Description

1 DOMAINE TECHNIQUE1 TECHNICAL FIELD

The field of the invention is that of winter sports equipment, and more particularly of sliding sports equipment.

2 ARRIERE-PLAN TECHNOLOGIQUE2 TECHNOLOGICAL BACKGROUND

Numerous leisure facilities are known which are used during the winter season in ski resorts and which allow a user to descend the ski slopes. The use of skis, sleds or bike-skis is thus well known.

In order to open up this sport to people with reduced mobility or people with disabilities, special seats have been developed to allow these people to go down the ski slopes.

These different leisure facilities are all adapted to a different practice of winter sports. They have therefore all been developed independently of each other. Thus, when a user wishes to practice several of these sports or activities, it is necessary to buy or rent each of these equipments, which can prove to be expensive. The document US7090227B2 discloses an adapter module for fixing a device for accommodating a user with reduced mobility on a pair of skis, said adapter module comprising a central base connected to a pair of runners extending in parallel and each intended to be fixed to a ski, said central base being mounted in an articulated manner on said pair of skates.

The technical solution described below aims to facilitate the use of these different equipment.

3 RESUME3 SUMMARY

According to at least one embodiment, the proposed technique relates to an adapter module for fixing a device for receiving a user on a pair of skis. The adapter module comprises a central base connected to a pair of runners extending in parallel and each intended to be fixed to a ski, the central base being mounted in an articulated manner on the pair of runners, and braking means.

According to the proposed technique, the braking means comprise a right side claw and a left side claw, each claw being actuated by an independent brake pedal.

The proposed technique makes it possible to fix, easily and without modification of the adapter module, various leisure equipment on a pair of skis while reproducing the movements and the position of the feet of a skier when he goes down a ski slope.

Thus, the adapter module allows an angle grip during turns so as to ensure easy piloting.

The proposed solution is also very easy to use and manufacture.

Furthermore, the implementation of right and left side claws, each actuated by an independent brake pedal, makes it possible to brake the adapter module by friction.

This independent control of the claws also makes it easier to control the adapter module in bends. Indeed, the friction of one of the claws during a turn facilitates the inclination of the adapter module by the pilot.

According to a particular embodiment, the adapter module comprises rocker means configured to simultaneously move a first of the pads towards the central base and a second of the pads in an opposite direction.

In other words, the rocking means make it possible to simultaneously move the pads in opposite directions so as to allow the module to take an angle when cornering.

More particularly, the rocking means are configured to, in a first rocking movement, move the first shoe upwards and the second shoe downwards and, in a second rocking movement opposite to the first movement, to move the first shoe down and the second pad up.

According to another particular embodiment, the rocker means comprise a "U" -shaped stirrup, the two ends of which are each mounted articulated by a rocker arm on one and the other of the pads, the base of the bracket being mounted so as to be movable in rotation with respect to the central base.

The implementation of such a caliper, mounted in an articulated manner on the pads, makes it possible to synchronize the movement of the pads during the rocking movements.

According to a particular aspect, the adapter module comprises means for shifting the pads relative to one another, the shifting means being configured to move the first pad towards the front of the adapter module and the second pad towards the front. rear of the adapter module in a first offset movement, and to move the first pad rearwardly of the adapter module and the second pad forward of the adapter module in a second offset movement.

More particularly, the movement of the pads is carried out simultaneously.

Thus, the turns can be negotiated more easily because of the offset of the pads relative to each other. Guidance or control of the adapter module is therefore facilitated.

The simultaneous operation of the tilting means and of the shifting means allows an angle taking and a positioning of the skates substantially identical to that of the feet of a skier during a turn.

According to a particular aspect, the shifting means comprise a front steering plate and a rear steering plate located at the opposite ends of the central base, each pad being secured respectively to the first and to the second steering plate by means of a pair of articulated arms extending substantially parallel to one another.

The pads are therefore moved simultaneously. In addition, the particular implementation of the articulated arms makes it possible to keep the runners parallel to one another. the other and ensure a similar orientation of the pads, even when tilting the adapter module in a turn.

According to a particular aspect, the articulated arms are fixed to the steering plate and to a shoe by a ball joint.

Such a connection, which has three degrees of freedom in rotation, allows the pads to move in accordance with the tilting and shifting movements.

According to a particular aspect, the central base is secured to the steering plates by means of a steering ball joint.

Thus, during the tilting and shifting movements of the adapter module, the central base can tilt relative to the steering plates so that the adapter module takes an angle in order to facilitate the guidance or control of the module. adapter when turning.

According to a particular aspect, the braking means comprise an additional lever configured to be actuated manually by the user so as to simultaneously move the left and right side claws.

According to a particular aspect, the central base comprises means for securing a device for receiving a user.

The proposed technique also relates to a system comprising a pair of skis, a device for accommodating a user and an adapter module as described above, in which the device for accommodating a user is one of a ski bike. , a sled, a seat for disabled person or a combination of a seat and a handlebar.

5 DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DE L'INVENTION5 DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

Identical elements in the various figures bear the same references and are generally described only once.

The general principle of the invention is based on the implementation of an adapter module which allows the attachment of a device for accommodating a user on a pair of skis. The set of pair of skis, adapter module and user reception device form a system.

The reception device of a user can be in the form of a bike-ski, a sled or a disabled seat, for example.

The particular structure of the adapter module allows the attachment of various leisure equipment on a pair of skis.

In addition, the adapter module is designed to reproduce the position of the feet of a skier when he goes down a ski slope. Thus, the adapter module is configured to allow the system to take an angle during turns so as to ensure easy steering.

The figures 1 to 5 as well as figures 10 and 11 present an adapter module 1 according to the invention.

The adapter module has a substantially rectilinear central base 10. The upper surface 100 of the central base 10 has securing means 101 of a reception device 9 of a user (shown in the figures. figures 6 to 9 ) on adapter module 1.

The securing means 101 comprise two securing mechanisms 102 arranged substantially at the opposite ends of the central base 10. Each securing mechanism 102 comprises two parallel walls 103 forming a groove 104 (visible on the figure). figure 2 ) as well as a locking means 105 which, in this example, is in the form of a quick coupler well known in the field of cycles.

The locking means 105 is intended to cooperate with, on the one hand, openings made in the walls 103 of the securing mechanism 102 and, on the other hand, in a corresponding housing provided in a securing mechanism 900 of the device. home 9 of a user.

The lower surface (not visible in the figures) of the central base 10 has a wall 106 extending substantially perpendicularly to the lower surface of the central base 10.

The adapter module 1 has a pair of pads 13a, 13b extending parallel on either side of the central base 10. More precisely, a first pad 13a is arranged to the right of the central base 10 (the right pad ) and a second pad 13b is arranged to the left of the central base 10 (the pad left).

Each of the pads 13a, 13b is intended to be fixed on a ski of a pair of skis. To do this, the pads 13a, 13b have a shape substantially identical to that found on ski boots. Thus, it is possible to use conventional or standard ski bindings to attach the adapter module 1 to a pair of skis.

In order to facilitate the sliding of the skis and the control of the system, the central base 10 and the pads 13a, 13b extend in parallel.

More specifically, the central base 10 is mounted on the pads 13a, 13b by means of rocker 11 and offset means 14.

The rocker means 11 are configured to allow the movement, in a first rocking movement, of the first pad 13a towards the central base 10, that is to say upwards, and of the second pad 13b in an opposite direction. , that is, down.

In a second rocking movement, the first pad 13a is moved in a direction opposite to the central base 10, that is to say downwards, and the second pad 13b is moved towards the central base 10, c 'that is to say upwards.

During the first and second rocking movements, the pads 13a, 13b are moved simultaneously.

To do this, the rocker means 11 comprise a U-shaped yoke 110, the U-shaped base of which is rotatably mounted on the wall 106 of the central base 10.

The ends of the stirrup 110 are each connected to a pad 13a, 13b by means of a rocker arm 111. Each rocker arm 111 is mounted movably or articulated at one end of the stirrup 110 and d 'a pad 13a, 13b by means of an articulation 112 of the ball joint type, that is to say a connection having three degrees of freedom in rotation.

Thus, during a right turn, for example, the caliper 110 tilts according to the first rocking motion (counterclockwise) so that the first pad 13a (right pad) moves towards the center base 10 (upward) and the second pad 13b (left pad) moves in the opposite direction , moving away from the base (down).

Cette situation ou position est illustrée sur la figure 10.It is obviously understood that for a left turn, the above movements are reversed. More precisely, the caliper 110 rocks according to the second rocking movement (clockwise) so that the second shoe 13b (left shoe) moves towards the central base 10 (upwards) and the first shoe 13a (right skate) moves in the opposite direction, away from the base (down). This situation or position is illustrated on the figure 10 .

Such a tilting therefore allows the user of the adapter module 1 to negotiate a turn in a more easy and secure manner. Indeed, this tilting allows the inclination of the pads 13a, 13b and the skis, which facilitates movement in the curves of a ski slope.

This tilting therefore allows the user of the adapter module to easily negotiate relatively tight bends.

In order to limit inadvertent tilting of the adapter module 1, the base of the stirrup 110 comprises a leg 113, extending perpendicularly to the base of the stirrup 110, on which is mounted one or more elastic elements 114. More precisely, the elastic element 114 is mounted between the leg 113 of the yoke 110 and the lower surface of the central base 10 so as to improve the stability of the adapter module 1 in operation.

In this example, the elastic element 114 is in the form of a spring damper. A shock absorber of the gas shock absorber or hydraulic shock absorber type could also be proposed. Any other type of elastic element making it possible to limit unwanted tilting can be implemented without departing from the general principle of the invention.

Regarding the shifting means 14, they are configured to move, in a first shifting movement, the first pad 13a (the right pad) towards the front and the second pad 13b (the left pad) in an opposite direction, i.e. backwards. The first shifting movement occurs during a right turn.

Cette situation ou position est illustrée sur la figure 11.In a second shifting movement, the first pad 13a is moved rearward and the second pad 13b is moved forward. The second shift movement occurs during a left turn. This situation or position is illustrated on the figure 11 .

During the first and second shifting movements, the pads 13a and 13b are moved simultaneously.

To do this, the shifting means 14 comprise a front steering plate 141a and a rear steering plate 141b located substantially at the opposite ends of the central base 10, the plates 141a 141b being located facing the lower surface of the base. central 10.

As shown on the figure 3 in particular, the front 141a and rear 141b steering plates are each secured to the central base 10 by means of a plate support 115 located on the lower surface of the central base 10.

More precisely, the central base 10 is mounted in an articulated manner on the steering plates 141a, 141b. To do this, the steering plates 141a, 141b each have a steering ball joint (not visible in the figures) which cooperates with a corresponding housing provided in the steering support 115.

Thus, during a turn, the central base 10 can tilt (that is to say change the angle with respect to the steering plates 141a, 141b) so as to allow tilting and shifting movements. previously described.

In addition to the steering ball joint, an elastic element 116 is implemented between the plate support 115 and the plates 141a, 141b in order to dampen the sudden changes of angles of the central base 10.

Par exemple, l'élément élastique se présente sous la forme d'un Silentbloc (marque déposée).For example, the elastic element is in the form of a Silentbloc (registered trademark).

Each steering plate 141a, 141b is connected to the right pads 13a and left 13b by a pair of articulated arms 142. The articulated arms 142 of the same pair of arms extend parallel and are fixed, at a first end, on the steering plate and, at a second end, on an upright 132 protruding from the skate.

In other words, each pad 13a, 13b is secured to the two steering plates 141a, 141b, the attachment of a shoe to each steering plate being provided by a pair of articulated arms 142 parallel.

The joining of the articulated arms 142 at the level of the steering plate 141a, 141b and of the upright 132 of the pad 13a, 13b is obtained by means of a ball joint 143, that is to say a connection having three degrees of freedom in rotation.

Each pair of articulated arms 142 forms, with a steering plate 141a, 141b and an upright 132 of a pad 13a, 13b, a parallelogram which makes it possible to keep the two pads 13a, 13b parallel and inclined at the same angle.

Thus, the turns can be negotiated by the user in an easy and secure manner.

Note that the first rocking movement (i.e. when the right skate 13a rises) and the first shift movement (i.e. when the right skate 13a advances) are coordinated or synchronized. during a right turn. In other words, during a right turn, the first shoe 13a (right shoe) goes up and forward while the second shoe 13b (left shoe) goes down and back.

En d'autres termes, lors d'un virage à gauche, le premier patin 13a (patin droit) descend et recule tandis que le deuxième patin 13b (patin gauche) monte et avance, tel qu'illustré sur la figure 11.Likewise, the second rocking movement (i.e. when the left skate 13b goes up) and the second shifting movement (i.e. when the left skate 13b advances) are coordinated or synchronized when moving. 'a left turn. In other words, during a left turn, the first shoe 13a (right shoe) goes down and back while the second shoe 13b (left shoe) goes up and forward, as shown in the figure. figure 11 .

La combinaison de moyens de bascule 11 et de moyens de décalage 14 des patins 13a, 13b permet un guidage ou pilotage aisé du module adaptateur 1.The combination of rocker means 11 and of offset means 14 of the pads 13a, 13b allows easy guidance or piloting of the adapter module 1.

La coordination des mouvement de bascule et de décalage permet d'améliorer davantage le guidage ou contrôle du module adaptateur 1.The coordination of the rocking and shifting movements further improves the guidance or control of the adapter module 1.

Indeed, the inclination of the pads 13a, 13b as well as their offset makes it possible to substantially reproduce the movement and the position of the feet of a skier during a turn.

In order to further secure the use of the adapter module 1, optional braking means 15 are provided.

The braking means 15 comprise two side pedals 151 (right pedal and left pedal) located at the front end of the pads 13a, 13b. Each pedal 151 is configured, when actuated, to move a claw 153 located at the rear end of the pads 13a, 13b.

Thus, the actuation of the right pedal 151 allows the movement of the right claw 153 and the actuation of the left pedal 151 allows the movement of the left claw 153.

Lorsque la pédale 151 est relâchée, un ressort de rappel permet de remonter la griffe 153.When a pedal 151 is actuated by the user's foot, a link mechanism 154 makes it possible to transmit this displacement of the pedal 151 to the corresponding claw 153. Thus, the claw 153 is lowered and crashes in the snow to brake, by friction, the adapter module 1. When the pedal 151 is released, a return spring allows the claw 153 to be raised.

Optionally, the braking means 15 further comprise one or two additional levers 152 which can be actuated manually by the user.

According to a first variant, a single additional lever 152 is implemented and makes it possible, when it is actuated by the user, to move the two claws 153 simultaneously in order to brake the adapter module 1.

Dans ce cas, chaque levier additionnel 152 permet le déplacement d'une griffe 153.According to a second variant, two additional levers 152 are implemented. More precisely, the additional levers are located on either side of the central base 10 or of the reception device 9 of the user. In this case, each additional lever 152 allows the movement of a claw 153.

The figures 6 to 9 illustrate different embodiments of a system comprising an adapter module 1 according to the invention on which is mounted a reception device 9 for a user. In order to facilitate understanding of the figures, the pair of skis is not illustrated. It will obviously be understood that the skis are fixed to the adapter module 1 at the level of the pads 13a, 13b.

The figure 6 illustrates a first embodiment of the system in which the reception device 9 of a user takes the form of a module 94 consisting of a seat 941 and a handlebar 942. In this example, the seat 941 takes the form of a module 94 the shape of a saddle.

The reception device 9 comprises a fixing mechanism 900 which makes it possible to fix the reception device 9 on the central base 10 at the level of the fixing means 101 of the adapter module 1. The fixing mechanism 900 therefore has on the one hand, a shape adapted to cooperate with the groove 104 and, on the other hand, a housing cooperating with the locking means 105.

The figure 7 illustrates a second embodiment of the system in which the reception device 9 of a user takes the form of a sled 92. In this example, the sled 92 has one or two manual actuation handles 921 making it possible to actuate the pedals 151 of the braking means 15.

The figure 8 illustrates a third embodiment of the system in which the reception device 9 of a user takes the form of a seat 93 adapted to receive a disabled person.

In a manner identical to the embodiments described above, the seat 93 for a disabled person has a fixing mechanism 900 cooperating with the fixing means 101 of the adapter module 1. In this example, the fixing mechanism 900 further comprises a shock absorber. 901 to improve the comfort of the person sitting in the seat 93.

On comprend évidemment qu'un tel manche d'actionnement peut être ajouté au siège 93.In general, the use of a seat 93 for a disabled person requires an attendant who directs / controls the system. In this sense, seat 93 illustrated in this example does not present an actuating handle for the braking means 15 of the adapter module 1. It is obviously understood that such an actuating handle can be added to the seat 93.

Dans cet exemple, le vélo-ski 91 présente un système de freinage intégré qui permet d'actionner le levier additionnel 152 du module adaptateur 1.The figure 9 illustrates a fourth embodiment of the system in which the reception device 9 of a user takes the form of a bicycle-ski 91 (partially illustrated). In this example, the bike-ski 91 has an integrated braking system which makes it possible to actuate the additional lever 152 of the adapter module 1.

In a manner identical to the embodiments described above, the bicycle-ski 91 has a fixing mechanism 900 cooperating with the fixing means 101 of the adapter module 1.

The embodiments of the system described and illustrated on figures 6 to 9 are not exhaustive. It is obviously understood that other reception devices 9 of a user can be attached to the adapter module 1 of the invention. It is also understood that the reception device 9 of a user can be replaced by leisure equipment or emergency equipment such as a stretcher, for example.

Autres aspects et variantesOther aspects and variants

As shown on figures 1 to 5 , the adapter module comprises footrests 133 which, in this example, are fixed to the uprights 132 located at the front of the adapter module 1. These footrests 133 are located near the brake pedals 151 in order to facilitate the user actuation of the pedals 151.

In a variant (not illustrated), the pedals 151 are replaced, or supplemented, by levers or handles intended to be actuated manually by the user. Similarly to the pedals 151, the levers or handles are actuated independently to act as desired on the right claw or the left claw.

The levers or handles are connected to the brake claws 153 by a conventional cable system, for example.

When these levers or handles are added in addition to the pedals 151, the user has the possibility of actuating the brake claws, either with his feet or with his hands.

When the levers or handles replace the pedals 151, then the brake claws 153 can only be actuated manually by the user.

The adapter module 1 can be made from many materials.

For example, the different parts of the adapter module 1 can be made of carbon, titanium, steel, aluminum or plastic. A combination of some of these materials can also be provided.

It is obviously understood that the parts can be made from other materials, without departing from the general principle of the invention.

The adapter module 1 according to the invention has dimensions adapted so that the latter can be stored and transported in a backpack, for example. Its small size therefore allows it to be carried easily.
