Claims (10)

  1. A consumable dispenser (1, 35), the consumable being of liquid soap or hydro-alcoholic solution type, the dispenser including:
    - a casing (3), including a frame (5) and a cover (7), said cover (7) being movable on the frame (5) between a closed position and an open position allowing access inside the casing (3),
    - a locking element (11) for locking the cover (7) on the frame (5),
    - a lower hinge (16), located proximate to a lower edge (17) of the dispenser (1, 35), arranged so as to enable a rotation of the cover (7) relative to the frame (5) about a lower axis of rotation (19) substantially transverse to a longitudinal plane of the dispenser (1, 35),
    - at least one upper hinge (67), located proximate to an upper edge (65) of the dispenser (1, 35), arranged so as to enable, when the cover (7) is in its closed position on the frame (5), a rotation of the cover (7) relative to the frame (5) about an upper axis of rotation (69) substantially transverse to the longitudinal plane of the dispenser (1, 35),
    each upper hinge (67) including a first rotating element (73) carried by the inside the cover (7) and a second rotating element (75) carried by the inside the frame (5), characterized in that said first rotating element (73) includes a first split edge (79) and said second rotating element (75) includes a second split edge (83), shifted by an angle substantially equal to 90° with respect to said first split edge (79), said first and second split edges penetrate into one another and one of said first and second rotating elements (73, 75) extending according to an axis transverse to the longitudinal plane of the dispenser (1, 35).
  2. The consumable dispenser (1, 35) according to claim 1, characterized in that it includes two upper hinges (67) positioned on either side of the locking element (11).
  3. The consumable dispenser (1, 35) according to any of claims 1 or 2, wherein the consumable is a liquid soap or a hydro-alcoholic solution contained in a bag (89) intended to be arranged inside the casing (3), characterized in that it includes a block (87) fastened to the cover (7), inside the casing (3), arranged so as to exert a pressure on said pocket (89) when a user exerts a pressure on the cover (7) when the cover (7) is in the closed position.
  4. The consumable dispenser (1, 35) according to claim 3, characterized in that the block (87) further includes an elastic tab (95) arranged so as to exert an additional pressure on the bag (89) when a user exerts a pressure on the cover (7) when the cover (7) is in the closed position.
  5. The consumable dispenser (1, 35) according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the first and second split edges (79, 83) have a circular section.
  6. The consumable dispenser (1, 35) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that said locking element includes:
    - a base (24), shaped so as to cooperate with a fastening subplate (27) secured directly to the frame (5) extending inside the casing (3),
    - at least one elastic locking tab (13), extending from said base (24),
    - a first locking member (12) carried by said locking tab (13) and having a shape complementary to that one of a locking member (15) carried by the cover (7), shaped so as to engage the locking member (15) carried by the cover (7) when the cover (7) is in the closed position and to release the locking member (15) carried by the cover (7) when a pressure on said locking tab (13) is exerted from a handling orifice (9) formed in the cover opposite said locking tab (13), enabling the passage of the cover (7) from its closed position towards its open position, and
    - a second locking member (14), carried by said locking tab (13) and extending in a direction opposite to said first locking member (12), designed so as to engage an elastic means secured to a handling button (37) for handling the cover (7) when the handling button (37) is in a rest position and to enable the release of said elastic means when said handling button (37) is in a working position reached when a user exerts a pull on said handling button (37).
  7. The consumable dispenser (1) according to claim 6, characterized in that:
    - the cover (7) includes a handling orifice (9),
    - the locking tab (13) of the locking element (11) is located opposite said handling orifice (9),
    - the cover (7) includes a locking member (15) having a shape complementary to that one of the first locking member (12) carried by the locking tab (13),
    - the first locking member (12) carried by the locking tab engages the locking member (15) carried by the cover (7) when the cover (7) is in the closed position and releases the locking member (15) carried by the cover when a pressure on said locking tab (13) is exerted from the handling orifice (9), enabling the passage of the cover (7) from its closed position towards its open position.
  8. The consumable dispenser (1) according to claim 7, characterized in that the locking member (15) carried by the cover (7) includes a locking tip (18) extending inside the casing (3) and in that the first locking member (12) of the locking tab (13) includes a locking lug (21) defining a stop for locking the locking tip (15) of the cover (7).
  9. The consumable dispenser (35) according to claim 6, characterized in that it includes:
    - a handling button (37) for handling the cover (7), mounted on the cover (7) and including a handling subplate (39) extending outside the cover (7), said handling button (37) being movable alternately between a rest position and a working position reached when a user exerts a pull on said handling subplate (39),
    - an elastic means, secured to the handling button (37), arranged in said dispenser (35) to engage the second locking member (14) of the locking tab (13) when the handling button (37) is in the rest position and to release said second locking member (14) of the locking tab (13) when said handling button (37) is in the working position.
  10. The consumable dispenser (35) according to claim 9, characterized in that the elastic means includes a spring (43), including a rigid body (45) prolonged at one of its ends (45a) by a first elastic tab (47) and at the other of its ends (45b) by a second elastic tab (49).
