Description

The invention relates to an automated glass roof cleaning system, in particular a conservatory glass roof cleaning system, with several cleaning nozzles.

Furthermore, the invention relates to a winter garden, summer garden or patio canopy glass roof with several uprights, several side support profiles and / or central support profiles, at least one wall connection profile, at least one eaves support profile, several glass panels and an automated glass roof cleaning system.

In addition, the invention relates to a method for cleaning a glass roof, in particular a conservatory glass roof, with an automated glass roof cleaning system, in particular conservatory glass roof cleaning system, with a plurality of cleaning nozzles.

Flat glass roofs get dirty very quickly. This applies in particular to winter gardens on private, industrial or public buildings, which mostly have flat roofs with a not too steep slope. Such flat roofs are quickly contaminated by leaves, dust and pollen. In particular, linden trees, for example, release a sticky sap that covers the glass roof like an oil film. If it is not cleaned regularly, every winter garden roof will soon have a green film of dirt that impairs the view.

To remove such contaminants, manually operated cleaning devices have been used, such as water hoses, high-pressure cleaners, window cleaning devices, etc. However, a relatively high expenditure of time is required to carry out cleaning with such manually operated devices. In addition, the cleaning result is not always satisfactory. Finally, cleaning with such agents is not without risk, as it sometimes has to be done at a relatively great height.

In order to avoid this strenuous, laborious and dangerous manual cleaning of glass roofs, it is known from the prior art to carry out this cleaning (fully) automatically. So describes the DE 19847239 A1 a permanently installed or permanently installable cleaning device on the glass roof surface to be cleaned, for example a winter garden roof, which has a movable cleaning rail. This movable cleaning rail is mounted or installed in such a way that it can be moved parallel to the glass surface to be cleaned and sweeps over this glass surface during operation. Several cleaning nozzles are arranged on the cleaning rail, one under pressure Dispense standing cleaning agent onto the surface to be cleaned. Because the cleaning rail is moved parallel to the surface to be cleaned, all areas of the surface to be cleaned are covered by the cleaning nozzles, so that the surface is cleaned evenly by releasing the cleaning medium. The pressurized cleaning medium is supplied to the cleaning nozzles via a flexible supply line from a stationary device in which the cleaning medium is pressurized. The pressure of the cleaning medium is preferably adjustable, depending on the degree of soiling of the building surface to be cleaned
Further cleaning systems are also off US 2007/205308 A1 , CN 205476131 U and DE 202006005830 U1 known.

From the DE 10 2006 059 961 A1 is a permanently installed automatic cleaning system for horizontal outer window surfaces, in particular those of winter gardens and skylights, known, with an automatic system for each window strip, the cleaning elements consist of a fixed Besenteil, a fixed sponge and a rubber lip, which are moved individually and through a Carry-along system can be brought into working position one after the other. Alternatively, a four-part, rotatable cleaning unit with the three cleaning elements and an empty space for moving back the rubber lip and the broom (to remove leaves or snow), which should only move downwards in the working position, can be used. These cleaning elements are housed in a protective box on the upper window frame or on the house wall. The lateral guide rails, which are doubled in the case of adjacent panes, are located along the window stiles, so that the system can be formed over several tracks. Using a motor-driven push or pull system (e.g. push chain), these guide rails enable the cleaning elements to move up and down on the glass pane.

Another automated cleaning device is shown in the document DE 20 2007 006 874 U1 , where a window cleaning device for cleaning the winter garden glazing is arranged in the area of the drop profile, which can in particular comprise a stripping device acting on the upper side of the winter garden glazing as well as nozzles for dispensing water. The nozzles of the windshield cleaning device can advantageously be supplied with water via a pump, elastic lines which can be rolled up in the region of the roller tube can be provided for the water supply to the nozzles. The pump can be activated as a function of the movement of the drop profile or can be switched on or off manually. Since it is not necessary to clean the window every time the awning or the front profile is moved, the stripping device can be lowered onto the surface of the winter garden glazing or can be lifted off from it, with this movement can be controlled manually or by means of an electronic control device. For example, the lowering and raising can be electronically controlled after a number of activations of the conservatory awning. In the case of larger conservatory glazing with crossbars, it is necessary to lift the stripping device in the area of these crossbars in order to prevent a collision when moving. This lifting can take place depending on the path or triggered by sensors.

The present invention is based on the object of creating an automated cleaning system for glass roofs, in particular conservatory glass roofs, which replaces laborious and time-consuming manual cleaning and which also requires the least technical effort and no moving parts, and which is also easy as a result mounted and can be offered accordingly inexpensive, and is subsequently less prone to failure and maintenance-intensive. A system which, with its subtle construction, is not perceived as being visually disruptive, and which can also be easily and quickly retrofitted to existing winter gardens.

Based on an automated glass roof cleaning system of the type mentioned with several cleaning nozzles, such as from DE 202006003917 U1 known, this object is achieved according to the invention in that the glass roof cleaning system has a modular structure that includes individual cleaning system modules, each cleaning system module each comprising an attachment profile, a line including brackets, several cleaning nozzles and a cover profile.

This modular structure of the glass roof cleaning system makes it possible to use the individual cleaning system modules via the attachment profile and the associated differently designed adapter profiles for a wide variety of conservatory variants with a wide variety of support profiles, and also to retrofit existing conservatory systems. By means of such embodiments, liquid such as water or a cleaning agent-water mixture can simply be applied to the glass surfaces, which flows off according to the angle of inclination of these. This also results in the additional effect of cooling the glass roof and thus the space below.

It is favorable to arrange the lines including brackets and the cleaning nozzles inside the attachment profile and the cover profile. This has the advantage that the high-pressure lines and the cleaning nozzles are protected from environmental influences (solar radiation, wind and weather) and are optically integrated into the winter garden concept.

It is also advantageous if at least one cleaning nozzle is attached via at least one pivotable mounting bracket. The cleaning nozzle and thus the spray direction can easily be adjusted using the mounting bracket. The mounting clamp can be arranged, for example, on side support profiles, pipelines or similar profiles. In particular if the lines are designed as low-pressure lines, assembly using mounting clamps is advantageous.

In order to increase accessibility, and thus to enable quick maintenance, repair or replacement of the lines or the cleaning nozzles, it is advantageous if the attachment profile and the cover profile are detachably connected to one another via a snap-in connection, and / or the cleaning nozzles via the pivotable ones Mounting clamps are changeable.

It can be provided that the lines are at least partially designed as high-pressure lines. In this context, high-pressure lines are understood to mean lines which carry liquids with increased pressure, that is to say above the usual pressure ratios of private water households. As a rule, the usual water pressure in households is between 1 and 6 bar, sometimes up to 10 bar. Under high pressure lines are meant lines that lead to higher pressure water. The overpressure is usually provided by a compressor, which can be a fixed component of the cleaning system or which can only be connected shortly before commissioning. This enables, for example, the use of compressors from high-pressure cleaners that can otherwise also be used individually, thus reducing the costs for the cleaning system. High-pressure lines can be made of stainless steel parts welded together or other pressure-resistant materials.

It can also be provided that the lines are at least partially designed as low-pressure lines. With this, low-pressure lines mean lines which can lead water directly from private water lines, i.e. can withstand the pressure ratios of up to 10 bar that are customary there. Low pressure lines are typically made of plastic.

In order to reduce the maintenance effort even further, it can be advantageous to design the cleaning nozzles as self-cleaning high-pressure spray nozzles which can be blown out by applying compressed air.

It is favorable to set the angle α between the spray axis of the cleaning nozzle and the central axis of a side support profile or central support profile via the pivotable mounting bracket so that this angle α has a value between 40 ° and 70 °, in particular between 40 ° and 45 °. As a result, the spray pattern of the nozzles can be adapted exactly to the size and shape of the glass panels between the support profiles.

One embodiment variant of the invention provides that a regulating or control device is arranged by means of which the time and quantity of compressed air, water-compressed air mixture, water and / or cleaning agent can be controlled. This has the advantage over predetermined switching programs (e.g. 1. Pre-cleaning, for example to blow away leaves and dust with compressed air or a water-compressed air mixture; 2. Cleaning with cleaning agent to remove stronger and dried-on dirt; 3. Post-cleaning with pure water to remove the cleaning agent rinse; 4. dry by blowing compressed air in to avoid water stains) to achieve a complete and thorough cleaning of the outer glass roof surfaces.

In order to determine the degree of soiling of the glass roof surfaces and thus automatically initiate any necessary cleaning, it is advantageous if sensors (not shown in the figures), in particular light sensors, are arranged in the attachment profile of the individual cleaning system modules.

The simple structure of the automated glass roof cleaning system according to the invention can be advantageously mounted or integrated, particularly in a winter garden, summer garden or terrace roofing glass roof with several uprights, several side support profiles or central support profiles, at least one wall connection profile, at least one eaves support profile and with several glass panels.

According to the invention, it can also be favorable that the cleaning system modules are arranged on one or more side support profiles, on one or more central support profiles, along a wall connection profile and along an eaves support profile. This has the advantage that the entire outside glass surface of the winter garden is optimally cleaned.

It is beneficial if the attachment profile of the respective cleaning system modules is detachably connected to one another with an adapter profile, in particular via a latching connection, and if the profile cross-section of the adapter profile for existing conservatory support profile system variants, in particular the Weinor profile system and / or the TS aluminum Profile system, is adapted, and if in turn the adapter profile is detachably connected, in particular screwed, to the side support profile or central support profile. This makes it possible in an advantageous manner that the attachment profile and the associated differently configured adapter profiles for the most varied of winter garden variants Can be used with a wide variety of support profiles (such as the Weinor profile system and the TS aluminum profile system) and can therefore also be retrofitted to existing winter garden systems.

In order to further reduce the installation effort and thus the costs of creating a new winter garden with an automated glass roof cleaning system, it can be beneficial to integrate the attachment profile - the cleaning system modules for the side and center supports - into the side support profile or center support profile. so that the attachment profile and the side support profile or center support profile is in one piece and preferably consists of an aluminum profile, in particular an extruded aluminum profile.

One embodiment of the invention provides that shading profile rail adapters are arranged on at least two cleaning system modules for the side and center supports of the glass roof, and that the shading profile rail adapters are mounted laterally on the attachment profiles and cover profiles, and that the shading profile rail adapters are connected to the cleaning system modules via stabilizers braced, in particular screwed, are. The use of stabilizers advantageously increases the rigidity and thus the strength of the cleaning system modules in order to dissipate the forces introduced via the shading structure (such as the weight of the shading body or wind forces) into the respective support profile. In this way, a stable mounting level for the shading rails can be created in a cost-effective and visually appealing manner.

A simple way of controlling the cleaning process is achieved when the individual cleaning system modules are controlled jointly via the regulating or control device in order to control the time and quantity of compressed air, water-compressed air mixture, water and / or cleaning agent.

In order to make the outer glass roof cleaning particularly efficient and thorough, it is advantageous that the regulating or control device carries out a pre-cleaning of the glass roof, and for this purpose compressed air or a water-compressed air mixture is introduced into the high-pressure lines of the cleaning system modules in order to remove leaves, dust and Blow or wash away loose contaminants through the cleaning nozzles. The glass roof is then optionally cleaned, and for this purpose detergent or a detergent-water mixture is introduced into the high-pressure lines in order to wash away heavier soiling through the cleaning nozzles via high-pressure pulses or continuous high pressure. Finally, the glass roof can be cleaned and dried, as well as water and water in the high-pressure pipes then introduce compressed air so that the glass roof is washed and dried in order to avoid the formation of water stains, especially from the sun's rays.

Stronger soiling can be washed away by the cleaning nozzles by means of high pressure pulses and / or continuous application of high pressure.

A cleaning method is particularly advantageous in which it is provided that a pre-cleaning is carried out first and for this purpose compressed air is introduced into the lines of the cleaning system modules, then cleaning is carried out and, for this purpose, cleaning agents and / or a cleaning agent are introduced into the lines of the cleaning system modules -Water mixture is introduced and, after cleaning, post-cleaning and / or drying is carried out and for this purpose compressed air is introduced into the lines of the cleaning system modules.

Furthermore, it can be provided that a detergent-water mixture is first introduced into the lines during cleaning, then a rinse aid-water mixture is introduced and, after the introduction of the rinse aid-water mixture, a final cleaning agent-water mixture is introduced, with a cleaning agent with lotus as the final cleaning agent. Effect is used. Rinse aid means additives to the water that improve the drying of the glass surface. Mostly these are and nonionic surfactants or organic acids such as citric acid. Cleaning agents with a lotus effect are understood to mean cleaning agents which cause a lotus effect on the glass treated with them. What is meant here is that the treated glass surface can only be wetted with difficulty and that water that hits it can run off more easily, forming drops. The thus hydrophobic surface becomes soiled more slowly.

According to the invention, it can also be favorable that the cleaning process of the glass roof by the regulating or control device, in addition to the possibility of manual (e.g. via a remote control) or a programmed circuit diagram, automatically via the measurement of the contamination by sensors (not shown in the figures) , in particular light sensors arranged in the attachment profiles, is set in motion in order to automatically initiate any necessary cleaning, and thus the glass roof surface of the winter garden is always in a visually appealing condition.

It is preferably provided in the cleaning system that the lines are designed as high-pressure lines.

It is preferably provided in the cleaning system that the lines are designed as low-pressure lines.

It is preferably provided in the cleaning system that the spray axis of the cleaning nozzle and a central axis of a side support profile and / or central support profile spans an angle α, and that this angle α has a value between 40 ° and 70 °, in particular between 40 ° and 45 °, and that this is preferably adjustable via a pivotable mounting bracket.

In the cleaning system it is preferably provided that a regulating and / or control device is arranged by means of which the time and quantity of compressed air, water-compressed air mixture, water and / or cleaning agent can be controlled.

It is preferably provided in the cleaning system that sensors, in particular light sensors, are arranged in the attachment profile of the individual cleaning system modules.

Preferably, in the winter garden, summer garden or patio roofing glass roof, the profile cross-section of the adapter profile is adapted to existing winter garden carrier profile system variants, in particular the Weinor profile system and / or the TS aluminum profile system, and with the side carrier profile and / or central carrier profile different carrier profile system variants releasably connected, in particular screwed, is.

It is preferably provided that a pre-cleaning is carried out first and for this purpose compressed air is introduced into the lines of the cleaning system modules, then cleaning is carried out and for this purpose cleaning agent and / or a cleaning agent-water mixture is introduced into the lines of the cleaning system modules and after Cleaning, post-cleaning and / or drying is carried out and for this purpose compressed air is introduced into the lines of the cleaning system modules.

It is preferably provided that a detergent-water mixture is introduced into the lines during cleaning, then a rinse aid-water mixture is introduced and, after the introduction of the rinse aid-water mixture, a final detergent-water mixture is introduced, the final cleaning agent being a detergent with a lotus effect is used.

It is preferably provided that a cleaning process of the glass roof is started by the regulating or control device manually, in particular via a remote control, via a programmed circuit diagram and / or automatically via the measurement of the contamination by sensors, in particular light sensors arranged in the attachment profiles.

The in Fig. 1 The winter garden shown schematically has an automated glass roof cleaning system according to the invention, which has several different cleaning system modules 1, 2, 3 and 4, one arranged in a post 5 as high-pressure supply lines (including a universal connection adapter for common high-pressure cleaning devices and compressed air compressors) ) and a regulating or control device (which, however, is not shown in the figures).

The individual cleaning system modules 1, 2, 3 and 4 differ in their respective structural design, which is in the FIGS. 3 to 11 will be shown. The cleaning system module 1 is arranged on one or more side supports, the cleaning system module 2 on one or more central supports, the cleaning system module 3 on the wall connection and the cleaning system module 4 on the eaves, and via adapter profiles 9 (see Fig. 3 , 5 , 7th , 9 , 10 , 11 and 12th ) attached to the support profiles, or in an integral design as a single piece (see Fig. 4 , 6th and 8th ) made with the support profiles. The embodiment shown is designed as a high-pressure system which leads pressurized water through a compressor. In such embodiments, it is particularly useful to arrange cleaning nozzles 15 along the side supports and central supports and thus to ensure complete cleaning of the glass surfaces. It is particularly advantageous if those cleaning nozzles 15 which spray one of the glass surfaces are combined as a group and each group can be switched on and off independently of the others. This enables sequential cleaning of the glass surfaces one after the other. This has the advantage that the entire water pressure can be used for only one glass surface and the cleaning can be carried out optimally.

In Fig. 2 the automated glass roof cleaning system according to the invention is arranged on or on a patio roof, the modular structure of the glass roof cleaning system being the same as that in Fig. 1 shown winter garden is.

In an embodiment which only provides low-pressure lines, it can be advantageous if only at the higher transverse edge of the glass roof, that is to say in the case of Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 3 cleaning nozzles 15 are arranged along the cleaning system module.

The Fig. 3 shows in a first embodiment a side support - with a side support profile 7 - with the automated glass roof cleaning system according to the invention.
