
- the gap 18 or dismantling distance can again be seen.
- the cover plate 12 of the firing pin mechanism 10 is shown in the rearmost area of the pistol.
- the Figure 4a is a section through the ÜP along line AA Figure 3b or. Figure 4b and in the same condition as Figure 3a , shown. It is essential that here a ramp 13, also called a cam, is arranged at the front (local) end of the breech 4 in order to be able to interact with the rear end of the locking means 14 when the breech 4 is intended to move forward.
- a ramp 13 also called a cam
- the design of this (almost) contact point is the only position between the breech 4 and the barrel 3 where there is (almost) no gap 18, the reason will be explained below.
- the Figure 5a is a cut according to the Figure 4a , but with the cover plate 12 pulled out, including the firing pin mechanism 10, and (not visible in section) dismantling lever 7 in the dismantling position. In this position, a slight forward movement of the amount of the unlocking distance 18 (cf 2 ) possible, which is why compared to the shutter position in Figure 4a the breech is 4 in Figure 5a is shown slightly pushed forward. This allows the locking means 14 to be unlocked according to the invention.
- the 7 shows an embodiment of a locking means 14 in a perspective view in the form of a U-shaped locking plate with a purely schematic spring 19, which is inserted into a blind hole of the locking block 8.
- a bow spring or the like which lies in a groove in the locking block 8, for example, can be used. Due to the preferably symmetrical shape of the locking plate 16, the locking means 14 can be actuated on both sides and simultaneously by means of ramps 13 provided on both sides of the closure 4, as a result of which a very symmetrical introduction of force is made possible.
- the figs 8 to 11 show a variant in which the locking means 14, shown in perspective in 11 , is designed in one piece as a spring body with a counter-ramp 20 and locking lug 15 formed thereon.
- the locking lug 15 can also be regarded as a catch or tongue which is intended to engage in the locking means receptacle 19 of the barrel base 17 .
- the hole in the locking means 14 without a reference number serves to fix it in the pistol, preferably on the grip 2.
- a second counter-ramp 20 can be formed symmetrically to the weapon's center plane in order to avoid transverse forces and moments about the vertical axis in cooperation with the ramp 13 of the breech.
- This locking means 14 does not require an extra spring, it is elastically deformed during the forward movement of the closure, plus the relatively large longitudinal extent and the narrow configuration between the fastening part and the locking lug 15.
- Overcoming the in Figure 8a highlighted unlocking distance 18, as well as enabling the forward movement of the breech 4 with barrel 3 is essentially analogous to the movement as in the description of the figures figs 4 to 6 , which is referred to here.
- the locking means 14 can be slightly beveled in the contact area of the unlocking ramp(s) 13 in order to ensure a gentler introduction of force.
- these contact areas or counter-ramps 20 are formed on both sides of the center plane of the weapon and with the same angular position.
- the production of the locking means 14, i.e. the locking plate 16 and/or the one-piece locking means 14 with locking lug 15, by means of stamping and a subsequent bending process (or a combination thereof) is particularly advantageous, since the strength that can be achieved through the bending process requires a small wall thickness of the locking means 14 allow.
- front In the specification and claims, the terms “front”, “rear”, “top”, “bottom” and so on are used in their ordinary form and with reference to the article in its normal position of use. This means that the muzzle of the barrel is “in front” of a gun, that the breech or slide is moved “backwards” by the explosive gases, etc..
- Front is the usual direction of movement for vehicles.
- “Running direction” is the direction of the running axis, transverse to it essentially means a direction rotated by 90° to it.
- substantially means a deviation of up to 10% of the stated value, if physically possible, both downwards and upwards, otherwise only in the sensible direction, for degrees (angle and temperature) means ⁇ 10°.

Description
The most diverse, sometimes contradictory, demands are made on training weapons. Its appearance should match the real weapon in terms of shape and feel as far as possible in order to enable training that is as close as possible to reality. However, the difference to the real weapon must be immediately recognizable under all circumstances in order to reliably avoid confusion. The weapon, equipped with practice ammunition, should also be as similar as possible to the real weapon in terms of mass and the position of the center of gravity, but this is impossible due to the differences in ammunition, so that compromises have to be made here. Also, due to the relatively low energy when firing a practice shot, it is not possible to move both a conventional mass action and a tilting or rotary barrel, so that compromises have to be made here as well. This is where the problem arises that such compromises in the state of the art mean that the training weapon can deviate from the real weapon that it is intended to represent, in particular when disassembling (and of course also when assembling, this will not be specifically pointed out in the future, provided that it is not about the weapon itself) strong differences to the real weapon can occur. Since disassembling the weapon has to be practiced, this represents a disadvantage that cannot be avoided in the prior art.
In principle, however, the findings presented here can also be used for "real" weapons with a fixed barrel and a ground bolt, which are suitable for the use of ammunition with a significantly stronger charge and/or projectiles.
This decocks the firing pin mechanism. Only then can a dismantling lever be turned into the dismantling position. The slide catch lever is then brought into the release position and the slide can be pulled forward with the barrel using the dismantling lever in the disassembling position, the pistol is disassembled. The actual function and the associated structure (such as rotating barrel, break-barrel, mass lock and/or form lock) are irrelevant in connection with the creation of a training pistol for this weapon.
It is the aim and object of the invention to present an alternative disassembly concept for pistols with a fixed barrel and mass lock, in particular to create a training weapon for said pistol with a rotary barrel, in which the disassembly process corresponds as closely as possible to that of the "real" weapon without affecting the functionality as a training weapon when shooting.
These aims are achieved with a pistol having the features specified in
In the case of a training pistol, it may be necessary to reduce the breech mass in order to be functional with a correspondingly reduced propellant gas energy. This can be achieved in particular by one or more plastic parts on or inside the breech, on areas that are not mechanically stressed during the firing of the shot.
In the rotary barrel pistol mentioned above, the separation of the trigger mechanism and the firing pin mechanism allows the breech to be released by a dismantling lever, after which the breech together with the rotary barrel can be pulled off to the front. In order to adapt the disassembly process of a pistol with a fixed barrel or a training pistol to a weapon with a rotating or break-open barrel in accordance with the principle of operation as in the preamble of

It is easy to imagine that the locking means 14 can be slightly beveled in the contact area of the unlocking ramp(s) 13 in order to ensure a gentler introduction of force. In addition, it is particularly advantageous if these contact areas or counter-ramps 20 are formed on both sides of the center plane of the weapon and with the same angular position.
It has been shown that the production of the locking means 14, i.e. the locking
In the specification and claims, the terms "front", "rear", "top", "bottom" and so on are used in their ordinary form and with reference to the article in its normal position of use. This means that the muzzle of the barrel is "in front" of a gun, that the breech or slide is moved "backwards" by the explosive gases, etc.. "Front" is the usual direction of movement for vehicles. "Running direction" is the direction of the running axis, transverse to it essentially means a direction rotated by 90° to it.
It should also be pointed out that in the description and the claims, information such as "lower area" of a hanger, reactor, filter, structure or device or, in general, an object, the lower half and in particular the lower quarter of the total height "bottom portion" means the bottom quarter and especially a still smaller portion; while "middle area" means the middle third of the overall height (width - length). All these Specifications have their usual meaning applied to the intended position of the object under consideration.
In the description and claims, "substantially" means a deviation of up to 10% of the stated value, if physically possible, both downwards and upwards, otherwise only in the sensible direction, for degrees (angle and temperature) means ± 10°.
All amounts and proportions, in particular those for delimiting the invention, unless they relate to the specific examples, are to be understood with a ±10% tolerance, thus for example: 11% means: from 9.9% to 12.1%. In designations such as: "a solvent", the word "a" is not to be regarded as a numeral, but as an indefinite article or as a pronoun, unless the context indicates otherwise.
The term: "combination" or "combinations" stands, unless otherwise stated, for all types of combinations, starting from two of the components concerned up to a plurality or all such components, the term: "containing" also stands for "consisting out of".
Die in den einzelnen Ausgestaltungen und Beispielen angegebenen Merkmale und Varianten können mit denen der anderen Beispiele und Ausgestaltungen frei kombiniert und insbesondere zur Kennzeichnung der Erfindung in den Ansprüchen ohne zwangläufige Mitnahme der anderen Details der jeweiligen Ausgestaltung bzw. des jeweiligen Beispiels verwendet werdenThe features and variants specified in the individual configurations and examples can be freely combined with those of the other examples and configurations and used in particular to characterize the invention in the claims without necessarily including the other details of the respective configuration or the respective example
