    Ce verrouillage indispensable permet lorsque la partie boudin est gonflée d'assurer la pression nécessaire à une bonne étanchéité entre le boudin proprement dit et le béton sur lequel il s'appuie. Sans verrouillage le poids seul de la barrière étanche ne permettrai pas une réelle étanchéité, la barrière étanche pourrait de par les vibrations reçues se déplacer vers le haut, créant de ce fait des fuites d'eau.
Due to its shape and location, this component performs two main functions:
  • The low curtain/floor sealing, as well as the locking of the barrier assembly in the lowered position when it is put into service ( Figure 6 , page 6),
    This essential locking allows when the flange part is inflated to ensure the pressure necessary for a good seal between the flange itself and the concrete on which it rests. Without locking, the weight of the watertight barrier alone will not allow real watertightness, the watertight barrier could move upwards due to the vibrations received, thereby creating water leaks.

  • 4- la caméra de surveillance du site sous contrôle d'io-home contrôle.
  • 5- L'emplacement visible de l'extérieur des deux lampes clignotantes alertant de la descente du rideau barrière.
  • 6- Carrosserie caisson ou verrière s'il y en a une, serviront de support aux panneaux photovoltaïques de production d'énergie pour charge et maintien en charge de la batterie citée.
  • 7- Le boîtier io-home control, nouveau protocole de communication sans fil, universel, sécurisé, partagé avec de grands fabricants de l'univers de la maison.

Claims (16)

  1. Flooding-protection roller shutter (4, 15) for a building, comprising:
    - a sealed shutter body capable of being wound around and unwound from a shaft,
    - said shutter body being at least inflatable over its lateral edges,
    - said shutter body being able to exhibit a flexible or semi-rigid state for being wound around said shaft and a rigid state when it is pressurized by an inflation fluid such that its lateral edges, once they are pressed in a pair of guides (6) of an item of protective equipment, ensure sealing against fluids associated with said flooding, said roller shutter is in one piece,
    and characterized in that
    - said shutter body has a longitudinal dimension greater than said pair of guides, and has a free end capable of taking a first, non-deployed configuration in which it can be introduced in said guides and a second configuration, referred to as deployed configuration, in which, once said free end is inflated and positioned so as to protrude from the lower ends of said guides, the shape and the dimensions of said free end of said roller shutter lock it in position against the free ends of said guides.
  2. Roller shutter according to Claim 1, characterized in that the free end of said roller shutter has at least one longitudinal shaping element in order to shape said free end when it is inflated and ensure it is anchored in said rail or at the end of said guides.
  3. Flooding-protection assembly for a building comprising at least one opening, said assembly comprising:
    - detection means for detecting the onset of flooding before fluids, such as waters or sludge, associated with said flooding pass through a safety zone external to said building,
    - said detection means being configured to transmit detection signals to a central unit connected to at least one item of protective equipment of said at least one opening made in a wall of said building, said central unit being configured to trigger the deployment of each item of protective equipment with which said building is equipped when the approach of said fluids is detected so as to close and prevent the passage of these fluids through each corresponding opening,
    - each item of protective equipment comprising a pair of guides intended to be secured to said wall so as to extend vertically, or substantially vertically, on each side of said at least one corresponding opening, a sealed roller shutter according to either one of Claims 1 and 2, said roller shutter being accommodated in a box (20) intended to be positioned above said at least one opening, a power unit for driving said roller shutter around said shaft, means for generating a fluid intended to pressurize the inflatable part of said roller shutter, and a control unit that is able to receive control signals from said central unit and is connected to said power unit and to said means for generating a fluid so as to trigger said item of protective equipment, and each item of protective equipment comprising an anchoring rail, each sealed roller shutter has a free end intended to be received in the corresponding anchoring rail, said anchoring rail having a baseplate from which two lips rise, said free end being capable of taking a first, non-deployed configuration in which it can be introduced in said corresponding anchoring rail, and a second configuration, referred to as deployed configuration, in which, once said free end is inflated, the shape and the dimensions of said free end lock it in position in this anchoring rail.
  4. Assembly according to Claim 3, characterized in that said detection means are selected from the group comprising at least one imaging device, at least one means for retrieving weather data, in particular rainfall data (quantity, spatial distribution) in a geographical region of interest, at least one rain gauge, at least one water level sensor, at least one sensor for sensing a level by radar making it possible to contactlessly measure a level of water, and combinations of these elements.
  5. Assembly according to Claim 4, characterized in that said detection means comprising one or more imaging devices, said central unit has an image analysis device configured to detect the presence of an abnormal water level, such as a wave, in the images acquired by said imaging device(s).
  6. Assembly according to any one of Claims 3 to 5, characterized in that each sealed roller shutter is in one piece.
  7. Assembly according to any one of Claims 3 to 6, characterized in that said free end has at least one longitudinal shaping element for shaping said free end when it is inflated and ensuring it is anchored in said rail or at the end of said guides.
  8. Assembly according to any one of Claims 3 to 7, characterized in that each item of protective equipment has an independent power supply source positioned in said box so as to supply it with power in the event of a general power cut.
  9. Assembly according to any one of Claims 3 to 8, characterized in that it has a central alarm device to which is connected said central unit, said central unit being configured to operate said alarm device in the event of an onset of flooding in order to warn the individual(s) present in the building and/or in the external safety zone.
  10. Assembly according to any one of Claims 3 to 9, characterized in that said central unit is configured to ensure the simultaneous and immediate deployment of each item of protective equipment with which said building is equipped.
  11. System for protecting against flooding of at least two buildings, characterized in that each building comprises a flooding-protection assembly according to any one of Claims 3 to 10, said central units are interconnected such that the detection of the onset of flooding by a first central unit triggers the deployment of each item of protective equipment with which the building(s) managed by the other central unit(s) is/are equipped.
  12. Method for protecting a building comprising at least one opening, said building being equipped with a flooding-protection assembly according to any one of Claims 3 to 10, characterized in that the following steps are carried out:
    a) delimiting a safety zone around said building,
    b) monitoring the presence of an abnormal level of water in a zone of interest external both to said safety zone and to said building, and possibly
    c) retrieving rainfall data (quantity, spatial distribution) relating to a geographical region of interest, which is spatially larger than said safety zone, for n instants, with n being an integer strictly greater than 1, in order to estimate a flooding risk factor, and
    d) triggering each item of protective equipment when the onset of flooding is detected in said zone or region of interest.
  13. Protection method according to Claim 12, characterized in that each item of protective equipment of said building is triggered simultaneously.
  14. Protection method according to Claim 12 or 13, characterized in that, in step b), at least one of the following operations is carried out:
    - acquiring images of at least one zone of interest positioned outside said safety zone, analysing said images in order to detect therein the presence of an abnormal water level, such as a wave,
    - obtaining data relating to the presence of an abnormal water level in said zone of interest.
  15. Protection method according to Claim 14, characterized in that the data relating to the presence of an abnormal water level are determined on the basis of at least one detection means located at the threshold of the safety zone.
  16. Protection method according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the spatial extent of said safety zone is determined to ensure the full deployment of each item of protective equipment with which the building is equipped before said fluids arrive at the base of said building.
