In alternative embodiments there is no raised section of the opening 41 in the air shutter 40.

Claims (10)

  1. Gas-Stabbrenner (10), der Folgendes umfasst:
    einen Brenner,
    ein Venturirohr (30), das an dem Brenner angebracht ist,
    eine Luftklappe (40), die an dem Venturirohr (30) angebracht ist, wobei die Luftklappe (40) eine Öffnung (41) aufweist,
    eine Injektor (80), der durch die Öffnung (41) der Luftklappe (40) hindurch verläuft, und
    einen Injektoranschluss (70), wobei der Injektoranschluss (70) an dem Injektor (80) angebracht ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Abschnitt der Luftklappe (40) zwischen dem Injektor (80) und dem Injektoranschluss (70) angeordnet ist, was zu einer flächenbündigen Anordnung des Injektors (80) an einer Wand oder der vorstehenden Öffnung (41) der Luftklappe (40) führt.
  2. Stabbrenner nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Brenner eine Brennerregion (20) mit mehreren Verbrennungsstellen aufweist.
  3. Stabbrenner nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Luftklappe (40) eine Zweitöffnung für das Einströmen von Luft in den Gas-Stabbrenner (10) aufweist.
  4. Stabbrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, wobei die Öffnung (41) der Luftklappe (40) gewindelos ist und vorsteht.
  5. Stabbrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4, wobei die Injektor (80) eine Mündung (81) aufweist, die mit dem Venturirohr (30) kollinear ist.
  6. Stabbrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5, das ferner Folgendes umfasst:
    eine Gasleitung, die an dem Injektoranschluss (70) angebracht ist und ein Brenngas bereitstellt, und
    einen Regler, der an der Gasleitung angebracht ist und den Durchfluss des Brenngases reguliert.
  7. Stabbrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 6, das so ausgelegt ist, dass das Brenngas über eine Düse in eine Mischfläche (A) der Luftklappe (40) strömt, sich mit Luft aus einer Zweitöffnung der Luftklappe (40) vermischt, als Luft-Gas-Gemisch durch das Venturirohr (30) strömt und am Brenner verbrennt.
  8. Stabbrenner nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 7, wobei die Injektor (80) in den Injektoranschluss (70) eingeschraubt ist.
  9. Kochgerät, wobei das Kochgerät Folgendes umfasst:
    einen Garraum und
    ein Gas-Stabbrenner (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 8, wobei der Gas-Stabbrenner (10) in dem Garraum angeordnet ist.
  10. Kochgerät nach Anspruch 9, wobei der Gas-Stabbrenner als Backofen- und/oder als Grillbrenner dienen kann.
